The hotel and staff are good. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is healthy. The parking is expensive with limited options other than valet service that is now $31 per day. The site doesn't advertise this fact very well. It is a challenge to come and go without having to hand over a car key to someone. There is limited street parking and signs indicate you cannot park on the street overnight.

It was a nice place, but the $30.00 valet parking made our total stay pricy so we parked across a very busy street and walked a block to the hotel. They had a free breakfast with waffles, eggs, ready made oatmeal, and bacon. The gym was small with two treadmills, and two bikes, and 1 weight bench. We most likely won’t stay there again because of the valet charge for parking.

Hotel provided a Lyft ride from Burbank Airport to the hotel, and a shuttle van the next morning back to the airport - rides were prompt and so convenient. Hotel is clean, quiet, friendly staff. Attractive lobby, with coffee, cookies, and local newspapers.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff were always welcoming and polite. They had a great free breakfast every morning and milk and cookies available at night. When we needed anything like new towels they were quick to bring it to us,. The only parking option is valet which is an extra cost that I did not know about until we got there, it’s convenient but should be included in the stay since it’s the only parking options but other then that everything was a good experience traveling with kids.

Location near highway, it has entry points on both sides of the property and it’s confusing if you enter from rear side, only vallet parking available and need to enter from front of the property. The photos of the property available on Hotels.com depicting wide parking lot is misleading. Rest of the stay was good, have a nice little downtown nearby with plenty of good options to eat.

Things felt sticky like they weren’t wiped down. Also my bed sheets had some stains. Not sure if they had changed the sheets… recommend not using those sheets if they have stains for other guest. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the neighbor talking. Woke me from a dead sleep. Also the air conditioner was loud and made a clicking noise… i was extremely tired and the noises were very inconvenient.

Needs to been renovated, bathroom disgusting peeling baseboards, paint, caulking dirty. Didn't know 50 bucks per night per dog in a nasty room. Charge to get soda from the shop and 31.00 a day to park my car. Breakfast nasty, taste like it was from the trash. Eggs, potatoes. Overall just so disappointed in this property in full. Too much money for everything. Like 300.00 a night. Go far away!!

Not very clean. When we pulled out the sleeper sofa there were lots of food crumbs from someone who had eaten in the sofa. There were pieces of lint and garbage on the floor. Also it was very noisy, we could hear the people upstairs. Staff were friendly. Cookies at night a nice touch. Breakfast mediocre.

This hotel is very close to the I5 and shopping/dining. Room was clean and smelled good. Bathroom and bed were clean. AC works well. To top it off there were chocolate cookies in the check-in area. Bed feels great after a day of driving.

Worse experience went for a swim at night and the amount of cockroaches in the pool area was insane. I was disgusted. My husband didn’t allow me to go complain but l needed to write a review. It made me questions the cleanliness of the hotel. We stayed 1 night.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The air conditioner actually worked and let us set it as cold as we wanted. We slept great and cool. And the blackout blinds are the best thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! We asked for a quiet room and they happily accommodated. The staff was so friendly. The only thing we were shocked at was parking was so expensive. Not used to paying for parking but he hotel was exceptionally wonderful! Close by the airport and just can’t say enough about cold a/c and blackout blinds. Makes me only want to stay at Hampton Inn from here on out.

Only valet parking. No self park option. Checked in quickly. Cookies and milk were a nice touch. Dogs in the room next door barked for HOURS. Shade in room was broken and wouldn't go down. Remote/TV didn't work. The breakfast was pleasant and the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was mainly good. Our room was very noisy with the freeway behind the room and the people above us. There is no sound proofing contrary to what may be said. I asked to switch l room after the first night was told there were no rooms with 2 queen beds that were not facing tbe freeway. I would not stay here again.

Second time using Hampton Inn. Clean and accommodating. However, a few issues. One, never got a digital key like I was promised. Not a big deal due to us getting two room keys but still if promised and offered, please deliver. Secondly the shower in the room didn't work properly. When pulling the plunger up to change the water flow from nozzle to shower head, it didn't work properly. Half the water was coming from the nozzle and half from the shower head. Attempted multiple times to fix it between the two of us and it was pulled up as far as it would go but still leaked horribly.

I arrived after my husband checked in and when I went to the room it was not the King suite I reserved it was a regular room. I immediately put my bags down and went to the front desk and the man on duty combatively responded "well you got an early check in so you don't get that room." I said "I would like the room I paid for as I already paid for it." He said no our room was "used" my husband asked if he would refund our money for the difference he said "no I'll comp your parking and it would only be a $15 to $20 difference so we should be happy with that. It truly ruined my experience and as we booked through Expedia, a third party site "it wasn't his issue".

Great customer service! Our flight got in close to the end of the airport shuttle service. They arranged a rideshare for us. I'm not sure if this is standard practice or a short term solution. Could have just been us not reading the amenities list close enough. We were grateful nonetheless. Good breakfast as well!

Hospitality, Giselle was very accommodating due to the circumstances that we were there for my brothers celebration of life she was very accommodating and very compassionate and gave us an early check-in. We did leave three jackets there and are going to figure out how to get those mailed back to us

Christinia Taylor (Sales Manager) at this property was empathetic and very customer-oriented. We arrived only the second day of our booking due to a delayed flight. Although we had a non-refundable booking, Christinia was very understanding of our plight and waived our first night's payment. Excellent customer-service from Christinia. Although I thought the valet parking would be inconvenient and require waiting for them to get our car, it was quite the contrary. I texted them each time I was leaving my room and the car was already at the front by the time I arrived there. Breakfast is good. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation and Studio room looked bigger in the pics than it was in reality. But, overall a good stay and value for money compared to alternatives. I would recommend it.

Love this hotel. Super clean, staff is helpful and friendly, has basic amenities and variety of breakfast. You can hear the freeway but it doesn’t bother us since we use a white noise machine. The refrigerator had an intermittent high pitch noise. The hotel is located is close to a shopping center and about a 15 min drive to Universal Studios. It’s perfect for families!

Everything was great - clean, nice staff, well managed. My only suggestion is to add a sneeze guard for the breakfast bar. The guy in front of me sneezed on the scrambled eggs and sausage...I was done. Other than that it was a great experience for a stay in Burbank.

My family stayed at this property for 3 consecutive nights and were very pleased with its location, cleanliness, staff, and hospitality. The gentleman overseeing the breakfast made sure it was fresh and stocked each morning to accommodate each guest as they arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with daily fresh cookies and milk provided between 6-8pm.

The stay was just average. The rooms were nice size but at least our room, it was odd and much of the room was not usable. The property seemed outdated in many ways. No non valet parking although i think the description indicated that there was. The pool area felt like it was on the freeway which it practibly was. The breakfast was decent although the eggs tasted very strange.
