The breakfast, the cleanliness, staff was amazing. I was able to use the pool as well as the fitness center. That swimming pool is amazing WOW salt water is the best. We’ll be coming back and staying here in the future. Thank you

Heated pool, comfy beds, and convenient access to the Freeway - what’s not to love? My Family had a great stay. We will stay here again the next time we visit Portland.

This property is under a full renovation. The parking lot is full of large scale debris and building material, they have hallways boarded up, the base boards and trim in the lobby and main halls is missing, even the rooms that are complete have to be accessed through a hallway where workers are accessing all of their supplies, so it is dirty and dusty. The location is convenient, the staff friendly, the breakfast good, but if I had known the current condition of the property I would not have stayed there.

Service was good, food was good, the area is good but the pool needs new plaster.

Limited parking available due to construction, but looks to be temporary.

The hotel was fine for the price but nothing special. The front desk staff was courteous. We did have an issue with the elevator which didn't come when called until we had the front desk reset it.

the staff treated us like family! so sweet and accommodating! everything was so clean, the pool and exercise room were great, comfortable beds! we really appreciated everything so much! thank you ❤️❤️

We enjoyed the pool, it was warm enough for my 2 year old and 8 year old kiddos. Very close to lots of food options.

Checked us into a dirty room, went back to the front desk, got a new room, and that one was also dirty! We needed 2 queens, after 2 failed attempts I was told they were sold out and they had one King room.... That wasn't going to work for us. The gal at the front desk was very nice, helpful and apologetic, she ended up finding us another hotel down the road.

My bathroom sink was very dirty and when I took a shower a big clump of hair floated off of the drain.

Arrived after 4:00 and was told our room ‘might’ be ready and had to wait for someone to verify this. Was given keys and went to the room. Bathroom floor had cracked tiles and the bathroom walls were cracking. Left for the evening and returned to find no soap for the showers, and no shower curtain. Only one rubbish bin in the entire two bedroom suite. The shower faucet control was broken so that the water temperature could not be adjusted, and the headboard in one room had stains. The parking lot was partially occupied by a couple of dumpsters, and is poorly designed, making parking difficult.

Stay was ok. Construction noise started at 8am even on Saturday which was obnoxious as it woke everyone. The 2rm suite has a horribly tiny bathroom and awkward layout. Our carpet had very obvious stains all over, the bayhroom showed signs extreme wear as the tub just looked gross and dirty but was more just significantly scratched and in desperate need of replacement. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind.

Be aware that this facility is just beside the I-5. I asked for a quiet room but was given a room facing I-5, it's noisy, especially in the early morning. Also, the AC in the room is old and loud too.

The room was clean, receptionist was great, the only problem to complain about is their AC unit, I made a really load noise when u would turn it on, the receptionist tried changing me to another room and that room it wouldn’t even turn on. Had to move back to the ordinal room, tried ear plugs and that didn’t work from it being so load. AC units need to be updated in this building.

It was good for the stay we had. Room was a good size, bathroom a little small but that was ok. The breakfast was good and staff was nice.

It was good, clean, and right off the freeway which was nice. The walls are thin so I can hear everything next door through the night but other than that it was good.

The room was nicely furnished and the breakfast was good. The only thing was that it was pretty noisy. My husband had trouble going to sleep because we could hear the others in the building and especially upstairs. It started again at 6:00 in the morning.

Good value for the money. Room is clean and spacious. You can hear the freeway though.

We were in this town for a kids fencing tournament. The tournament starts at 730 am and wraps up at noon.this place was a 4 minute drive from the hotel. Requested the manager to allow us for a late check out at 1230 pm. I begged them not requested. The answer was you should’ve booked via our company portal and via Expedia group and we could’ve accommodated the request but sorry!! Btw this was not one by two different agents who said it including in charge manager. I had to checkout my 630 am having checked in at 7 pm the previous night and figure a way to keep our luggage inside the stadium. Anyway you wanted a review, you got an honest review

Check-in was great. Quick and easy. The front desk clerk (Elissa, I think) was very friendly and talkative and helpful and shared some laughs with me. The room was perfect and the accommodations were just right. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Inconsiderate Staff and Terrible Customer Service We recently booked a stay at this hotel but were unable to make it due to being stuck in a snowstorm. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a refund, the staff showed absolutely no understanding or compassion. Instead of offering any assistance, they rudely refused our request outright, as if the circumstances were our fault. This lack of basic empathy and customer care is shocking, especially when dealing with an emergency situation like a snowstorm. We expected at least a polite discussion, if not a compromise, but were met with cold indifference. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values decent treatment or flexibility from the staff. Save your money and stay somewhere that treats its guests with respect and understanding.

Hotel has very weird layout to get to room i had. But very clean. Good bed. Room smelled good. Breakfast was good. *Big issue upon check in. Paid thru expedia but got a notice on my phone i was charged over $530 at the front desk. Went back and found out I had been checked in under another guests reservation, yet the employee blamed me for it! She (Jackie, I believe) argued with me that i had booked 3 nights when i only booked one. Then argued with me saying i did not prepay through expedia so i had to find my receipt through the app and prove it. Turns out i was right and she had checked me in under a similar last name BUT definitely not the same first name. So instead of apologizing, she said "I told you to read the form before you signed" (no she didn't. She said to fill out my car information and sign). But here is the biggest issue- she took my ID to verify me upon check in. So why would you book me under "Mike" when my ID says "Sherri"? Shifting the blame to the customer for an employees poor performance is not a good look. The amount of time i had to spend to make sure my card was refunded, coupled with the heartburn over the crappy treatment was not worth the great bed, clean room and breakfast.

Very clean with a good breakfast. Though, we were given zero information at check in. It was hard to get ahold of the front desk.

Jessica who checked us in was very helpful, friendly & professional. Our room was huge as was our TV. The breakfast was more than ample. The beds were very comfy & the sheets were delightfully soft! My only disappointment was not having a bathtub but the shower was fine. I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again! 👍

Needed signage to help newcomers know the best way to enter the building.

Easy access from highway, safe, and close to food snd shopping.

Was close to lake oswego area we wanted to visit. Entrance is so easy to miss.

Odd driveway, you have to drive through a gas station and restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. It’s close to the highway and Bridgeport Village for food and shopping.

Great location, we felt much safer staying here than in the actual PDX area where crime and homelessness run rampant. We came for a sporting event in Portland, so it was a little extra driving but not too bad. We will definitely stay here again, it was great for our family!

The renovation is very nice as are the Keurig and microwave. Very small lobby and the area of location were so-so. Very good selection of bkft items.

I like the included breakfast with many food choices.

Traveling for work, I appreciate the the breakfast at variety.

Terrible experience. Filthy hotel.. work being done right outside our room starting at 7am. Noisy paper thin walls. Horrible cheap breakfast. So not stay here
