I CANNOT believe that Hotels.com even put this place on their website as a choice. This place is UNDER MAJOR CONSTRUCTION. which should be in bold letters prior to reservation!! we had the late flight and arrived in paris almost midnight with 3 young children. We had no choice but to stay. 1. Entrance wasnt visible, it was covered in plywood . the area out side is not well lit. 2. The lobby smelled of paint and new construction. Sawdust everywhere and plywood walls everywhere. 3. we went up the elevators, one of the elevators was clearly under repair. There was no air inside the elevator, nor was there ventilation in the hallways. 4. when we got up on the floor, the hallway on the opposite side of our room was very dark. It looks straight out of a horror movie. 5. When we got into a room, the room looked big. had a queen size bed, a sofa bed, and a bunk bed, big enough for a family of five.. however there was no air in the room. The doors for both the hotel room and the bathroom were broken. We had to use our luggage to block the door . we were so worried that people can just go inside.6. Later on My son felt sick from the smell of paint and construction dust. But we could not do anything as it was already 2 AM. we just opened the window 7. Pipes wer coming out of the bathroom wall. 8 when we were leaving, the door became unhinged and we were unable to get out of room, the hotel phone was disconnected/not working!! 0 stars if i could give!
