Poor management, poor cleanliness, found cockroach

The room was nice, comfortable, and clean.

Place was commensurate with the price

Bathroom had hair all over the floor. Bath towels had hair imbedded in them (3 of them). Shower curtain smelled bad. The floors were dirty. Couch was dirty/stained to the point where I did not want to sit on them. Beds were okay which is all that mattered.

Avoid this place, just keep driving and find a motel 6 it’ll probably be better or even sleep in your car and you’ll have more accommodations. There were black mold spots on the shower curtain, the hotel is right next door to a night club, you will absolutely be up all night listening to drunks in the hallways and loud dance music from the windows. the AC in our room was problematic all night it wouldn’t work right room was HOT. Tried to use bathroom downstairs during breakfast time and the restrooms both men & womens were “out of order” they offered no hot tea just hot water? When we were checking out & needed help and had to wait the lady told us “I’m the only one doing everything” okay I’m sorry yall are understaffed but that is not the guests problem! DO BETTER RAMADA.
