Hotel lobby stunk. Smelled like a dirty fish tank. Has to ask for a second roll of toilet paper and clean towels with a three nights stay. Fire alarms went off twice by 4 am on second day. Staff never informed us to evacuate or if it was safe to stay. I eventually asked a fireman who was there checking smoke alarms. Only one elevator was operational on day one, two, and three. On day four, morning of departure, the second elevator didn’t work. We stood pushing the button for some 15 minutes, then a cleaning lady informed us the elevators didn’t work. The staff and management failed to communicate this with the guest at all. My wife had a bad knee replacement surgery that left her physically inept to traverse stairs. Yet she was forced to. They did not offer to help with luggage, help physically get guests down the stairs, or even offer an apology for the inconvenience. They didn’t even take the time to place an “out of order” sign on the elevator doors! Owner and management only care about their bottom dollar.

This was our first time staying at this property. The room was spacious and clean. We needed a crib which was brought to our room within minutes. The indoor pool was great and had a very accessible restroom right outside the pool entrance. The breakfast options were numerous. Several hours after we checked out, we realized we had left a bag in our room. We contacted the hotel, and the bag had been turned into the front desk, and we were able to retrieve it the next day. So thankful!

This hotel is not worth the $123 per night. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. We could hear noise from the room upstairs. Toilet did not flush properly. Shower door stopper piece was broken and laying on the floor. Staff was professional and courteous.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and overall facility. The place smelled clean and fresh. The extra amenities in the room were very thoughtful and appreciated. (Makeup remover wipes, shampoo and conditioner, mouthwash etc) Great breakfast selection in the morning. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay there again.

The street sign was not lit, we passed it by hard to see at night. Check in Process was the fasted and best experience EVER! I had always wondered why check ins took soooo long this place was under under 2 mins it was great!!!! Room was super clean, bed was comfy - window shade took a min to figure out. Wish it was TOTAL dark, shade didn’t go all the way down 3” short. Room 413

Very nice! The room was spacious and had a LOT of places to plug in devices. It even had USB ports to plug in power cables to charge your phone or tablet. The price was very reasonable and we will stay there again when we travel.

The only complaint I have is the floor in the rooms sounds like you’re going to fall through the floor and we literally could hear people walking all throughout the night but other than that loved the hotel it was really clean and staff was very nice!

The housekeepers are AMAZING!! In all our hotel stays in at least the last 10 years, this is the only place that’s ever done a clean up of the room while we were there without asking. Including refreshing all towels, sheets/bedding, and toilet paper etc. 10/10 would stay here again. Front desk ladies in the morning and the evening were all super sweet and helpful. Way to go ladies, even though we had to check out early, it was still the best experience we’ve had.

Our stay was great and the staff was awesome. The girl who checked us in was having issues with the WiFi and she couldn’t fully check us in. Instead of making us wait, she went ahead and gave us the room keys. Once the system was back up she called the room and finished our check in over the phone. Because of the difficulties, she gave us a late check out which helped us out tremendously. Our room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast the next morning was good and had a wide selection. Over all stay was great!! No complaints.

The room was clean the staff was nice. But the toilet didn't flush properly and that's the reason for my score. There was a fire alarm early Christmas morning and the front desk personnel didn't seem to have any training on how to advise the customers staying there. I think there could be some training needed in that area.

Stayed 3 nights..I rate this hotel the Tops. Staff is very friendly.....took care of all our needs. Well except washing machine was broken.minor. Breakfast was Outstanding. Things changed every day. Bacon, sausage, pancakes.Eggs were great and muffins were great. We had dog and walking her was very convenient. Room was really good. Mattress is on my Christmas list.
