Conveniently located to explore Jackson with shuttles for airport and the ski resort. Suite room with extra space for relaxing, work or tv separate from sleeping space. Kitchenette was well stocked for cooking. Breakfast was well done with nice sitting area including a fireplace and tv. Lobby area was inviting with two large seating groups, games and fireplace. Cookies were a nice extra. Clean, well Maintained, nice public artworks and pleasant staff. Would recommend and would stay again.

Everything was really good. The upgrades of the property from the Lexington are nice. 2 things: for the 3rd year in a row for April 1 week visits, the hot tub was broken or under repair. Not good for a ski trip. If the tub is that much of a problem, they should just tear it out and rebuild it with a new one. To have this happen 3 yrs in a row, for the same dates, is inexcusable. Perhaps this is when they schedule an end-of-winter cleaning...this is also inexcusable. Many people still come to Jackson in early april...as was the case this week as the hotel was mostly full. To not have the hot tub (one of the most important amenities) not available is bad. At least plan a reciprocal agreement with another local hotel or health club so a hot tub is available. 2nd: we had housekeeping come by after the first night, but not after the 2nd...which was strange (we stayed 3 nts). All else was good.

Easy check-in. Comfortable room with fridge , microwave and kuerig coffee maker. Air-conditioned rooms. Rooms cleaned every day. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Was concerned it would be noisy due the motel like entrance to rooms, but it was surprisingly quiet. Minimal buffet-style breakfast served daily.Also, laundry room available on premise.

Our stay was great! The suite we had with two queen beds was very nice. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The free breakfast every morning was more than sufficient. Food choices for everyone! We were always able to walk to town. The pool and hot tub were great as well especially after coming back from a long day in the Tetons and Yellowstone!

Super clean rooms! They had staff cleaning throughout the day which I really appreciate. The warm cookies they had when checking in made it feel all the more special. My kids loved the breakfast. And the staff was very nice!!

The location of the hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance of Jackson Hole Town Square. I found the staff to be good and the breakfast too. On the downside, the room appeared dated and was poorly maintained. Additionally the hot water ran out during my shower and the hot faucet also stopped working mid-use.

Rockwell is a very clean and cozy property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The beds are cloud-like and the linen is white as snow. You can confidently walk into the shower, knowing that they are safe for people of all ages and pristine. My family and I enjoyed staying there and strongly recommend it to future Expedia travelers.

The pool was not available and had I known that I would have cancelled my reservation with kids. Rooms somewhat clean. Ceilng fans covered in dust blowing. Housekeeping awesome at answering needs. Breakfast was wonderful. This place is multiple units broken up like a motel. To get to the lobby you must walk back outside.

The room is excellent, clean, comfortable mattress, nice bathroom, the hot shower was really nice for the snowy day. Breakfast was excellent too. I didn’t get to use the indoor pool and hot tub. But my friends enjoyed it. We also booked a room with kitchen. That was a full kitchen. We got to cooked a meal for one night.highly recommended.

This hotel was well maintained, and they provided hotel guest well. The hotel was clean and well organized. It was also close to city center to easily walk but far enough away to avoid the traffic that you see in popular tourist areas. We would definitely recommend your stay. It was easy to park and navigate to and from the hotel.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was decent. However, I did have some issues with noise. I could hear sounds from outside the room, which made it a bit difficult to relax at times. Additionally, the water sounds from the shower on the floor above were quite audible, which disrupted the quiet. Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Walkable to downtown was extremely convenient. Modern room with heated bathroom flooring was a plus. However it was a small space, a bit noisy, and uncomfortable pillows.

The room was beautiful and spacious, however, considering we paid $500 a single night, the breakfast left much to be desired (all cold cereal and toast) and there was no way to log in to your digital streaming services from the TV. Location was great, staff were exceptional, but there’s certainly room for improvement.

I've said it before, this hotel has the most comfortable beds in Jackson. Staff is always nice, helpful and courteous. Super quiet property. I just wish they kept the old name. The Lexington.

We asked for a 1:00 checkout as our car was being repaired due to a minor accident and wouldn’t be ready till then. I was told best she could give us was 12. Normally I would understand but in this case the hotel was not busy and the extra hour could have easily been given. She was very unfriendly and made things quite inconvenient for us. Her attitude added to an already difficult day.

We have stayed here many times back when it was Lexington and the current Rockwell. The rooms are amazing w/ ave breakf. Sadly the front desk service has dropped in quality which starts the experience less than favorable for how expensive this hotel is. They need to bring back the way Lexington did things with a more personal feel. I arrived around noon and understand the room may not be ready as it was not. But no effort was made to ask cleaning to work on a room for guests that have arrived. I am not the only one that had this issue when i was checking in others had the same experience. Also they would not call me to say when the room was ready, they said to keep calling. I was told if they did this for me they had to do it for everyone... that's my point they should do it for everyone. Several different front desk people said it would not be ready until 4 when i called every half hour. Finally i just went back to the hotel at 3 and found a room was ready. They need to get up to speed and have software that notifies when a room is ready like all other quality hotels. Lastly, i explained i was with my 85 year old dad and really wanted to get him in a room to rest. I was told i could sit him in the lobby and i could go in town and they would give him a room key when ready. This is borderline an insane statement and thing to do. Who in their right mind would suggest this as an option and let alone do this. I will return to this hotel but expect to see improvements at the desk.

I’ve stayed multiple times at The Rockwell Inn formerly The Lexington. The staff were not very friendly nor accommodating. I arrived at 1PM and asked for an earlier check in, but was denied and told check in was at 4PM. Two pilots walked in ahead of me and were both granted the same type of room. Disappointing as I asked for someone to call me and confirm when the room would be ready. I explained I would be waiting in my car for the room to become available, with nowhere else to go as my flight was cancelled that morning. The guy on shift said they didn’t do that and I would need to check back. He said I could wait in the lobby. Anyhow in the past, I’ve had nothing but great things to say about this hotel. This stay not so much. Once I was able to check in at 4:00, a dirty cleaning towel from the cleaners was left on the tv console. Hope they consider some new employees for the Winter season.

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not polite and declared he had no rooms available and to come back again at 4pm. However every customer walking in after me was checked in with no questions. I was very upset but did not address the issue. The person after him was very kind

We had a fantastic stay at the Rockwell Inn in Jackson Hole. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the location couldn’t be better — close to everything, yet peaceful. What truly set this place apart, though, was the incredible customer service. After we checked out, the housekeeping team found a pair of AirPods in our room and immediately turned them in to the front desk. Adi, who was absolutely wonderful, personally called me to let me know they’d been found and went above and beyond to help ship them all the way back across the country. That kind of care and attention to guests is rare — and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel not just for the comfort, but for the genuinely thoughtful people who run it. Thank you, Adi and the entire team!

The staff and service are exceptional. They set the bar for customer service. Their shuttle services add tons of value, but shops, bars, and restaurants are also accessible on foot. I'll be back in JH next year and will stay at The Rockwell Inn again.

The hotel was excellent. It is in a perfect location right in downtown Jackson. You can walk to everything. It is 12 minutes from the airport and about 20 minutes from the grand Tetons. I found it to be the most perfect location. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great. Parking is easy. The rooms are very nice.

Nice hotel in a good area of town. For the price it is super expensive. It is basically like any good motel you would get anywhere . Location is excellent as you can walk everywhere Cookies at reception are at nice touch. Rooms are comfortable with good amenities but you do hear people walking in room above you - so ensure you get a room on the second floor. Breakfast was typical. Expect a line as soon as open and the staff is not always quick enough to replenish.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very conveniently located. The beds and bathroom were very good. The breakfast room was a little small for the number of hotel guests. We needed to get to breakfast early to get a table. The did was very good but didn't change during our four-night stay. The little details like coffee/ flavored water/ cookies in the lobby were appreciated. Overall, a very good place to stay in Jackson. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here when the property was the Lexington. I liked the Lexington and they seem to have made some improvements. The location is perfect in downtown Jackson. The clerk was very patient and accommodating when I asked to move my room. I have never said this about a free breakfast but it was excellent. They had delicious ham and cheese croissants and hot cinnamon rolls. It’s pricey like everywhere in Jackson but it’s worth it especially in the off season when I visited.

The Rockwell is a comfortable, clean hotel in a great location. Its only drawback is the free breakfast it offers. It's not very good and we chose to pay for breakfast at other establishments.
