The pool was closed during our stay. We did not realize it would be. Front desk staff told us they were waiting on a part because a diaper had clogged the filter. However, the signs at the pool said it was closed for seasonal maintenance.

The hotel itself was nice. Location is quiet and it’s near restaurants. We felt safe that there’s a locking gate around the hotel, except this is the first convenience that wasn’t working. Next thing was the pool was closed for maintenance. When we went to the elevators upon check-in, you could smell a burning motor smell. We figured they were working on the fence. Upon check out the next day, the elevators were down. The burning motor was the elevators going out. Some had to use the stairs. Luckily we were on the second floor and o my had one suitcase and are young. If anyone else had more suitcases or little kids or are older, the elevators not being maintained is a bigger problem! Luckily we don’t think anyone got stuck in the one that went out! Staff was ok. Housekeepers were nice, those that spoke to us. Checkin staff seemed a little overwhelmed with a few families trying to all check in at once. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of food rather early when breakfast still had an hour left. Food was good. Probably not a hotel I’d stay at again.

Everything was fine except, they had a small surcharge for parking, they had no shuttle to the airport, and the shower head was so high, the hot water was cool by the time it hit you.

There wasn’t any hot water in the morning. I left the hotel around 8:30am. When asked if I enjoyed my stay, I responded with the lack of hot water. The employee’s response was “yeah, we only have 1 hot water heater so there isn’t enough hot water for people to take showers in the mornings.” To me, a lack of hot water every morning is unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

We didn't even stay. Due to there being roaches at the hotel. The front desk "Mark" refused to refund our stay. There were numerous reviews about the hotel recently with in the past week about having roaches. Which unfortunately I didn't notice at the time of booking since it was a recent post. Mark said the issue had been resolved. Within the week. However I knew I wouldn't be comfortable and wouldn't be able to sleep worrying about the roaches. I tried to get a refund they refused. I even ask if I could book at a nother location and and was also refused. We ended up finding a another hotel and had a worrying free stay.

It was a nice place and the people were helpful. There was quite a spread for breakfast and plenty of room to relax at the tables. The fountain is a nice touch. The place is airy and spacious. My only real complaint would be about the bathroom... 1) They had tried to refurbish the tub and the finish has partially come off, making a ring around the tub. 2) When I got to the bottom of the stack of clean towels, when I grabbed the towel to dry off, there was a hairball which got stuck to my skin (from the moisture) and yellow stains on it. You can imagine my horror questioning if the towel was clean for a split second. It was clean. Just 2 "ick" false alarms that negatively impacted my short stay. Location is great for the airport, not so great for access to off-site dining.

They did not honor my Expedia reservation for the type of room I reserved. Hotel room was dirty. Spiders in the bathtub. Staff did fulfill a request for our room refresh which they said they would do. I recommend finding a completely different hotel. We will not be back to this property.

Outstanding customer service from front office at check in, breakfast (Saul) and checkout Derrick). Kudos to Saul having to deal with the busy breakfast crowd but ensuring the food and coffee stations were filled and tables cleaned tor the next person(s). Offered help to someone that was struggling with a waffle that stuck to the waffle maker. I had actually stayed at another hotel the night before and was never acknowledged as with your staff. Congratulations on a great staff which is so hard to come by these days. Will definitely book reservations in the future. Forgot to mention that the room was very clean and comfortable!

Our room was very old and in dire need of up-dating! The air conditioner and heating controls were not working properly. The bathroom was dirty with hair etc. The front desk agent was hard to understand and he was rude to us. We won’t be staying there again.

Only stay here if you bring your own bed. Honestly, I don’t know how this hotel has the kind of high ratings that this website shows. The bed was so squishy that we slept terribly. Awful for side-sleepers! And it felt like there was a pit in the middle of the bed - no center support for a king bed. My wife had to sleep on top of the couch (the pullout was also horrible). Other issues: the old, yellowed overhead light in the bathroom was out of an old horror movie; ripped carpet; microwave lightbulb burned out; rusty track for the closet sliding door; ripped couch cushion cover. The other issues are comparatively minor, but the bed was so unbelievably bad that not just this hotel but the whole Residence Inn chain is on my no-stay list now.

Conveniently located near the airport and i-25. Also very close to Univ of New Mexico. The room is very spacious with a full kitchen. I also like the fact that there are multiple drawers for storing clothes, which has disappeared for many hotel rooms these days.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were close to the elevator but heard little to no noise. Suite was large and beautiful. Parking was well lite and felt safe at all times. My only complaints were the view and internet. My view was the roof of another building. The room made up for that issue. We paid extra for high speed internet but it was very slow. The free internet was very spotty.

The individual providing reception at the motel was very unhelpful. I don’t know what he had on his agenda, but it was impossible to get anything as far as courtesies or amenities from him. The snack bar was empty. The gentleman said he could not do anything about it while 30 or 40 people Remained partying in the front reception area. I was very happy with the room and very disappointed with the service. It took until the following morning to even get someone to pay attention to our frustration.

Checked in late, around 11pm. Three other parties happened to come in at the same time. Appreciated that the clerk called for back up and everyone was taken care of quickly and with smiles. Room was clean and great price for a double suite. Breakfast was good, too.

Overall a decent overnight stay but.... Telephone in room didn't work; hot water in bathroom sink never got above lukewarm so we used the bathtub faucet for hotter water; the TV stopped working; and most annoying was a request to the front desk to contact the room above us and ask that they settle down @ 9pm due to the thumping and running around the room that had been going on for over an hour. At 10pm, called the front desk again because the activity had not stopped. We were told they didn't answer the phone so NOTHING was done. We asked the person to call again, visit the room or MOVE US!! Apparently, contact was made as the noise finally stopped but really, if no one answered and you have a complaint, wouldn't you send someone to check it out? Very disappointed in the evening staff and their dealing with a disruptive party.

Excellent staff!! Rooms were amazing and very comfortable and clean. The manager was so kind to help us with an early check in. And we left behind some AirPods and they found them and are sending them to us. Wonderful hotel!
