Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview

The room was fine, bed to sleep in, tv to watch. Great. The BS part was the fact that you charge $25 per night to park my vehicle on a lot that I already payed $200 per night for the room. Kind of criminal.

Good location in Niagara Falls! You can walk to Table Rock (so see Horseshoe Falls / Journey Behind The Falls), to the launch for the Hornblower, and to Clifton Hill. Did not use the gym or hot tub, but the room itself was clean and spacious. Staff were all super nice and professional, with the exception of the front desk worker who checked me in. They charge a very expensive fee for parking ($25 CAD + tax per day). You can find a separate paid lot right next door for just ($10 CAD + tax).

They nickel and dime you to death with extra fees on top of the over priced tiny room already. 25$ a night for parking. What a joke. Then all the “extra” fees on top. The room was tiny. The hvac controls are worn off so you can guess on what to do. We only stayed here to be close to the olg for the show but we wish we would have just walked farther or taken an Uber. We will not stay here again.

The "gym" as they described on the site is a small weight rack, a single flat bench and a couple treadmills. Considering I usually stay in another hotel less than a 3 minute walk away, I wanted to splurge for the use of a gym. There were then $39 additional charges on top of the $114 fee for the room that I wasn't told about until checking in and they told me the initial fee was non-refundable. Terrible experience, my third time in 5 years staying at this hotel, and I will never be back.

The elevator was a nightmare trying to get downstairs, no idea why they call it Tower B when only 5 floors. Swimming pool smelt dirty.

The carpet in the room was torn and crumpled throughout the room. Couple of times almost tripped. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The toiletries are still single use throw away. The bed and pillows were not comfortable the parking charges of $25 totally unfair. The same parking lot for outsiders was $10 a day. Found out about it the last day.

The appearance of the hotel looked tacky. Elevators need to be refurbished

I did not like that I needed to pay $25 for parking when all the parking lots were only $10 is same area. It would have been nice if they told us that.

Hot tub should be hotter. It was like a warm bath. Room felt like a furnace when we arrived but cooled quickly. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Would stay here again

Nice view, walking distance was great, parking was expensive. $22 a night was steep when it was $10 right across the street

Bathroom was smelling urine. I had to do to the reception and ask them to spray some air freshner.

When we checked in the lady was very nice. The room was very disappointing. The carpet was old and dirty. Had holes all over it. It was all curled up in several area's. The furniture was old and very dirty and unusable. The sink didn't drain properly and counter was dirty and not clean. The bed was so old and uncomfortable. The headboard was dirty and had hand prints and sticky stuff on it. Toilet paper holder was rusty and dirty. The jacuzzi tub we had to clean before using. The desk chair was broken and very dirty. The Hot tub in the hotel had a pile of sand in it. It was very disappointing. Checking the lady took out key cards and walked away, My wife asked about the deposit being retured, and she replied, "you'll get it back" and walked away. Didn't ask how are stay was. So we left. I wouldn't recommend staying there. I wish I could have posted more picture

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel, found blood all over the sheets, bed was broken, room was falling apart, staff was so rude, I canceled my room 30 min after check in because there was no way I could stay there.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was amazing!!

This property was not as pictured. The room was dirty, had to clean the shower and tub before I would use it. We wore shoes in the room because of the condition of the floors. The night stands were scratched and stained and the drawers in them were warped with pain chip and bubbling. The bedding was fine but there was no fitted sheet and when I asked for one, they said it was not the 'Wyndham standard'. There were stains on the carpet and spots that were tough like there was glue stuck to it. The window leaked all the way across, and we could not use the window sill because it was wet. I paid over $400 for both nights and parking after all was said and done. For $400 a weekend I expected much better especially with decent reviews

The floor was stinking, bedsheet didn't look clean or probably wasnt changed. The curtains were sheer with a blind on the window which barely helped.

Not bad, not great. The cleanliness was pretty poor. Had to clean the bathroom myself before use, and it hadn’t been dusted or properly wiped down. Wasn’t comfortable taking my shoes off as the floor was pretty gross.

Room was very clean

The location of the hotel was good, there was a Wego bus stop right outside so easy transportation. Staff here were friendly, but not very empathetic when they were charging me incorrectly at check out. We had the option of asking for an early check in, which we selected for $40. At check out, I received an email of the folio listing the costs to be charged. The cost- $173.31! They were charging me early arrival $40 for each day we stayed (3days)! When I brought this to their attention the lady told me she would fix it, it was because I selected it online that’s why it charges everyday. They are obviously aware of the problem so why hasn’t it been fixed! If you stay here check your costs! Now the room was gross. Yes the bed was comfortable but do not lift the sheet up to view the mattress! They didn’t even have a proper fitted sheet on the bed. Under that sheet there was a large red stain on the mattress along with numerous small ones…the other bed had a very large yellow stain at the head, along with many small stains! Was very hard to sleep on the bed after this! The rug…could not walk on it without socks or shoes on. It needs a major deep clean! It felt so gross on the feet.You could see how dirty it was with stains all over. The bathroom was good aside from the black mold present in the sink. The rugs in the hall are coming up, big tripping hazard! The IHOP had fruit fly's all over well we tried to eat, the food was good though… Really disgusted for the cost!

Great location! Easily walkable to the Falls and Clifton Hill. Our room faced the Skylon Tower and we could see the nightly fireworks from our window. Super friendly staff!

"Deluxe" room was barely large enough to accommodate a King size bed.

Although clean it was very old carpets can use an update.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the OLG Theatre.

We stayed a night at this hotel and had a king bed which was comfortable and looked clean. It's totally walkable to Casino and the Falls. The only problem is the weird design of the bathroom. The bathroom/shower is very small. There is NO basin/vanity in the bathroom!!! The basin/vanity is in the living/bed room area NOT inside the bathroom. So you may want to take Lysol to clean the doorknob knowing how many people touched that doorknob after they used the bathroom!!!

Hidden fees when checking in(parking and administrative) these were unexpected and disappointing. The rooms are not sound proof

Stayed in the presidential suite , very spacious. Bed was comfortable, nice soaker tub , 2 very large tvs, separate seating area with pull out couch and table for 4. Nice wet bar area with microwave and mini fridge and separate sink. Hotel stay was very quiet. We were able to drop off our bags early and check in was very fast, they had lots of staff at front desk. Housekeeping was easy to find and very pleasant. Would stay here again, good location to the OLG stage and casino. Room has a couple minor updates required , just normal wear and tear. (Paint touch up, broken outlet cover by bed, shower door hinge) overall good stay and look forward to return.

Tower B with balcony offers great view, especially during fireworks. Rooms tend to be more spacious and updated than the main building.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years mostly for the convenient location to the falls for a reasonable rate. The staff was friendly and the check-in quick. The only complaint was an extremely weak internet.

Perfect location for a show at OLG stage, was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Also a nice walk to the falls. I was given a room on the ground floor facing the street so it was a little noisy during the night. The bathroom is tiny and the pillows are super thick, not great for a side sleeper. But the location was very convient. I paid $300 for one night

I originally booked at the Wyndham Hotel, but was smoothly upgraded to their sister hotel the Hilton- Double Tree because they were helping with fire relief. Overall would love to deal with either hotel, as they both were doing amazing jobs at handling everyone.

Good hotel.. but were moved from Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview to DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton .. we booked a room with 2 queen beds and sofa come bed for 5 adults and 1 child at wyndham garden but at double tree we were given 1 room with 2 beds no sofa come bed. So 2 people had to sleep on the floor with some sheets..

Horrible horrible horrible. They charged me twice for the deposit. And they charge $40 parking. I was supposed to only play $40 but was debited $280. I tried showing them but they refused to refund me back the duplicate charge

The check in was efficient and staff around the property were friendly.

Front desk staff very bad manner

Check in was a breeze. We got to the hotel by 4:30 but the first room that was given to us was not clean. Was disappointed since it was a long day for me coming from work. However, the staff at the frontdesk upgraded our room for the inconvinience that we had experience.

After making my reservation with the Wyndham gardens in Niagara Falls, I was moved to a different hotel not once but twice! And then after being moved I was sent a link for an early check in by Wyndham gardens. I wasn’t offered any compensation for being moved which would have been appreciated.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable.

This property is great if you want a bare bones hotel. It's looking very tired and needs some upgrading. Room 420 was our room. The bathroom needs work; the pipes from the toilet were all rusty, the carpets need cleaning or replacing? However the location is perfect and for the price great value. We went to a show at Fallsview and it is only a five minute walk from there.

No restaurant on the property

Breakfast at IHOP was fine but over priced even with the voucher supplied by Windham. The hot tube was great after walking neatly 7 miles touring

The receptionist gave us the best room in the hotel. Room 807. The breakfast at the Ihops inside the hotel is too overpriced so better options outside.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. The restaurant on site wasn't open, would have been nice to know that when booking.

Best thing about this property is it is a good location so you can walk to most attractions and restaurants when the weather is good. The beds and pillows were comfy. Restaurant in the hotel was not open when we were there and were not notified of this at time of booking.

When we got there we were tired and just wanted to eat dinner in the hotel (it said there was a restaurant in the Internet ad) and they told us that the dining room was only open until 2pm. We ended up walking to a restaurant so we wouldn't have to pay for parking elsewhere. When we finally got back to the room, it smelled like cleaning chemicals and mold. There was no ventilation or windows to open for fresh air. The staff refused to give our money back. We chose to drive 2 hours home and lose out on the $200 rather than stay and breath in the toxins all night.

The only thing i did not like was that that they did not have daily housekeeping of the room. I was not happy that no discount was offered to off set this. Other than that the hotel is is a great stay and location. Also do NOT eat in IHOP restaurants a total $$$ rip off.

Overall, the experience was okay. the room was empty but the bed was comfy. The view was meh, since there wasn’t much around (but i did not purchase for any view), but there was a funky odor in the hallway, and the ihop was closed. Also, the first floor reeked of chlorine from a mile away. Still waiting for my $50 deposit back.
