Nice hotel with a very friendly staff, clean rooms, good water pressure on the shower and tub. Nice hot breakfast included that was very good. Complementary coffee, tea and iced lemon water available 24 hours a day in the common area. Also it has a small convenience store with snacks and drinks available for purchase. Very comfortable bed. The reason for 4 stars is the ice maker on the second floor was not working during our stay, and the 'heated' pool was cold. Other than that, very pleasant. would stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Hotel was 45-minute drive from Lake Guntersville State Park (thought it was closer). A/C unit shook and rattled the entire 2-night stay, made it tough during the night. Tried to use UberEats to get food delivered and it was never claimed so that was a failure. The hotel did have plenty of parking and also had a charging station for electric vehicles.

Waited 15 minutes to be checked, called twice to confirm operational EV chargers, told they worked, they did not. Fortunately I had half my range and this was a overnight in transit to New Orleans. Don’t stay here.

First and foremost, the staff at this location was incredibly friendly. Everyone that I spoke with was accommodating and super friendly. With that being said, I am extremely disappointed in the cleanliness in our room. There was mold in the ceilings, in the air vent, and ants all over. I cleaned the ants, but noticed that there were cracks where the ants were coming in and out of. You can see the mold in our room, 317. I had family staying in room 319 and her room had even more mold on the walls than ours did. Since we were traveling out of town with young children, we were going to play in the pool. The website states that it's a heated pool. I can definitely say that it was not! It was super cold and not pleasant at all. I always stay at this location, because it's close to my family's house in SCT, but I might have to stay at a different location.. Please revamp this hotel.

We did a random stop to stay. Still had several hrs left on our travels and was getting tired. Got to hotel about 4ish pm. The trash outside was over flowing. Front desk lady was nice. Got to room, at first look, disnt look like bedding was changed out. After futher inspection, determined bedding was just extremely wrinkled. Over looked this. Then found prior stayers key cards on nighstand. Rose another concern on cleanliness. Ultimately decided everything was ok to stay. The usb phone chargers attached to nightstands DO NOT WORK. No bar soap to wash hands in sink. 2 people taking care of breakfast bar. Neither paid attention to items being out, other guests had to tell them. When we left the next day at 9am, the outside trash was still over flowing.

Overall the cleanliness of our room was perfect, checking was wierd as the kid about (20) seemed bothered that i interrupted his ohone time and just ask like what i wanted. The carpet in the elevator was super dirty, the carpet in our room was very thin and over by the ac the tack strip was actually sticking out and would poke your foot. Not safe especially when I have a toddler running around. I did love the blackout curtains because the room was actually dark, even though there are bright lights outside. I didnt like that the fridge in the room had no capabilities of freezing at all. I am a breastfeeding more and not being able to freeze extra milk wasnt great. Last thing I will say is breakfast isnt too bad, the coffee was very watery but the area was very clean and the waffle thing worked great so thats a plus!

What I didn't care for were the four teenie tiny pillows that were uncomfortable and the mattress was horrible. The walls were very thin, so I could hear the entire conversation in the room next door. I just could not get a sound sleep the entire time I was there.

We were very happy at the Comfort Inn. The room was large and clean. The bed comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. I really liked the pull down blinds at the window. Effective and clean. Quiet and plenty of parking.

This was the best Hotel experience that my wife and I have ever experienced! I can't say enough about the staff and their professionalism. Everyone spoke to me each time I came through the lobby and made sure I didn't need anything during my stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I will defiantly be staying here in the future for sure!

This was an terrible experience because of the lady at front desk probably the rudest person I have ever met an extremely lazy,we arrived 15 minutes early from a 5 hour drive waited until 3 o’clock to check she said our type people room aren’t ready yet an we should go to ruby Tuesday our type of person what does that even mean was she being racist it sure seemed that way to me I feel like we would still be standing there holding our luggage if that other young gentleman had not came into work when he did he checked us in right away she said house keeping would have to clean our rooms an they was on break two of them was smoking cigarettes at the front entrance of the building also not professional as well first thing we walk up on is cigarette smoke in your face from your employees at the main entrance we even purchased the check in protection plan I believe Easter was her name not really sure it seemed she was in a hurry to get off work an couldn’t be bothered with us because everything was fine soon as she left an the next morning when she came back so did the drama overheard her being rude to other gust while going to my car may need to put her in a different position or even terminate employment

Check in time was 3:00, we got there about 4:30, I think. The 2 desk clerks were questioning each other if the rooms had been cleaned yet, one thought they had, hadn’t seen cleaning staff recently. Given card/keys to room 216. My best friend and I were speaking to a couple who had just arrived. So my sister decided to go on up to the room, when she walked in she realized the room was already occupied, personal items were there, but no one there. Came Back to service desk, they apologized, gave us keys to room 206. They room was really nice. The next day, we left mid morning for a concert that afternoon. My sister and friend got heat exhaustion at the outside concert, so we had to leave early to go back to room, And our key wouldn’t work, had to go back downstairs to get a new key to get in. Same thing happened to another couple. This morning my friend went downstairs to get some fresh towels. They wouldn’t get them to her, until she came back upstairs, brought used towel back down, so they could be counted , then they gave her fresh towels.

So the fire alarm was set off around 5 in the morning due to an issue in the kitchen. I do understand that things happen but it would have been nice to have had better communication that everything was ok etc. I also have a charge of 22.80 that occurred after checkout with no explanation of why. I know that we didn’t take anything. I even cleaned up and put the towels in a pile in the bathroom. Just would be nice to get a call or an email to explain the charge. The room was prepaid upon reservation. The pool was great though.

Checked in on Saturday. Got the boat pulled in and set up- as we have numerous times before. Sparks flew out of the receptacle and it fried our boat battery charger. We instantly told the receptionist- who was going to report it and get back to us. Nothing. We woke the next morning and reported it again- receptacles still open to the public to use and again nothing. Saturday night we report it and get the same story- it will be reported and they will reach out to us- nothing. Sunday, was a waste. We reported to yet another person who was to let us know- nothing. Monday we wake and report it AGAIN- nothing posted at the receptacles and no one has gotten back to us! We are out the hotel fees, wasted holiday weekend and the price of a brand new charged and boat batteries I’ve never felt more ignored and lied to.

Parking was amazing for big trucks! But cleaning staff doesn’t understand that they have guests that sleep all day because they work or travel at night and they are very loud!

The only thing I absolutely hated was all the potholes in the drive way. I counted 14. If you tried to miss one you would hit another. And I’m not talking small potholes. The whole tire would fit in. I know it seemed to be at least 4 tractor trailers were parked in the parking lot. So I figured they might be a reason for the condition of the driveway. The rest of the stay was great. Loved the hot breakfast. With my husband being diabetic it’s nice to have a choice for breakfast that was not all bread items. It was very quiet in the room. I could not hear the other guests talking or walking around. It was great.

Good location. Newer establishment. Had to wait a good five minutes to check in. Not sure where the front desk attendant was. Other than that check in was smooth. I don’t know why she put me in an accessible room? I did not book one, nor do I need one. The room was pretty clean. The shower was not. The bed was too firm for my liking, I didn’t sleep well. They had these tiny little pillows. I would prefer a couple normal sized pillows vs a whole bunch of small ones and try to figure out how to make them work. The shower being accessible leaked water out all over the bathroom floor. Should install a low profile “lip” or something to keep the water contained, rather than build the towel “dam” I had to use. “Breakfast” was cold and rubbery eggs. Check out was ok.
