When I checked in they give the wrong room my room was pose to be 233 but they give me the key for 233 an I opened the door at 2:30 am and there were some working men in the room ! I only picked this hotel because of the hot tub that was out of order and the camp fire that was also down and not working I need to be com. Or some of my money back from this room very bad experience

It was a good stay. I have just a couple of suggestions. 1. Get some better pillows for the bed, or put diffrent types on the beds firmer pillows. 2. Bring your saunna tub up a couple degrees hotter and more jets.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient spot to the interstate. The bed was comfortable. The cons: -the tv was pre-programmed so we couldn't use it to watch Disney+. - the concrete in the hot tub was very rough. I got a deep scratch/hole in my hand, and my boyfriend got some minor scratches on his legs.

The property was clean quiet and safe wish it had a better bar nd dinner selection. It was quiet and very friendly but the dinner menu was like snack food not a dinner menu despite advertised, and the hours of the bar 5-10pm was not convenient the food choices were not good

Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience. The hotel is nice but could definitely use some AC upgrades, it wasn’t cooling well in the room. I liked that there were balcony rooms, the beds were really comfortable! The staff was very friendly as well. Cons: there was still some trash in the trash bin in the room from the prior occupants, the room smelled SO bad (musty) when we arrived. It was making me physically ill/nauseous. I had to go buy ozium and a wall plug-in air freshener. The bathroom door handle had crud build up on it so I had to clean that. The wallpaper in the bathroom was moldy in some spots.The tv was really dim with one bright spot like it had been hit/damaged. And normally hotels have a 24/hr self serve coffee bar but this hotel didn’t which was a bummer.

broken lamp shade, waited unnecessarily long time for service, furniture had stains in room, desk table had sugar residue [not the best cleaning job]. folks were nice enough, quiet location. easy to order doordash etc. beautiful nature outdoors. close to highway which is a plus and minus. bed was comfortable. stay was fair but if you're a germophobe or clean freak, this is not the best option.

Another very good stay at this property. Room 202 was a bit more worn that other rooms we have stayed in at that property. Also I found a woman's undergarment sticking out from under the couch in the room. Things happen but I would have thought housekeeping would have noticed it.

Stayed here quite a few times in the past. I stay here any time I can if the hotel is available. Beds are nice and rooms are very clean. Lobby area is welcoming and accommodating for hanging out.

Property is tired and rooms need to be updated. Curtains were broken. The water pressure in the shower was poor. No freezer section of the mini-fridge and the Tv is on the smaller side for hotel room TVs. We weren’t given very many towels despite having a room for 4. There is no main switch to turn on the lights so we had to individually turn on/off. Breakfast offerings were meager and pricey but there are restaurants nearby. On the plus side the beds were comfortable. However we paid quite a lot for a 3 night stay and expected more.

Check in and out was easy. WiFi was out for two days because the male employee didn’t realize that he was on a secured server and we guests were on an unsecured server. He insisted that I was wrong. After several more complaints from others, he was still heard saying “it’s working “ while holding up his phone. I missed several important transmissions. The shower leaked so badly, it leaked outside onto the floor. There were no communications in the room on restaurants or other venues around us. Just not up to usual Marriott standards. The female employee was friendly and greeted you as you entered or left, unlike the male employee.

This hotel is very nice. The front desk staff and the Starbucks personnel are professional and very friendly. They are a pet friendly hotel and actually are friendly to pets. Our little dog traveled with us and he was greeted and treated as well as we were.

Great clean hotel close to 95, but was very quiet. Cracker Barrel right next door. Plenty of parking. We checked in at midnight the night before Thanksgiving and was expecting to be greeted by someone sleepy, but Leila was at the desk looking crisp and professional. She was so nice and helpful with our check-in. There was an issue with the A/C in our room and she immediately moved up to another room that was perfect. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again!

Front Desk representative Iryna was rude and kept me from getting my reservation completed, I had to wait over an hour to get all I had reserved applied to my account. I was also overcharged to my credit card due to a “system error”for which I had to call to get reimbursed. Bad customer service experience.

The stay was fine, as were the staff and amenities. My issue that dropped my rating was that the boiler went out and I had to take a cold shower before attending a wedding. Mentioned it to the front desk and they took my room number and I checked out in person and no other was made given my experience. An additional we’re sorry some points $20 off the bill would have improved my rating. If the shower incident didn’t take place it was a good stay.

All the staff were exceptional and knew how to run their hotel! Unusual today. The check in, out people know their jobs. The cafe people were courteous and ran the cafe right. The one room service person I met was super nice. We WILL be back!

The Late check out !! I didn’t have my appointments until 2 pm . The late check out of 12 allowed me to work rather than having to go someplace with internet while waiting for my meetings. Also very clean, well priced per night , great location.
