This was my second stay at this hotel, and I loved it just as much as the first. The location is excellent, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good. My room had automatic air conditioning that maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the day, with the option to switch it off. It also included a mini-fridge, television and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Considering all these facilities and the fantastic location, the price offers excellent value for money. Many of New York’s famous attractions and transport links are only minutes away, including Fifth Avenue, Times Square and Penn Station. Travelling to JFK Airport is also convenient: take the train from Penn Station to Jamaica Station, then change to the AirTrain. The entire journey takes approximately 45 minutes and costs around $11, compared with approximately $90–$100 for a taxi. Overall, I had another excellent stay and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.

Staff was very accommodating. They allow me to leave my luggage with them when I arrived early before check in. The room was very clean with amenities such as towels, bath soaps, toilet paper and air conditioner. The location of the hotel is the best part since there is a metro station on the end of the block. 1st floor dining area has everything you need for a quick pick before you go out, in terms of coffee, soda juice and snacks. Breakfast is served for all tenants. ice machine and water is located on every 5th floor. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

Excellent location, we walked from and to Penn station with suitcases in less than 10 minutes each time. Only downside of the location was the noise from traffic and sirens through night. We were on the 4th floor as well so pretty low and facing the front of the building. Only had breakfast once but then preferred to eat out. Plenty of food choices locally. Great to have a fridge in the room and air conditioning was well used! Room was cleaned every day which was great. We would stay again, but maybe ask for a room higher up. The staff were really friendly.
