Amazing staff. Very friendly. The breakfast was excellent each morning (including eggs, oatmeal, waffles, sausage). They accept pets which was amazing for us and had doggie stations outside which made clean up so easy. I would definitely stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom was clean with lots of amenities, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is included and plentiful. Lots of restaurants all around. Nice place to relax. One complaint - the pool was not clean and it was not pleasant to sit outside because of it.

Staff very friendly, lobby area clean. Room was clean for the most part except there were human hair found in sheets and the toilet in master bathroom. Had a faulty toilet, as the handle broke off. I was unable to flush , and had to use the other bathroom. I took pictures of the handle as well.

The front desk employees were nice. But the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The comforter had a stain. Not sure if it was blood or something else. The curtains had a booger on them. The tub needed to be scrubbed.

The room was not cleaned. We had a king bed and there were blood stains on both sides of the bed on the sheets. No one was safe from the blood. When we went to shower the next day there was a used wash cloth in the shower and no one had used the shower during our stay. I told the front desk member and asked them to clean the room, in hopes to shower the next day. When I arrived back at my room that night, the used towel was still there as well as the blood stains. When I checked out the next day I showed the same front desk attendant the pictures and she said there was nothing she could do since we paid on Expedia. Will not stay again. Beware. So gross. But the new Holiday Inn up the street is pretty awesome.

We were in town for an art show at the civic center. It was only 1/2 mile from the hotel, so very convenient for us. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, and our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very pleasant stay!

We did not stay. Your website for booking our room was very disorganized We accidentally booked a room in Thibodeaux rather than Lake Charles on the same day that we needed it. I realized my mistake right after we booked and called to ask if the reservation could be moved to Lake Charles. I was told no, and that I would have to pay for the room booked in Thibodeaux. Pathetic service!

We usually stay here when we go to Thibodaux. It is convenient to all the places we need to be and the staff is always top notch. We did have an issue with the room this time however the staff quickly corrected and moved us to another room. The breakfast is convenient and always well stocked.
