Very nice place to stay, large casino, lots of food options, comfortable bed. We stayed in the Brook hotel, but we could also access the nicer pool and hot tub in the Tower where there is a beautiful window view from the hot tub.

We absolutely loved our 3-day getaway! We never left the resort. Food from their different restaurants turned out superb, both spas were excellent, and the entertainment was top-notch. Lots of great spots to choose from. We stayed in the Tower and did a couples massage at Skana. Luxuriously delicious. I went for a facial at the day soa and left there feeling radiant. We also had a wonderful dinner at their rooftop steakhouse. To sum it up, loved our stay!

We did not get a free breakfast for $350 a night ! The refrigerator in room did not work we had to get ice to keep a few things we had cold. There was No hot water in the morning when we took showers but there was hot water the night before. The lightbulbs in the room need to be changed half of them are dimming. They truly need house keeping to come clean and dust they have more dust on the lamp shades it’s disgusting I have pictures. I most definitely had a better stay at the holiday inn and had a very nice breakfast that was included.

The staff at the Turning Stone are wonderful. It is very easy to get turned around because of it being such a large place but multiple times staff asked if we needed help. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Rooms do not have refrigerator or any type of bottle waters! None smoking rooms smell like smoking rooms! Hotel front desk is about 1/4 mile from the elevator to your room! Hallways smell like marjuana and wet carpet! Good thing is the Valet parking is free and efficient! But rooms are small it every thing else is extra $5 a day for refrigerator in the rooms, if you use the phones to call the front desk there is a fee at checkout for all phone calls from room phone! Apparently the rooms with all good amenities are only on the 4th floor but we were never offered that until checkout! And casino slots are not loose at all, we got crushed and were not once approached by a drink lady! Tavern Restaurant was out of everything and shops don’t open until 10am!

It's a clean hotel, and kind of nice. But the prices they charge are not worth the Tower rooms. Thankfully I got a deal on them. Room is clean, but it is a tiny room. The TV was extremely small by todays standards, and the rooms are not noise proofed. I could hear people in the hallway talking and laughing at all hours of the day/night. All in all, not terrible, but for someone who has traveled a bit, not a good deal for what they charge. And the room service food was OK, but not impressive at all. For what we spent on room service, it should have been a lot tastier.

The room was outdated and had a funky smell, and the coffee creamer was spoiled. My daughter and I went to celebrate our birthday (same day). Everyone from the housekeeping staff in the casino and in the hotel, to the casino staff, check in, customer service and most of the restaurants that we visited were absolutely amazing. All of them made us feel special and made us want to return. I am bragging daily about your wonderful facility.

Valet staff inattentive, after I went and got their attention,they seemed bothered to help. Reception was empty. Check in clerk pre-occupied and finally checked us in after long wait(no other customers checking in or out)watching staff stare into their computers like the data was much more important than the customer trying to check in and spend their hard earned money. No Bell staff or luggage cart offered. Carried own luggage about 3/4 of a mile , nearly had a heart attack. Elevator was full of cigarette smoke. The only thing that went well was the delightful wait staff and sandwich downstairs at your late nite cafe/diner. The food and staff there were commendable. Overall was extremely disappointing after so much anticipation of a class operation….. much work to be done at this “Resort”!

Very nice property. The weekend rates are absolutely insane and i would never say $400 worth the money. Room was clean and comfortable, service was very good. Signage to navigate through the hotel and casino was horrible, when you are a first time visitor it was a guessing game. Same with parking garage, needs more directional signs, the one ways were not label well and seemed chaotic.

Clean room, nicely updated. Be prepared to walk a long ways from the parking garage, to the reception desk, to the elevators, and then to your room ... it's a bit much if carrying a lot of luggage. Elevators at the casino do not have any directional arrows to point you where to go.

Hotel is very nice but it was very difficult to find it- no signs to direct the route to the specific hotel on the grounds- went around in circles trying to find the entrance. Room is clean & really luxurious. Couldn’t figure out the thermostat & so couldn’t warm up the room above 68 degrees- I was able to turn off the fan though so that helped. Staff very friendly!

Place is nice. Only thing I really disliked. Was when you park in the garage. You check in to get your key. Then you have to cart your luggage through a few hallways. Got lost twice. Had to ask for help. Need more signs.

I had a wonderful experience at turning stone for the weekend. The only complaint i had was that we ordered chicken tenders and fries for room service one night. The fries were cold and the tenders werent great, and it cost us $140 for it. Besides that, i had an amazong experience and will be back when i can get away again!

Celebrated a friend's retirement and had a blast. It was very clean and there was ataff available at all times for questions. There were attendants cleaning slots throughout our entire visit. The music in the casino was great. The food at the tavern was delicious and the service was quick. There were a lot of food options. I played roulete for the 1st time and the game attendant helped me and taught me all about the game. We willbenack again.

Our 1st time here & we were so happy we chose this place to stay while we were in town for a concert!! Great service all around, nice clean rooms & so many options to eat from a buffet if thats your thing to high end dining. The gym was nice & clean & well equipped!! The gaming was alot of fun too ! Cant wait to go back.

The property us absolutely beautiful for the holiday season including the stroll through the gingerbread houses. The staff is top notch. Very friendly, but professional.
