The hotel has an excellent location, spacious and very pleasant rooms, and a wonderful front-facing view of the golf course. But the best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff — everyone is extremely attentive. I would especially like to recognize Hassan, who works at the hotel’s concierge. He solved a major issue I had with the park ticket office. By the way, I highly recommend purchasing your tickets through him — besides being safer, it’s also more affordable.

Room was perfect lovely clean had everything you need, all staff I came across were warm very polite and helpfull. Honestly me and my son were in agreement one of my best visits lovely country lovely people.

Poor communication, on arrival was told my booking was cancelled as they had overbooked and moved to another hotel. Also didnt include theme parks which was told was included up until day before arrival. Pool is crowded and people not following rules. Beach didn't have person who manages watersports activities available on morning I went.
