The computer in the business center is extremely slow and we had trouble printing off our boarding passes. When we finally printed it off, the ink was so low that you couldn't read it. Staff was very helpful in trying to figure things out. Finally took the cartridge out and shook it. We got it to print off. Whole process too 90 minutes.

This stay was tainted by the fact that my vehicle was hit in the parking lot over night. The parking here is limited. If you have anything other than a midsize car - beware.

This Country Inn and Suites had a beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. The elevator had a very noisy ring and our room was a few doors down from the elevator. We heard the ringing a lot through the night and early morning. My only suggestion was seeing if that ringing could be turned down a few notches.

Nice two-night stay, At full capacity due to Hurricane evacuees, but all went smoothly. Complimentary breakfast was great. Surprised, though, that a property this large had only one elevator and four floors to navigate. Nothing they can do about it now. Anyway, highly recommended.

Pool was too cold to use. Id been in a river earlier that day and that was warmer. Breakfast was excellent for the price of the hotel.

Way overpriced for a run down hotel. Pillows were terrible. Everything is old. Fridge didn’t work. Water turned off and on when in use. Smelled musty. Vent blew right in your face when in bed. Nowhere near enough parking. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

We stayed here during my son's orientation at FSU. It was safe quiet and fairly clean. The staff was very nice especially the young black woman at tge front desk (didn't catch her name). Breakfast was a pretty good hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles. The pool is under a roof and was too cold!

Two night stay. Hotel was in convenient location and main road nearby restaurants and shopping area. Room was on first floor and clean. Breakfast was typical eggs toast bagels etc. Parking felt safe and well lit. Pool was semi indoor but water not clean and unable to use. Room not cleaned or made up during stay. Overall very good.

Vending machine had tap to pay, but did work. Rooms smelled musty. Friends room had mold in bathroom and around window, plus a giant roach visiting. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was easy and location was convenient to airport. Pool looked enticing. Rooms very quiet. Breakfast was simple with preformed eggs.

Dirty sheets and floors

Dirty linens. Stained sheets. Had to go to the front desk to pickup clean linens for room. Room smelled of mold and overall not clean. Half of the receptacles did not work. Would not stay here in the future again

It was the perfect stop midway on our Disney trip, however, we did have a cockroach in our bathroom, and it was pretty noisy around us.

Not clean. elevator was disgusting. carpeting old dirty and dingy.

The room was very dirty when we arrived. We asked them to clean it while we were gone. When we came back it was still dirty, so we asked again and they did go to room and clean but the rooms floor was still dirty. We left before our second night.

The hotel on the outside is nice. The location is OK. The hotel smelled like mold in the room had a very strong mold smell it was late. Otherwise I would have left and driven home. I woke up in the morning, very congested and my chest hurt.

Room had bed bugs!!!!

Parking was sufficient. Could not access side door with keycard so that was inconvenient. The room was not overly clean. There was a dead roach in the bathroom (even after housekeeping had come). Linens were stained/soiled. Continental breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was old, had mold in shower and around the floor area. Didn’t clean the sink from the previous guests.

Stayed 3 days all good- but the beds ( mattress needs to go- not comfy)

Comfortable, good value. The only complaint is the weak WiFi

This was a very nice stay in its price point. Comfortable bed, nice decor, clean and contemporary. Hot water. We didn’t stay for breakfast but coffee was good.

The bed was hard and very uncomfortably!!! The pillows were a joke. Tiny and lumpy!!!

Nice clean room! AC worked perfectly and cooled us down in the summer heat. Good mix for breakfast. The bed was VERY comfortable.

We stayed in room 221. Front desk staff was pleasant, moving us from room 219 because the refrigerator wasn't working in that room. Our challenge was falling and staying asleep. There was a consistent banging/hammering-type sound coming from the outside wall. It started out sounding like dripping water, but grew to sounding like hammering. Additionally, the refrigerator compressor sounded like it was breathing heavily. I didn't think to shut the bedroom door, which would have reduced how much we would have heard. We got out of bed about 7:30 am feeling exhausted. :-(

Everything was very nice except the bed needs replacing. Very hard and uncomfortable

Property was in good shape but the a/c unit was exceptionally loud and we could hear the person above us stomping across the floor.

The hotel is in great condition. They have hot breakfast. The kong bed was very comfortable however they need to upgrade the pillows too small and only 3 for a King beed.

Property was old and the improvements to the rooms were like putting lipstick on a pig. There was a lot of noise. Seemed like there was no insulation between rooms or floors. The AC didn’t work well. Desk lamp didn’t work, desk chair was broken so practically sitting on the floor. Will not return.

The hotel was clean, the service was the fastest I had ever seen, and friendly. The beds were so comfortable. It was a quick trip but very nice.

The employee who checked us in had a very poor attitude. She was rude and appeared annoyed that she had to check us in.

Check-in was a breeze

I drove 8 hours from Miami to Tallahassee for my daughter’s orientation, and we decided to stay at this hotel to rest. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any sleep. The guest in the room next to us argued with his partner all night long. The argument started around 2 a.m. and continued off and on until 6 a.m. At 3 a.m., I called the front desk to report the disturbance. They assured me they would handle it, but the arguing continued. By 4:03 a.m., I began recording for proof. At checkout, I played the recording for the front desk clerk, who was visibly shocked and said, “It sounds like they were in the room with you.” She asked me to text the video to a number and said the manager would issue a credit. She also advised me to notify Expedia so they’d be aware that a credit was being processed. I contacted Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel. The front desk informed them the manager was not in. Expedia opened a case. I followed up 48 hours later, and the Expedia rep called the hotel again. This time, the front desk claimed I never reported the issue and abruptly hung up on the rep. As a content creator who reviews travel experiences and spaces, I will be sharing this experience — along with the recording — to highlight the level of hospitality (or lack thereof) I encountered at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating. When we had an issue with the door lock in our room, the cleaning lady immediately moved us to another room. I was very appreciative of her quick response. I didn’t like that was the view from our room was piles of soil.

When you report to the reception staff that the fitness facilities were filthy, your bathroom came with black hair strewn throughout and there was a 2-inch cockroach walking around the room as your children slept, would you expect: a) Surprise b) An apology c) Some attempt to rectify the issues d) All of the above or e) Indifference and rudeness? Yep, I got "e".

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, my stay was terrific! The front desk was welcoming and I had a great conversation with the woman working there. The room was clean, quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom clean. Breakfast offered an array of options and the staff there was constantly refilling the hot breakfast options as well as cleaning/wiping down that area as well as the tables while engaging in conversation and welcoming guests/ensuring all guests had what they needed. Excellent stay for an excellent price and great location for all I needed to have access to on that part of Tallahassee FL!

Great hotel for overnight in Tally. Adjacent to I10. Restaurants and Walmart are within a mile.

Location is buried in the back behind a couple other hotels. It is right off the exit but when leaving in the morning there was bumper to bumper traffic to get back on the interstate. The hotel itself is outdated and felt sketchy. Room had no soap and zero amenities upon arrival. We had to go down to front desk to ask for some. Breakfast was decent. Too many other nearby options in same price range to stay there again.

Located near I10. Clean, offered breakfast, reasonably priced, comfortable, shopping & dining areas nearby.

Stayed for a visit to Florida State University for our child and the hotel is only 6 minutes from campus. The hotel was clean and employees were very nice.

It was perfect for my short stay. Location was great for my FSU visit. I didn't like the motel next to it.

The positives- The property and room were very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy and the hotel is very easily found from the interstate. The beds were comfortable and the price point for the room overall is definitely better than others for busy times, such as college student move in weeks. Now the negatives- The area around the hotel is a little sketchy. To get to the hotel, you have to drive through the parking lot of a motel that has seen better days. As a woman with her daughter, I didn’t feel the safest in that area. When we arrived, the door to our room was propped open. Apparently, it was left open by the cleaning crew but again, didn’t make me feel warm and fuzzy. Our room had no towels. Not one. The front desk very quickly provided some but still, it was an inconvenience. The pillows were incredibly small, they look like couch throw pillows. And the biggest negative was that not a single outlet in the bathroom worked. I tried resetting, plugging in different things but nothing worked. The coffee maker was in the bathroom so if we wanted coffee, we would have had to move it. And we had to use the hair dryer in an outlet by one of the beds. Overall- The staff really were very pleasant to interact with and the hotel was clean. If you are on a budget and need something less pricey, it’s not bad but I will pay more for less inconvenience.

The property was very convenient to the interstate. It was quiet, clean and the people at the desk that checked us in and out were friendly. The breakfast was good. The property is just old and needs some repairs.

Beds were comfortable. Entire building smelled like stale beer and cigarette smoke, but room was large and comfortable. Staff was nice. Breakfast was really limited and nothing for non-meat eaters (they even put meat in the eggs! why?). Usually there is yogurt, oatmeal or boiled eggs or something, but not here. We were stuck with bananas and dry cereal or a biscuit. Overall a fine place but probably would not stay again without a decent breakfast for the price.

Excellent bed and quiet nights sleep. The breakfast was hot, varied and well served. The best part of the stay.

It was an ok stay. The breakfast needed a little attention. Eggs were not hot, the milk pitcher does not keep it cold, First world problems… but a little details could make it better.
