No swimming pool andno elevator for $250/night? Outrageous. When booking the property knew the pool was out of service but didnt disclose. This property is generally quite run down as well.

We had a wonderful time during our 3 night stay. Delicious breakfast each morning (unfortunately the juice machine wasn’t working properly but they had a pitcher of ice water to mix with the concentrated version that was coming out of the machine and it stated completely fine). Us and our 4 kids slept comfortably and had a blast at the indoor pool. I was very pleased with how friendly every single staff member was as well. We will definitely stay again if we are back in town. Our downsides: toilet was dirty with poop upon arrival which was unsettling because that’s the dirtiest thing to forget to clean. They promptly got it fixed but still was a turn off. Pool towels were not stocked and there were no bandaids in the first aid kit by the pool or at the front desk. None of the downsides were deal breakers, but still worth mentioning.

This location easily measures up to other Hampton Inns in the chain, though for some reason "elevator issues" seem to be common with my Hampton encounters. In this case, very hard to get elevator buttons to "stay" when chosen -- had to press any key several times to make it "lock in". Also was surprised to learn they do not allow Loyalty program points when the reservation is booked through Expedia.

The accommodations were great. The hot breakfast was great. The location is great. The only problem was the fact that one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a pool which our grandson and our great-neice could enjoy. A very nice, not too deep pool. We got to use it once because the 2nd day they closed it for maintenance for the entire day. I was not told at check-in that the pool would be unusable.

From check-in to check-out, everything was easy. All of the staff were extremely nice and extremely helpful. Each and every one, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff, went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety and was fresh. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others!! I was not happy with Hotels.com, which had nothing to do with the hotel, and I do not think I will ever use Hotels.com to book a stay anywhere again. I would have been better off contacting the hotel directly which, having learned my lesson, I will do from now on.

The room was way over priced, the interior decorators must have been tripping on LSD or mushrooms when they selected the rooms decor. Also the room was not very clean. I found peanut shells under one of the two very uncomfortable chairs. There was lots of little piecese of broken glass (a vaccuum would have easily got the job done) all over on the carpet around the bed. There were blades of grass on the bathroom floor and streaks of dirt on . What got me the most was that you could only get house keeping services and clean towles every other day.

Check in was very easy and the front desk receptionists was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Ther appeared to be a little mold in the shower unit which when I reported it at time of departure the receptionist (different from check in person) never looked up from her computer but said she would report it to Maintenace no interaction with customer.

Main objection was humidity in our room. Everything in the room was uncomfortably damp, including our clothes and the sheets, etc., on the bed. The hallway and other areas of the property we visited were not like that. It was so damp that it was difficult to sleep.

Door didn't close to the room, not square so you heard everything in the hall and could see out the crack. Stayed 5 days and no housekeeping. Had to get toilet paper and trash bags for the room ourselves.

The property was fine--not too crowded by other buildings, and with a fair amount of green space around it. But our room's heating system was a problem--it was alternately too hot and too cold no matter how we tried to use the thermostat. Finally, on our last, third night (a Sunday) I insisted something be done. The only remedy available was to change room, which the night clerk helped us do. Then the bathroom door in the new room got stuck, stranding one of us in the bathroom until that same clerk and a passing Good Samaratin with a small pliers moved the door open. I will stay somewhere else next time.

We weren’t happy about several things with our stay. No vent fans In the bathrooms so fogged over mirrors. our rooms were supposed to have pull out couches , there was no couches in either rooms. No room service while we were out & heard a housekeeper being rude to a guest when asked a question. We are big Hampton stayers while traveling & this was not like we expected…

Check in manager on duty was more concerned with an up coming wedding roster than to simply check me in. I was made to wait, and wait. Many minutes went by when finally the person asking the wedding guest list questions suggested to the manager to focus her attention on checking me in. There was no call for this attitude. I felt that my choice to stay at this facility was not important. I had driven many hours and simply wanted to check into my reserved room. This was denied me for an unreasonable amount of time, in my mind. Not the best way to establish good customer relations. Will not be staying at Hampton lodging facilities down the road.

Hotel was clean and bright. The staff was incredibly kind and professional! The young woman who checked us in- Laura or Lauren, was fast efficient and polite. The dining room ladies were super helpful and kind and kept the buffet and coffee stocked!! Debbie went out of her way to make sure guests had what they needed. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Check in went smooth the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. I let the front desk know there was some water on the floor and she went and cleaned it up right away. I would stay here again.

Convenient location, staff were super friendly. Only hiccup was with paying for incidentals, the card reader wouldn't work. She had to run it from her side of the desk. Breakfast had lots of options and lots of space to sit and eat-- which was great because guests from 2 different weddings were there. Would recommend.
