Horrible stay. Shower didn't work until the last day. Hotel refused to move us or comp all or part of the stay. Management was rude when we spoke to them. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Given the price of these rooms, this level of service is unconscionable. Senior management of Sheraton take note. We will share our horrible experience in every social medium and platform we can reach.

The staff was amazing! When I arrived in my room there was a personalized gift bag of goodies and a note. They went above and beyond! Breakfast was warm and delicious both mornings!
