The room was spacious and clean, however the bathtub was very old and small. The pool area seemed very dirty with a lot of stains on the walls and in the pool itself and the hot tub. The hot tub was lukewarm (at best) and only half full of water. The breakfast was lovely with hot items and lots of options.

La porte de l’ascenseur était stressante : elle se fermait puis se rouvrait à répétition, ou prenait énormément de temps avant de se fermer. Il y avait parfois des bruits et des tremblements, ce qui donnait l’impression que nous allions rester coincés à l’intérieur. J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine et le jacuzzi, mais malheureusement, durant nos deux nuits, le jacuzzi n’a jamais été chaud et il n’y avait surtout aucune bulle. À une occasion, il n’y avait même pas d’essuie-mains pour se sécher dans la section piscine. L’eau de la piscine était aussi très froide. Sinon, la chambre était très propre, les employés souriants et le déjeuner très bon.

We stay here often and get the room with the king bed. We find the bed very comfortable but does not seem big enough to be a king. We have a king bed at home and find this one much smaller. This time, our room was on the front of the hotel, which is fine but we had our 5 year old with us and the noise from cars was really loud and the room very bright. They also only had one elevator working, which seems to be common. It takes a really long time l, especially if the hotel is busy. Would be nice to see both working.

My room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the river. The hotel is conveniently located downtown within walking distance of shopping, dining and trails. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. The pool, hot tub, gym and laundry were nice additions for longer stays.

Parking spots were very limited, and when the lot was full, turning around was a very cramped experience. New or inexperienced drivers would have found the close quarters nearly impossible to navigate. However, this was really the only negative. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, beds comfy.. and the location in the downtown hub was very convenient.

It was our 3rd stay in this hotel. Last 2 times we liked it but this time was a big disappointment. Their hot tub wasn't working at all, the water was dirty and stinky. When I complained about it I was told that the hot tub was the same for many years. I stayed in the hotel last year and I remember how it was. I also asked few guests who were in the pool and they all confirmed the hot tub is definitely broken and disgusting. I was literally lied to my face by the manager. They should have closed the hot tub and apologize for the inconvenience, I would totally understand. But keep it opened and lie, this is so unprofessional! This was definitely our last stay there!

Hotel was nice looking but facilities were not very clean. Overall hotel is dated, extra pillows had hairs on them. Hotel is also used as extended stay, so it’s difficult to maintain when people cook inside in closed environments. It’s a very busy hotel in central location of town. Needs lot more workers to keep it clean and up to date

I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. Tue carpets floors in some parts were sticky. Our stay was for 4 days. Our room was not touched by housekeeper during our stay. We were out of the hotel each day, and did not use the “do not disturb” sign on our door, so I was very confused as to why our garbages would not have been emptied, bed made or towels refreshed.

Overall great hotel, first room we where in had a diaper behind the pull out couch, we called the front desk and they immediately switched us rooms, which was great! Second room was great with no issues! Rooms have great A.C. Which is great since i like it cold. Front desk workers are easy to talk too and get stuff done fast! Breakfast was no better then the average hotel breakfast with the added benefit of waffles with lots of topping options! I thought it was a bit pricey but turns out it’s just Moncton that is higher priced, would stay again if we where passing by the area, lots of restaurants around the area, and some really nice bars One thing I wish all hotels did but only 1 I’ve been too has done is have a table fan available since I, like many people in the world love having a fan on at night, but over all I would stay again

Property location is convenient on Main and really close to Bore Park if you want to watch the tidal bore. The rooms are a decent size and the facility is clean. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked well. The rooms are quite dated and needing updates, parking garage is really tight.

Our room was facing main street. Super loud from the 4th floor. Ask to face the other side if at all possible. Only 1 elevator worked which was tough for all guests. Best concierge ever, super helpful at all times! Breakfast was delicious! Would stay again!

Overall it was really good just had a couple of could be improved areas. For example a staff employee decided to clean the outside stair walkways at 5:00 a.m. waking up the entire side of the building. He was scraping ice and no it could have waited until a more reasonable hour. Also while using a lounge space design for guests. A night worker passed me three times and on the third time he asked if I was a guest in the hotel I said yes. I would have been fine if he left it here. it is fair to ensure I belong where I am. But instead of saying thank you I was just double checking he pushed more and said what room are you staying in. Force me to give my room and my name and then ask for clarification on my spelling and he said I'll check it thank you. What is the point of having areas for your guests to use if you're going to be rude to your guests that use them. I actually found the spot because I was using their laundry services.

This review is a bit scattered. The rooms are some of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. The breakfast is far more superior than your typical yogurt, cereal and juice complimentary breakfasts. We had one staff member who was fantastic, who went above and beyond and one who did his job well but didn't try to do more than the requirement. The pool was decent however there weren't any towels available and the hottub looked green and scummy. My main issue was I called the day before to inquire about a pack n play. I was told they were subject to availability but he believed we would get one and if we showed up right at check in that it was even more possible. We checked in at 250 and was told the pack n play was in the room. I went up, no pack n play. Asked again upon leaving for some Moncton activities and was told if it wasn't there then housekeeping was on their way with it, we were definitely on the list for one. Returned around 6pm and no pack n play, was then told they were all gone. Uncertain how it was on the way to the room and then never made it. The exceptional employee upgraded us to a room that had enough space for us to put the pull-out couch mattress onto the floor so our 1 year old had somewhere to sleep. Despite the pack n play issue, we will definitely stay here again but will be sure to bring something for our daughter.

Over price. $16 a day to park. They don't advertised the price for parking. Breakfast is a joke. To many people for the number of chairs. Need to reminded staff that food is running low. Noisy and also allow kids to stay on any floor. No water or coffee available.

A very nice property. The only negative was that it was very crowded while we were there. (And something that the hotel staff can’t control: someone on our floor had been cooking fish in their room, which made the entire floor smell.) One of the elevators was not functioning, making for long waits. Shower gel container was empty. No dishwasher detergent in room. The on-site restaurant was superb! Staff was friendly. Room was large, clean and well equipped. The hotel is in downtown Moncton, not far from the river. Convenient to a lot of shops & restaurants.
