Front desk isn’t manned. You have to call them to check in. It is being updated in rooms and doing a great job. Very modern and bright. From the outside it looks like a cheaper hotel. Quiet and plenty of parking for large vehicles.

Property has recently been updated. Check-in was very easy and gal that checked us in was very sweet and kind. The air conditioning in the first room she gave us was not working so she immediately upgraded us to a suite and it was a lovely room, very clean, spacious and comfortable. They use Dove products in the bottles for soap, shampoo & conditioner which I was thrilled about. The Poole water was lukewarm and we were in the Poole for awhile. Had cable which was nice. Also recommended a nice Pizza place to eat down the road called Public House Brewing Company and pizza was baked in a brick oven, very good. Had a jacuzzi I room, but we just used the shower. They had a nice simple hot breakfast and we checked out. Check out was simple. Thank you for a great night!

It was a great location. Nice and calm. My room was clean. The bathroom and shower were clean and tidy. There were soap, conditioners, hair dryer. They had a nice pool and areas for sitting around pool for having your breakfast. They also had washer and dryer each for $1. It was a good experience. I think they deserve more stars based on the conditions.

Our room very clean and tidy. However, the overnight temperature was in the 20's and our heat was broken. They did have a room size space heater that barely took the chill out of the room. The breakfast was good, but no lids for the coffee cups. The indoor pool was closed for repair.

5 stars given the price and what you would expect for a place like this. Rooms are clean and comfy. The breakfast was lacking, but it's there and included. Gym didn't have much, no bench either, but was usable and clean. McDonald's is right next to the property for easy access to food.

Staff was very pleasant. Pool area was pretty comfortable. We did not use the gym or laundry so can’t provide comments there. We could not get the shower water to more than warm (but it wasn’t cold). Location was very convenient for everything we needed and this property was visibly better than the other two very close to it. Notable things for future guests: Our room did not have a coffee pot or a pillow top mattress (both listed as amenities) and our friends’ room did not either. If you will struggle with taking luggage up stairs, you should request the first floor as there is no elevator.

Cleanliness issues: It is time to throw away the existing shower curtain and replace it with a new, clean one. The one hanging was dirty along the bottom 4 inches. Upon arrival, there was a wad of hair in one of the trash cans, like someone had cleaned out a hairbrush. The walls in the sink area, and in the toilet area, were splattered with something brown and gross. I'm glad I brought my own hair dryer because the one attached to the wall looked grimy. The towels were pretty skimpy. I know it sounds petty, but the lotion provided in a wall dispenser smelled old. Plus side: the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful, but a bit hard to understand. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great!

Our room was clean and neat. The funiture was better than the price would suggest. The bathroom corners were clean which is rare with hotels. The breakfast was minimal. The only complaint I have is that our bedspread had some medium size stains in it. Maybe grease or something. Not too pleasant. But overall a good place to stay.

The room showed signs some sort of bug treatment on the floor and then we saw a cockroach. The sheets had stains on them. Under the beds looked like it had never been cleaned. We couldn't even stay the night.

The sheets had stains. The chair had what looked like urine stains the foot rest has what looked like semen stains. There was a wad of toilet paper wadded up behind the trash can with what looked like fecal matter on it. There was feces on the ground outside the door on the ground. The front desk girl said “oh I’m sorry to hear that” did not offer to compensate us at all. I wish I would have known they would ask for a review I would have taken pictures, but no one wants to see that.

The property is conveniently located right off the highway. Check in was quick and easy. The man at the check in counter was friendly. It is an older property but fairly well maintained. The room is very clean and quiet and I like that our car is right outside our door making it quick and easy to unload. I like that the fridge is a good size, big enough to hold everything in our cooler. The room is comfortable and everything works. We are going to stay here again on our return trip.

Older hotel that could use an updated bathroom and sink area. The entire room could use paint. The bed was very comfortable and the TV could use more channels. I didn’t go to breakfast, only because I don't eat breakfast. Lastly, the door could use a little adjusting.

It’s a very nice place to stay. My only complaint was the bathroom. It seemed as though no one had stay in my room for a while as the bath tub wasn’t freshly cleaned, the shower curtain smell. Like it had been soak in urine, and the shower head had quite a bit of build up to the point that water almost could come out, and when ot did some of the build up fell into the tub and the water pressure was non existent. Aside from that the property was great. I plan to stay again on my next trip.

The cheap price makes this good option. The building is definitely showing its age. The heating and air unit in our room was making ominous noises and the ceiling vent in the bathroom was missing pieces, but the room seemed decently clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was breakfast in the morning.

The biggest issue with this motel was that there was something off with the water pressure. Flushing the toilet was iffy. But the water pressure was so weak that showering was not possible. Not sure if this is the norm, but no one warned us at check in.

Was awaken after a 10 Hour Drive at 8:30 PM to somebody trying to get in my room, but the safety lock stopped them. It was a man and his son who also had been given my room that said he wanted the office and I went back to bed a half hour later someone from the office again I was awakened pounding on the door and he asked if I checked in today and what my name was when he looked it up he said OK go enjoy your sleep well this time it took me three hours to get back to sleep he could have just called as soon as the other man wanted a dust and said our computers were down What’s your name and what time did you check in? Didn’t bother me as much as my wife now on my return trip from Chicago I have to find somewhere else to stay. I could never stay there again as long as she was with me.

Stop at nite and it was one below zero outside. The room was good. A little dated but good. But after we unloaded the car into the room. Found out the heater did not work and there were big gaps around the door that the wind was blowing that negative 1 degree weather right into the room. The staff was great at attending our needs and getting someone right away to check the heater. Still didnt work so he moved us to the next room where the heater worked great in. He brought a window blind into the next room to put over the door to help keep the cold air out. We moved next door and had a nice warm nights sleep. The staff felt bad about what happened and were very helpful and quick responding to the problem.

My husband had a reservation and was running early this establishment was so helpful and efficient said no worries come on in. The breakfast was wonderful the rooms were soooooo clean. My husband says he will stay there every year when going to Oshkosh. They were fantastic!!!!

The hotel has a 100% smoke free policy. The guest in the room right next to ours stood outside our door smoking and it was as if someone were smoking right inside our room. When I spoke to the receptionist about it, he said he would get the manager. Then he came back and told me the manager wasn't available.

Since I was pre-paid, I did not have to provide a credit card, which is wonderful! For the first time ever, the hotel itself was better than the pictures. It was a very pleasant experience and the night manager provided us cookies that he had baked what a great treat.

Overall this place was great. It's around the vinyards and all sorts of other places that you can go. Its walkable to some of the places. The staff was nice and attentive. The room was clean and the lobby was clean. You have a mcdonalds right across the parking lot. The beds were tough though. Kind of like foam was placed over a board.

Travel stop type hotel with doors to outside. I liked this place. People and guests were friendly, middle to older age mostly. Looked and smelled clean. Mattress comfortable. Good nights sleep. Bathroom looked clean. Has microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Breakfast was all carbs options but for hotel price, it was good. Was able to have our little Maltese in the room for very reasonable fee. No complaints. Much better than the more expensive chain hotel where we stayed on our trip the day before.

My husband went down for breakfast at 6:30 am and rhe lady was still putting product out. I didn't eat there. Would have been nice to get orange juice. They had an orange flavored drink but not what i wanted. Room was really clean and bed very comfortable. Great for price.
