Hyatt Place Phoenix/ Mesa

Comfy room and friendly staff.

I appreciated that fresh fruit was included with breakfast. We did not use the pool, but towels were provided there as well.

First time at this location. Easy outside parking. The hotel is in a good location and I felt safe. Lovely lobby space and easy check in. Didn’t use the commissary area, but it did look well stocked and the chocolate chunk cookies looked amazing! Room was a little dated, but clean and comfy. The bed was super comfortable. The linens were very soft and smelled clean, although the pillows were small. Water pressure was great in the shower and the bathroom was clean… and bonus, the towels were soft and not scratchy! I’m actually very happy to find this hotel. I stay in Phoenix a lot and even though this was a little out of my way in Mesa, it was worth it!

The breakfast menu was excellent. Staff was very pleasant.
