Our stay was amazing! This was our first time at a Staybridge, and we were so, so pleased and impressed! Breakfast was amazing! The room was so comfortable with extra amenities and comforts. Great bed, great bathroom. Great staff! Outside amenities (grill, fireplace, sitting area) were a nice bonus.

I would stay at this property again. One of the elevators was broken during our entire 3 day stay but I prefer that than to get on an elevator that isn’t working. Stephanie was great and all staff was pleasant and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms. My go to hotel for sure!

It was a nice isolated hotel location and cleaned. It was a quiet environment but parking spaces are limited with $10.00 parking fee. I wish it was free and it wasn't specified during the check-in so be aware. The breakfast was great with varieties. The staff were polite and courteous. The swimming pool was broken at the time we're there but she compensated us at the snack bars. It wasn't the same but better than nothing at least the front desk clerk tried to appease us with our frustration. The air-conditioning unit inside the bedroom were noisy and I couldn't sleep.

The room and public aread were very clean, the pool area less so. The tiles need a good scrubdown, they were grimy. The floor around the ladder also had what looked like concrete chips, this might have just occurred.

We enjoyed the free breakfast and laundry and were delighted with the social they have on Monday-Wednesday. The room was comfortable, staff was friendly and responsive, and parking wasn't a problem. My one and only complaint was that the pool water was too cold but my daughter didn't mind it. We would absolutely return, great experience!

Nice property in the midst of renovation and the renovated areas we saw looked good. Excellent breakfast except broken toaster. Room lock worked very inconsistently. Fan(I think) on HVAC system very loud. I think our room had been renovated, so surprised that door lock and heater fan were faulty.

Loved the fact that it had a pool, business center, and on-site laundry. Kids did not like the fact that the pool was only 4 ft. Continental breakfast was best I've ever seen.

Staff was friendly,food services were also good,however the floor of the showers need cleaned as does all of the carpets. If I didn’t keep my shoes on my feet were black from walking on the carpet. The layout of the hotel is also good.

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is close to a busy road and the traffic noise was loud. After waking up to itchy bites on my back and stomach I discovered bugs in the bed which turned out to be burn ants according to the GM. I alerted the front desk and they came up to evaluate for bed bugs and change out the sheets. I was disappointed for them not to offer a discount or at minimum some points for the bugs in the sheets situation.

The staff was very friendly. The room had a faux wood floor and it wasn't clean in some areas, we used some wet paper towels to wipe clean these areas. There were hair pins/large lint along the floor boards. We had dogs with us and one side of the hotel had plenty of room for them to go bathroom. This hotel appears to be an older Staybridge and so it looks a little worn as compared to others I've stayed at.

Pool was FREEZING! We all went down, but only the 5 year old boy was brave enoughand shivering! The room looked clean, but they we found a brown smear down the side of the bedroom door and somw dirty clothes left inthe closet. Breakfast was great!

I’ve probably stayed in about 40 or 50 hotels in my life and this is my first (and hopefully my last) time writing a bad review. I really don’t have anything good to say about this place. The parking lot is awful, the building is antique and needs updating, our sheets weren’t washed and the room wasn’t cleaned at all (there was literally crumbs and other people’s hair on the bed), there were other people’s hair on the bath towels, there were bugs in the room, the water pressure in the shower is almost nonexistent, the breakfast tastes like it came out of a can, and the price matched that of 4-star hotels in the area. I’d love to say the location is convenient being next to downtown, but you still can’t walk there. You’ll be driving (for like 3 minutes, mind you) if you wanna go to downtown and still have to find parking. Just book the Marriott or Holiday Inn in downtown if you want a convenient location, this place is NASTY.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was great. Tiffany at the front desk was amazing. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety of items to choose from. My room was awesome, and my bed was the first hotel bed I’ve ever slept in that didn’t give me back pain. I slept like a baby. The only problem I had was that I was attacked by fleas when I got up to use the restroom that morning. I am allergic to flea bites, so I knew immediately what they were when they landed on my ankles. I was bit a few times and now have marks that will take years to clear away. I did advise Tiffany at the front desk and Airdropped the video to her. I was staying on the 5th floor and was advised pets are not allowed on that floor. She stated she would show the manager and have them contact me. I still have not been contacted. I am hoping that the room was exterminated because it is a major inconvenience to have fleas jumping around your hotel. More rooms may need to be checked because most people wouldn’t notice fleas because they are so small. I have included blurry pics of the fleas that a screenshotted from the videos I took. This hotel would have received 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the fleas.

Rooms are smaller than pictured. Very uncomfortable mattresses. According to the person at the front desk, the hotel is in a bad area, which is why they have security for part of the day (she shared this completely unsolicited). No smart TV, so stuck with cable. The breakfast buffet is plentiful but not good.

The hotel was very clean that we could tell in all the places we ventured. The breakfast was very good and a a nice variety of food to choose from. Our room 319 was very spacious but the the bed close to the window, has a very big dip in it and made sleeping very uncomfortable. The pool was on the cloudy side and you might want check on it.

The room was clean and offered many amenities including a small kitchen, couch, TV, and separate shower and vanity space. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a gym and an indoor pool. Last but not least, they had a very nice selection for breakfast.

Location is terrible. Entrance from a super busy road. Parking limited and when they are redoing lines of the lot and block off half the lot super inconvenient. The rooms are nice with the exception of the cheap sticky tiles coming up everywhere.

The Staybridge is our go-to hotel when we visit Columbia. This time through, we had the great fortune of meetin Stephanie from the front desk. Not only did she take great care of us, but she took the time to love on our doggos!

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the housekeeping. They knocked on the door every 30-45 minutes asking to come in even though we told them we were staying until check-out. I even called the front desk to confirm check-out time so we well within our time. The last housekeeping person was extra rude and told us we had stayed over our time. staff was relentless on our day of check-out. For a couple with small children, on their first overnight date night in several years, wanting to sleep in, the housekeeping staff was rude! That part was frustrating and annoying.

Enjoyed our stay! Clean, spacious and courteous and friendly staff especially David at the front desk who greeted us on our late check in. Tiffany was also very helpful and friendly. We brought our dog also at this dog friendly hotel. They also have great breakfast set up with lots of choices.

So clean and wonderful! Be careful turning in and out of the parking lot into a busy street with high speeds (cars coming directly off the highway). Otherwise you would never know you were close to the highway. This will become our regular hotel in Columbia!

The hotel itself is nice. Great staff and accommoding. While I was there, the homeless tended to hang around the outside bbq and fire pit areas. There were 2 incidents either the police or/and ambulance was called to help them. I felt a little unsafe to be outside the hotel(day or night) I was a little uneasy inside the lobby area because 2 of the homeless people were hanging in the lobby and lobby bathroom. I talked to both women and they seem harmless and actually very nice. However, not all are like that. If I come to Columbia again, I will most likely stay at another hotel due to safety.

Overall it was an ok stay. Deducted stars because breakfast was not good and there were hairs all on the shower walls and floor which was disgusting. Then the hot water heater went out and it took almost the whole day for them to fix and I had to give my son a cold shower which was not fun for him.

Breakfast and kitchen staff were lovely. Only one girl at the front desk (the who checked us in on Wednesday) said two words to us - she was very sweet and helpful. Room was fantastic and kitchenette was well equipped. The hotel breakfast and dinner weren’t very good but we went to Publix and bought groceries so it didn't matter. Overall, I would stay there again. Great location… close to some great restaurants and a little downtown walking area. Hall Chophouse for steak and smallSugar for breakfast!!
