This motel was great. The staff was friendly, the pool was blue and refreshing, the room was clean and housekeeping was super friendly. Breakfast was badic but good. I would definitely stay here again

Great staff all around. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool os clean in blue. There were some questionable people lurking around but the staff was quick to handle the situation. Would stay here again for sure

In general, the impression this property gave felt unsafe and seemed inconvenient for a family, the whole hotel was dirty and our room smelled very bad, as if the room was smoked in, and one lamp didn't work. The laundry room was also in shambles because the one laundry machine they had was dirty and the front of the ice machine was ripped off and all around on the floor. At that point, we decided to cancel our stay, but they were opposed to giving us a reasonable refund, so we lost our money. We do not recommend this property at all to anybody looking for a nice stay.

There was remodeling going on but it didn't wake me up too early. New mattress in room was really comfortable. I got a room in the back and it was quiet. Just don't expect much in the way of breakfast. Got a tiny muffin and a glass of OJ.

Our room smelled of pesticides and there was a roach in the bathroom. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom showed poor cleaning. Only two bath towels were provided and one had holes in it.

My pillows had stains all over them, the tub was nasty, the room was nothing like the advertisement, the breakfast was a joke, the muffins were stale. The beds were uncomfortable, the parking was horrible. It was not a pleasant hotel stay.

The room was disgusting. The floor was damp and slimy to walk on, definitely needed shoes the whole time. The bathroom was definitely NOT cleaned. The bedding was nasty and not cleaned either. Found dirt and hair all over it. Used towels to lay down on to feel somewhat cleanly. The front door didn’t even shut all the way, there was a gap. Only thing keeping it closed was the deadbolt hook.

Room was dirty. The lamp shade had mold growing on it. TV stand was broken and was laying flat on the dresser when we walked in. We killed a roach crawling on the wall. This hotel needs to be completely renovated before anyone ever stays there again.

I was asked to check in online.Thinking it would save time ,I did. Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered my reservation had special requests that I did not make. So I had to check in again. The room was not great, but it was clean. The TV would fade dark then brighten back up. The toilet handle also had to be jiggled to stop it from running. Check out was terrible. People were waiting and no one was behind the desk. I eventually called the hotel itself to see if someone would answer. Eventually, an unhappy man came out to the desk and didn't even answer the phone. I hung up when he started checking people out. That process took about fifteen minutes from start to finish.

I was expecting better based on the ratings. I was expecting the property to be in better physical condition. Things were clean but it is in need of renovation. Bathroom was dodgy, broken things, evidence of water leaks and rust in the bathtub. There was no list for TV programming and some channels just did not work. I never was able to get the internet wifi to work on my laptop. Even with the assistance of the desk clerk she was not able to either. I stayed at another hotel the night before and had no problems as with past stays.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed of a plumbing issue on the premises. There were no toilets, sinks or showers available. We asked 3 seperate times before checking in if the water would be turned back in that evening and they assured us it would be up and running by 8:00, so we decided to check in. 800 came and m went as did 9:00 so I finally went to speak to the manager again and he tried to gaslight me into believeing that he had always told me it wouldn’t be up until 10:00. He got extremely rude with me and when I asked what we were supposed to do for a bathroom he told me to “hold it.” Even the next morning when the water was finally turned on we did not have any hot water available and were denied any sort of compensation twice. Beyond the plumbing and attitude issue the room also smelled extremely musty and smoky despite being a non-smoking room. We also found a cockroach in the morning walking around on the bed. The hotel was very dilapidated and unkept.

It was a good stay but I was not there for pleasure just needed a place to stay for a funeral. The price was okay but they added a bunch of stuff on the bill at checkout so the price you see online is not total price.

Customer service was poor, lots of noise through the area, phones didn’t work, no towels, internet wasn’t working. Bed was hard as a rock. Room smelled. Asked to be refunded a day since I left early and was denied. Far better places to stay I was just using it for convenience and was sadly mistaken

The check in girls were nice; basic hotel but not bad. However, the gentleman in the morning was rude! I was getting coffee and and my boyfriend came in after and grabbed 2 mini wrapped muffins to go back to the room and he had a fit saying policy says can’t take food! It’s is a basic breakfast and they were wrapped muffins.. then demanded to know what room we were in. Then was in the phone to someone saying we were not obeying the policy. My boyfriend was standing up eating cereal while I made coffee.. he told him to sit so he doesn’t spill it. It is funny he didn’t say anything to me at first until he saw my boyfriend.. We are not the same race!

Crazy price for a stinky room, dirty bathroom, and gross common areas. The place is very sad. Neighborhood is unsafe, homeless (possible meth heads) living in the grass between hotel and restaurant, smells like smoke, cars outside playing loud music. People milling around parking lot in back at night... apparently just loitering. This place sucks.

This place is horrible. No one should stay here. I am surprised Wyndham would be associated with such a place. The door into our unit was damaged and dirty. A man who appeared homeless was laying on ground near our door. It felt unsafe. We walked next door and stayed at a different hotel.

The bed was comfortable. There was no coffee in the room, and the coffee in the lobby was not brewed but from a machine. The grab and go breakfast included we could also not take back to our room. The tv was a nice size and the shower was in good shape and the water was hot.

the bed sheets had stains on them, the bathroom door was broken and kept locking us in, the breakfast is on styrofoam cups and plates and you have to eat like a jail person as in they have to watch you eat and you cannot take the breakfast to the room, also the hotel is full of weirdos, random men smoking marijuana in front of our door on the second floor was really scary. the staff is small and rude. overall don’t spend your money.
