Great hotel great location impossible to get to by car. Took several tries just to try to find the street and had to call the hotel to have them walk us down the street to find the location. We then used valet parking because there was no way we could get in or out of where that hotel was again with the car. But everything else about the place was great

Historic property. Just over the bridge from the oldest part of town. Room was spacious. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff great. Getting to the hotel by car could have been challenging but the hotel provided terrific instructions. There is a valet on site which we used. I really believe this was the best hotel choice we could have made in Strasbourg.

The entire staff were remarkably supportive and friendly. The hotel is incredibly charming and welcoming. Even though the hotel is not updated it has everything you need including a restaurant and nice bar. They actually had a piano player in the evening one day and it was amazing! I highly recommend this Hôtel which is walking distance to its glorious cathedral!!

This was a great hotel in a fantastic location. Room and bathroom were roomy and beautifully decorated. The only issue was footfall noise from the room above. Otherwise great service. I’m sorry I didn’t have a chance to enjoy the breakfast or a drink in the beautiful courtyard.

This is a beautiful hotel dating to the 16th century. The architecture is amazing and our room was large and in excellent condition and well appointed. It was a premium room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. We were so impressed with the kindness of the personnel and their efficiency. It was enjoyable to have a pre-dinner cocktail in the peaceful courtyard. Everything is in easy walking distance from the hotel. Our only one slight criticism is that the AC was a little weak, but the outside temperatures were in the 90’s. We did not ask if there was a way of “fixing” it because everything else was so perfect that it really didn’t bother us.

The hotel is conveniently located across the Old town, Petite France and Christmas markets. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby. The hotel ambience was beautiful. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was large, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. They offered a wide variety of food options. Service was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Strasbourg.

Room cleanliness and amenities were great. The staff was very nice and the breakfast offerings were excellent. The only concern my wife and i had was the very slippery (unsafe) condition of the bath tub and shower. We both almost slipped and fell on more that one occasion and there are no hand rails for exiting the tub, which made it even more dangerous....this should be addressed, innmy opinion.

素晴らしいホテルでした！ストラスブール駅で買った町のガイドブックにも載っていました。16世紀から存在する建物で、19世紀までホテルとして使用されていたようです。チェックアウトする時、往年の姿を写したモノクロ写真のポストカードを頂きました。こうした心配りに感激しました。ホテルの方のおもてなしは素晴らしく、部屋の手配が済み次第、荷物を事前に部屋まで運んでおいてもらえたり、鍵の開け閉めまで説明していただき、それらが無理なサービス精神で行われていないことに驚きました。 (日本のおもてなしは、神経をすり減らして行われていることが多いので。) また、非常に速やか、かつ清潔なハウスクリーニングで、欧米のホテルに何度か泊まってきましたが、こんなに素早く丁寧なのは初めてです。朝食付きを本当にお勧めします。これまで行った国の中で、ベルギーのブリュッセルやブルージュ、カナダのPEIは、食べ物が美味しかったですが、間違いなくフランスのパンには負ける、と思いました。乳製品もとても美味しかったです。日本でフランスの乳製品を買って食べていますが、やはり現地の新鮮なものと比べると物足りないです。朝食に頼んだパンケーキ一つとっても、丁寧でセンスを感じます。正直言って、特にフランスに憧れていたわけではなかったのですが、フランスの小さな街や村を巡ることにハマりそうです。素晴らしい滞在になりました。どうもありがとうございました。

We stayed in a suite and it was perfect for our family of four! Finding suites that accommodate families is sometimes tough in Europe. This floor plan was amazing and gave everyone room to be comfortable. The hallway between the bedroom and the living room with the pullout sofa was awesome. The hotel has a beautiful old entrance and is situated right outside of the city center close to a parking garage. The breakfast selection was big and you could also order eggs or waffles. We even got a free upgrade from classic to deluxe. The only downside of the hotel would be the shower. It is a bath/shower combination so the shower is quite low and not as convenient as a regular shower.

Charming historic hotel with large rooms and bathrooms! Decorated beautifully for the holidays and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The balcony overlooking the charming courtyard was awesome. There are plenty of public spaces to gather in and the bar is friendly. I can only imagine how adorable this hotel is in the summer with flowers spilling over the window boxes.

check in was awful. no one to greet or park the car. asked for restaurant recommendations and it was as if we were the first to ask the question. the price was ridiculous for the room: the bathroom is separate from the shower with no sink in it. no hair dryer in the bathroom. sparse cold furniture . google maps doesn’t take you to the front of building. poor location overall. sad about it

We had a lot of trouble driving into Strasbourg. The valet of the hotel came out on the street to find us and drive the car to the hotel. Er frustrating but he was great. The hotel was very historical and interesting. Breakfast was great. Location was good.

Vi spiste ikke på hotellet, resturantene i byen var meget bra. Vi datt innom forskjellige steder og fikk noen av de beste opplevelsene. Hotellet er flott med mye historie, men vi fant ingen informasjon om stedet, og de vi spurte visste ikke. Matservering stengte tidlig, men man kan bestille på rommet. Vanskelig for taxi å komme seg frem til hotellet.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The manager Anne was welcoming, approachable and helpful My only negative is the breakfast is too expensive, I wouldn’t eat a buffet breakfast just coffee and croissant or similar so didn’t partake of breakfast
