The room was very spacious. Plenty of plug ins. With computers, phones and a CPap machine, many hotels come up short, your place was great. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only down side, your heater was down for the pool but the hot tub was great

The pool and hot tub were easy access to enjoy and the hours of operation allowed us to enjoy very early & late! The putting green was a perfect way to spend some time without spending extra money. Hotel is very close to multiple shopping areas, restaurants & a quick trip from the airport. The staff was very helpful and offered suggestions for other fun local attractions.

Super easy check in process that was fast. The location is great. Within a short drive to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great, I just wish it went longer in the morning. I don’t want to get up early on vacation. The room was very spacious and had a sitting room adjacent to the sleeping area that was great for lounging without having to sit on the bed. I loved having that shampoo. Conditioner, and body wash available in the shower. The pool area was a little small, but very nice. I did not use the workout room. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I will book again when I’m Visiting the area

We truly enjoyed the staff hands down!!! Very attentive, polite and respectful. Breakfast was the same thing every morning but it was great and the breakfast buffet was constantly being refilled and cleaned. The pool was a bit dirty it had bird poop in it (im assumimg that is inevitable). They did have towels available for guest. Our first night two of our pillows had blood in them and the staff was fast to replace them (i was wanting to reserve somewhere else after that bit inspected the reat of the room and dediced to stay). The beds where comfortable but pillows where flat and needed extra ones to make it as one. Bar had very limited drinks along with menu options. I so have to say the limited menu theynhad what we tried was amazing! Location was great! Overall great 6 day stay. I would give it another chance because of staff and location.

Hotel seemed nice untill the bathroom lights turned on and a few roaches scattered. Smashed and left a couple on the bathroom wall. I let the person at the front desk know. That there was some smashed roaches on the wall. She said she would have a manager get back to us. Never got a call or message back.

As soon as I walked in the front entrance, I felt welcome and valued. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional, and efficient on both my check in and check out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower water was hot and the pressure delightful. Towels were plentiful, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the additional room furnishings, as well as the roomy desk on which I could do my work. The parking lot was well lit and safe. Key cards provide room access, as well as pool, fitness center, and auxiliary entrance access. Morning coffee was hot and plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was filling and full of variety. The property is conveniently located near major thoroughfares and is within walking and driving distance of dining and shopping options. When I return to the Phoenix and Mesa area, I will definitely be a return guest.

This is the second time I stayed at this Hyatt. The staff is awesome and extremely helpful. The first room I had, the air conditioner kept making this rattleling noise so I did not get much sleep my first night. They did switch rooms for me for my second night. Other than the air conditioning, I think this property is due for some remodeling. There were no bedside ports to charge your phone/watch. The furniture has seen its day as well. Of course, a nice restaurant and room service on the property would be a plus, but I understand not all properties offer the same amenities. I will continue to stay at this Hyatt every time I make a trip that direction.

Staff member that checked us in was rude and somewhat racist. She acted as if we could not afford a room. She placed ID's up to our faces and scrutinized our credit card with a noticable attitude. We travel and stay in many hotels in a year, and never experienced this type of treatment. Also, on our 2 day stay our room was never cleaned or given towels. When I called desk to get towels, I was told housekeeping was only on request on 2nd night and I had to go to desk to get towels. Maybe we should have been told at check-in.

I stayed I believe August 3rd they had nearly 50 dollars tied up in my account until yesterday 8/27/2025. Also, they added a 70 fee two weeks later and I have no idea what that charge was for. I will NOT stay here or any other Hyatt again. Am currently contesting all these charges the Hyatt added on nearly two weeks after my stay and hopefully I will be able to recover some of this nonsense. If you stay here do not have any of your debit or credit cards on file, use cash.

Stayed here for Spring Training and it’s a great location right in between stadiums for the A’s and Cubs - 8 minute drive. There’s also a shuttle for the Cubs a block or two away. Lots of stores, fast food and some restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Staff was super friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.

As a regular at this location I notice the breakfast isn't as good. Instead of wgole pieces of bacon they are serving a bowl of crumbled bacon, the french toast is now hard in texture and the scamble eggs are water logged. Unsure whats happening.

The included breakfast was awesome, in fact it was the best buffet style we’ve ever had at a hotel. I was concerned that the hotel is right undef the flight pattern for Phoenix international but in room I couldn’t hear them. Comfortable and clean. Lots to do and see in area.

The property was undergoing renovations and we were not advised of that during the reservation process. Few of the standard amenities such as lobby computer access were available. We were told that the third floor had renovations completed (our room was #324 initially) but the TV and entertainment system didn't work. There was paint overspray on the bathroom door and handle, cracked commode water tank lid and general quality of the remodel seemed inferior for a Hyatt . . . even for a budget Hyatt. Technicians arrived to address the failure of the entertainment system only to realize that the system had not been programmed. We were relocated to another room after having already unpacked and settled in. This was not what I normally expect of Hyatt Place and certainly a disappointment compared to my previous stays at the same hotel over the years. The staff was empathetic but had no means to really resolve the issues since they were related to the remodel. I will definitely be more willing to explore options that I might not have otherwise considered given my past positive experiences with Hyatt Place Mesa Riverview.
