Road tripping across the southern states and needed a quick place to stay. Unfortunately we picked the wrong spot. Unsure if it was just the hotel or the city that was the poor choice but find another spot to stay. The stopper to our bathroom sink was stuck closed, something horribly sticky remained on the carpet, the whole hotel reeked of smoke, bedroom walls were atrociously filthy, sitting chair should be removed as it had disgusting stains and tears in the seat. The room next door had a smoke detector needing a replacement battery, I assume as it chirped all throughout the night. The swimming pool appeared to be a swamp, not a pool. The positive: we felt comfortable with safely parking our vehicles in the parking lot for the night.

No amenities. No water available except for a water fountain. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor. No lotion in room. Shampoo was like dawn dish soap. Definitely would not recommend for the price.

The lovely lady at check-in was great. She had issues getting us into a room literally. Each room that We were given the key would not work.After issuing us 3 different rooms we were finally able to access it. The room for the most part was clean but needed some updating and repairs. The carpet used as base trim had completely fallen off the wall. The phone was missing buttons. Some of the caulking in the bathroom didn't even reach the wall. Carpet was severly stained. Was told pool didn't open till 7 pm? When we went down at 7 they opened pool for us. The water was cloudy and you see patchess of algae forming. The ladder was barely attached as the concrete was severely cracked. The next morning at breakfast, the lady in charge of meals was busy talking to the desk clerk. The fruit basket was empty, took a while for coffee, and eggs, sausage, and gravy where placed on counters without a means to keep them warm.

The property was in rough shape. My first room had a broken toilet seat.. 2nd room had issues with the television and a large spider like creature hanging out.. The staff was good, breakfast was fine.. Not the best part of town. Won’t be staying there again.

There was black mildew/mold several places in the shower, the trash on-site was overflowing and smelled, the towels were dirty/stained and had long hair hanging off them, the bathroom and tub had hair all over the floor, and the overall experiences was terrible. The cost for the room clearly exceeded the state of the property and room. Incredibly unsatisfied and will never stay there again.

The first room that they gave us the bed was broken so they moved us to a different room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous day. The whole hotel smelled of marijuana. Everything was filthy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My first room had streaks of blood on the comforter, along with burn wholes from cigarette ashes. They switched me to another room, and there was blood drops on the bed, and the front worker replaced that comforter. Then when I pulled my sheets back there was dried semen on the sheets.

Walking into my room, it smelled disgusting. Cigarette buds on the floor, the remote did not work and asking the front desk, they told me that they do not know what to tell me. The toilet did not flush all the time. Yellow stains were on one of the beds. I have never experience this with any hotels ever!

I checked out as soon as I checked in. The room was horrible and disgusting. It smell like smoke although I selected non smoking. Sheets had blood in it. Comforter has cigarettes holes in it. It was a nightmare. As if no one is cleaning or sanitizing those room.

I arrived to dirty bed linen on bed..it was apparent that they didnt terminal clean from last guest. There was women makeup all over the sheets There was trash still under bed and the carpet wasnt vacuum inside or outside front door. I showed housekeeping that morning and asked that enire bed linen on both beds be changed and vacuum carpet. And the elevators and propery was filthy. I met several guest who requested another room because of the cleanliness. The front desk Sharon was nice. But Will Never stay here again Im sure they dont mop bathroom or vacuum. Just empty trash and leave.

The room was clean. Didn’t have any hot water and the water pressure was super low. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast had two options and had no milk of cereal and the area is a very bad area the people that come in and out keep talking inappropriately and the parking is very sketchy recommend if you go to park upfront where all the lights are. But other than that, these day was decent.

Check-in was easy. In the room (112), I sat down in the wingback chair after having moved it over to see the TV better. It was rocking. Looked down and the leg was broken! I called the front desk--I was told that they knew about the broken leg...that's why they don't want anyone to move their furniture. What??? Next the TV--was snowy and not good at all. The carpet was dirty--if you walked barefoot, your feet turned black! Also, in this handicap accessible room, there was no grab bar beside the toilet, only behind it, which is only useable as a towel rack. Lastly, when I checked out, I asked the clerk to email me the receipt--she said, "I'll just print it out."

My room smells terrible ... some sort of industrial perfume, I would guess. There is the smothered smell of cigarette smoke it's trying to hide. Gad, that is an overpowering smell. Reception who checked me in was wonderful!

This property was an ok stay for the price we paid. Aside from a couple critter roaches trying to stay in with us not too bad of a problem. One room did not have hot water so we had to use one bathroom to shower out of both rooms that we rented. I knew what to expect when I showed up to the hotel so I was not surprised. Still a decent stay for what I needed the room for. We were out and about the town so we were hardly in the room. Hotel has its wear and tear. I would probably stay again if I had to.

Run down facility with cockroaches, cups chewed by possibly rats. Door propped open, random people coming in and out throughout the night making it unsafe. Strangers in the parking lot asking for help with money. No housekeeping service during the 5 days there. Asked for towels and toilet paper and tissue but did not receive it. Had to go to the front desk to get towels, toilet paper, and tissues. Had to take out our own trash due to no housekeeping service during the 5 days there. Ladies at the front desk was nice and helpful.

Quality inn customer service thru the phone was very rude front desk was nice . Was calling to ask for a laundry room in the hotel but the guy just ask why and how many days I was staying told him one then he just hung up ! WTH Then in the morning they said 6am breakfast I waited till 7am no breakfast. At least they had coffee 😂

The bathroom was not cleaned. There was soap left on the tub edge from a previous guest and the basin was dirty. The toilet was not cleaned either. In addition, while checking in with my service animal, I was asked if I had a “card” for her. This question is against federal law established under the ADA. There are only two questions that can be asked and having a “card” for a service animal is not one of them. This hotel needs to train their employees to stop violating federal law immediately. 1 out of every 4 Americans suffer from a disability or multiple disabilities, which are often not always visible. There should never be a question asked regarding a service animal other than those allowed by federal law under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Employee told one customer food wasnt part of the stay. When employee received personal call she left her station and I heard her yelling and using the f word. It was very unprofessional. On top of it all the gravy and sausage was cold and the biscuits were hard. Room stunk. Elevator where seams were made me afraid to ride it. Over all I am glad I only stayed 1 night.

Upon arrival there was Several angry people waiting in lobby for refunds etc. we waited over 30 minutes for an individual to show at desk for check in. No one was at the desk! There were so many upset customers, I asked to see my room before I checked in. The room I saw was horrible. I would not stay in a room with a propped up television. (Stand was there but broken). Facing (front with drawer pulls) on dresser was missing! It smelled like mildew. The guy at check-in assured me the money would be returned to my card. As of today it’s still not been refunded. I never stayed in this horrible excuse for a hotel.

We checked in and they required a $50 cash deposit and took my ID and kept it for the night. You receive it when you check out but it’s wild that they keep your ID. The staff was really friendly though! Room was kind of gross. The toilet lid did not fit on the back of the toilet? Like why?

We only had our bags in the room for a couple of hours. Honestly I felt the area was unsafe for my grandson & my self. There were homeless people & told of a big drug crime area from a restaurant a couple miles down. We went back & got our bags & stayed in a better hotel. The room was clean & the front desk ladies were nice.

Marijuana smell smacked us in the face upon entering, then my asthma mom couldn’t breath because the hallway and room on floor 3 smelled of cigarette smoke, then we found food on our box spring under our bed and hair on the floor, the lock on our door (room 306) was broke, we needed to leave for a moment and encountered police on another floor due to an apparent fight between an employee and a guest, and so we left and stayed at another hotel. The neighborhood at this hotel is run down, the staff is rude, and it’s dirty plus stinks.

Met our need for a nights sleep. The room was cold when we entered which was ok we can turn the thermostat up. The neighborhood was sketchy with homeless people in the area and loud people coming and going. Wouldn’t stay here again.

it is ironic that you posted a sign saying $200 charge for smoking yet the room I was in smelled like years of cigarettes, shouldn't you be paying me the $200???!!! Also, the lady that runs the morning breakfast is unpleasant to guests...maybe someone should tell her she is in the hospitality business which usually means be nice to guests

Hallways and elevator smelled like tobacco and pot. Beds only had thin sheet and thin cover. No blankets available. Phone didn't work to call front desk to request blankets. Bathtub plumbing not functioning....shower wouldn't work. Shower curtain rod was coming out of wall so that shower curtain couldn't close. Tub was slippery requiring using the bath mat for safe footing. Check in - agent was barely civil and had to wait for her to get off phone. Breakfast was good but was at adjacent hotel.

In a bad part of town, took forever to check in, smelled terrible, very run down, curtains were hanging off on the side, remote didn't work for the tv, baby cockroach in the bathroom, heard every door slam in the hallway. Breakfast was bizarre as you had to walk outside and through the parking lot to the other side of a motel next door, to a restaurant to give the vouchers to, but the food was decent.
