Check in was incredibly easy and the staff member at the front desk (wish I could recall his name) was super organized and friendly. Hotel is in excellent condition with beautiful lobby and pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would recommend staying here if you are in that area.

Very basic hotel. The normal assortment of breakfast items, including pancakes. They don’t have a fitness center that is on site but staying there gives you access to the fitness club down the street which has more than we could ever get from a hotel.

Quaint and clean. The breakfast was nice. Tyler at the front desk - was very helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and in very good condition. The housekeeping staff are outstanding. The breakfast was good but the lobby coffee was cold or empty at times. The hot tub and pool were very clean and relaxing. Glad that the hot tub was limited to age 13 and up. Thanks for having the towels at the pool. The staff does an excellent job.

I just wish this property was clean. It feels dirty and dusty. Generally unkept. At this price point it should be better. Cheap dollar store soap in shower, Heavy scented with cheap smelling scent. Not what I expected for a Wyndham property.

The hotel was great! However our tub didn’t drain so the second person was unable to shower. The front desk was very nice and promised to have it fixed for the next guests. The beds were too firm for my liking but others found them comfortable. Overall it was a great stay

Everything about this motel is satisfactory, but a little high priced considering how rundown it is. It wasn't dirty or uncomfortable. It just needs a few updates that paint can't cover - I've stayed there several times now - several different rooms. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms seldom work, the shower heads are very low stream, bathroom sinks do not put out a straight stream, but splatter a bit. The lobby has a strange odor, I don't know if it's from all the breakfast cooking or maybe it's me. I love how convenient of a location it is. The staff are always very friendly and super helpful. Greenville is a very small town with few choices. Americinn is the best place to stay. I would gladly recommend it to anyone - it's pet friendly and family friendly. The cleaning staff does an excellent job as well.

Our stay was good! However the event we were there for caused us to arrive both night very late. Our air condition in room 310 did not work very good. We had it down to 60 and pir room still wasn’t very cool.

Great clean hotel. Pool and breakfast was nice. Staff was great, the only complaint is the pillows are awful, they are small, hard, lumpy. Bring your own pillow for a good night sleep. I’ve never had such terrible pillows anywhere.

Too dark in the room. TV service was terrible, couldn't find anything to watch. Didn't like uncarpeted floors. Hotel staff got huffy when we tried to explain we had two reservations for consecutive days. Morning coffee was cold at the breakfast place.

We loved our stay here. I had a change in business and need to check in earlier and easier granted the access to work on a project and finished before 4pm. The hotel is nice, clean and homey. Not new but very comfortable. I’m for sure booking here on my next business trip in the area.

Although the stay and staff were fine, make sure you book only for the amount of time you plan to stay. I made an emergency trip and did not have to stay as long as I booked. Would not refund for the nights I did not stay. Extremely disappointed in that.

We were there for a workshop event and this property was close to that location. Other than the signage for the building being challenging to locate while driving, all was great. The staff was friendly, the building and room were clean. I would stay there again if another opportunity comes up.

Miss Kim and Miss Jamie have been very kind, considerate, pleasant, professional and truly made my stay feel like family! So appreciated the hot tub, pool and sauna which were bonuses! The hotel is close to grocery stores, filling stations and shopping! I will definitely stay here again!

Honestly, for being the only hotel within.. idk maybe 15-20 minutes of the area, it’s a great option. They aren’t a 5* resort, but the facilities and rooms are nice, and clean. They could get away with skipping on their rating and still have a stronghold on market, but they do a good job of keeping things on the up and up. Don’t forget to check out the pancake machine during breakfast!!

Very nice and clean inside. The rooms are modern and in good shape. The pool and hot tub were a pleasure, the towels poolside are convenient. Breakfast was simple and good. Beds are clean and comfortable. We stayed for a wedding weekend and it was perfect for our needs. Cons: the lobby coffee station was not kept up. The coffee was empty or cold, even at breakfast it was not very hot. There is a microwave in the breakfast area.

The house keeping staff were all friendly had helpful. The facility was very nice and well kept up. We did have a problem with a very slow draining sink and shower that was fixed 3 days into out 12 day stay. I would suggest some breakfast options like hot oatmeal or the like for us pant based forks, other that just a banana or an apple. Otherwise a very good stay'

Understaffed at check in. 1 full size pillow and 2 half pillows per bed??? Very disappointed with that. Not even enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably. No breakfast or even coffie till 7am!? Had a full house of tired dance parents and staff cant even make coffee!? Breakfast was gross when it did finally come out. Boiled sausage!? Gross. Management/owners need to get it together.

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for! It was quiet, clean, staff was nice and answered all of our questions, and check in was hassle free! Pool and hot tub were clean and didnt have a strong chlorine smell. Breakfast was standard but good! There was 6 in our party and we all walked away full. Rooms are smaller but cozy...we slept amazing on the bed! We enjoyed our stay and if cheer competition brings us back towards Grand Rapids we will definitely stay here again!
