Room service was terrible. The cleaner didn't even bother to make the bed. Just pulled the duvet over and rocked it in. Left dirty coffe cups and sooons. Did not even refill the tea and coffee condiments. Renovations were ongoing and loud banging noise early in the morning Was an unpleasant experience

Leider ist das Hotel schon ein wenig abgewohnt, es sind Flecken im Teppich und auch z.T. an der Wand die durch normale Reinigung anscheinend nicht mehr entfernt werden können, die Vorhänge vergraut.... aktuell wird in der Lobby renoviert was aber den Aufenthalt nicht gestört hat. Zum Frühstück gibt es sehr guten Kaffee, Eier, Marmelade, Honig, Wurst und Käse, Lachs und verschiedene Aufstriche. Jogurt, Müsli und Kuchen werden angeboten. Lediglich das Brot und die Semmeln sind furchtbar. In der Nähe gibt es die Möglichkeit in kleinen Supermärkten einzukaufen und auch Restaurants sind einige vorhanden. Zu Fuß ist man in 10min am Hauptbahnhof oder im Zentrum von Den Haag: Die Tramhaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Hotel. Lage Top! Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung, da hört man die ganze Nacht den Verkehr bei offenem Fenster. Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktioniert solala und ist ziemlich laut. Für einige Tage in Den Haag eine gute Wahl.

Tv barely worked and kept tuning itself off: no digital services Corridor was really noisy and busy. Cleaner didn’t bother with my room the first night and I even found left over toiletries in the shower so I doubt that was even cleaned

This hotel was a pleasant surprise- nice, clean and spacious room and a bathroom with a proper bathtub :) (you may possibly ask for a room without it too, I did not check). The location is good- just a couple of minutes walk to the main pedestrian shopping street, and the staff were on the whole quite friendly and service-minded. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good, with plenty of different food to choose from. We enjoyed our 3-night stay here, and would definitely come back to stay at this hotel :)

Unusual room configaration with desk jutting into room and three chairs to sit on made it feel more homely and less like a hotel room. The bathroom was a good size but tucked away around a corner, also good. Big windows that ipened also a bonus. Very light and airey.
