The only thing I didn’t care for is the elevators. They were a little scary. One was rough and the other wasn’t as bad. I’m claustrophobic, so for me it was kind of scary. Other than that, the property was great.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice to have free parking/EV charging, free WiFi and breakfast. Checkin in was quick and we were pleasantly surprised the room was a nice size for the suite with a sitting area, kitchenette and separate bathroom sink from the shower/bathroom.

This was probably one of the nicest sweet rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It was huge with just the open structure of the rooms accommodated five people easily. It was just a wonderful stay and the pool and the spa was great being right next to Applebee’s was nice in the yogurt shop across the street was cool for the family and then being very close to the Redwood Armstrong forest was The main reason we stayed there. It was a great time.

Room was great, however there were issues with the facilities. First, the hot tub/spa was "out of order". From the sound of it, it has been that way for a while. Winter is best time for hot tubs so I don't understand why someone wasn't called to fix it. I was there for 3 nights and no one came to fix it. Also, the new Peloton bike that Hilton has been advertising on TV didn't work. It said I could sign up for a free account but of course it never connected to the website. I let it try for like 15 minutes then I gave up.

I had high hopes for this stay because the pictures looked decent. During our stay all of the floors in the lobby, elevators and halls looked like they could use a good mopping for laminate surfaces and shampooing for carpets. There was garbage at the front desk and in the elevator hallways on multiple occasions. The room was decent but for the price I was hoping for nicer bedding and for the hotel in general to be cleaner. Breakfast was mediocre, pool was closed for repairs and they did not have extra pillows which we needed for the pull out sofa bed for my daughter. I wouldn’t stay here again and was a bit disappointed.

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Healdsburg and the surrounding areas. What drew me to this property was the good rating in both Yelp and Expedia. This hotel lived up to the ratings. It is clean, breakfast included, 3 charging stations for electric vehicles, and conveniently located. The hotel is not far from the freeway and 10 - 15 min away from downtown Healdsburg and wineries. We definitely will be back.

Our room was very nice and clean. The elevators were not kept very clean, the floors and walls were dirty. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean as well as stocked with towels. The breakfast bar was nice at six when I went down for coffee but at nine thirty when my daughter and I went to eat all the food that was remaining was cold. The light coffee was gone. There were a lot of guests fighting for the remains cold food. Staff had to be found and asked to provide plates and food.

The location was great. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable allowing me to enjoy one of the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. However, the public restroom off the lobby was dirty, didn't have soap in two of the three dispensors, the garbage can was overflowing with trash and had no papertowels with which to dry hands. The staff were on their phones everytime I walked into the lobby.

We’ve stayed here before and have had a good stay however this time was not good at all for 2 reasons. First, the only window covering was a thin, sheer curtain and there were bright lights right outside the room (it looked like at one point they had something that could roll down and darken the room but it was no longer there). So my room was so bright all night, making it really difficult to sleep. The second issue is that they have a wood crate covering the air conditioner to make it look more updated however the crate blocks a good portion of the air flow and so the room wouldn’t cool down. So with the bright light and warm room I hardly slept.

Nice hotel but the beds in our room were like sleeping on a medieval torture bed! Horrible nights sleep for all of us. But the hotel location was great. Starbucks across the street and an Applebee’s Nextdoor. Very clean. Large room. They just need new mattresses!

Very noisy with Hwy 101 so close. Perhaps a room on other side of hotel would be quieter? Also there is now noise from a growing (unfortunately) Sonoma County Airport. Do not stay anywhere in 101 corridor if you seek peace.

Nice property. Good location. Bed is comfortable. HVAC in room is difficult to control and very loud. The room darkening shade didn't work well. Breakfast is good - eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, waffles, yogurt, a little fruit. I might stay here again.

I will not recommend this Hampton/Hilton Hotel in Windsor, CA. The bed linens for the sofa couch were stained and the front desk could not find replacements. The shower gel was empty and it appeared the hotel hasn’t had any and while the manager said they are giving guests hand lotion at check-in that was not the case.The manager didn’t apologize, asked what I wanted home to do, and gave the impression that he didn’t care.

The hotel was great clean and at a perfect location for my event. BUT they canceled my reservation without a phone call. Sent me a message via Expedia the morning of my trip which I did not received until I arrived at Hotel. It was a mess and we did not appreciate the “whatever” attitude from the front desk. After moving things around they gave us a room way smaller than i originally asked for and still charged a huge amount. Not Happy.

When we went to check into our room they were unable to make keys for us. This apparently happens quite a bit, which is insane that they would not correct this problem. We never received keys until the next morning after the manager arrived at 9. So we had to have the person let us into our room and wait around so she could open the pool gate for us and we could just come and go as we pleased. Other than this problem the room was great and spacious and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would stay there again but the key issue really needs to be fixed!

Overall the hotel was fine. Our only real issue was with the service and housekeeping. When we checked in, we were asked if we wanted house keeping the following morning to which we said yes. When we got to our room, we were out of nearly all the toiletries (body wash, hand soap, and shampoo). We called the front desk and they brought us refills. The next day, house keeping never came. We called the front desk asking about it and said that we were also out of toilet paper (we only had a little there when we arrived). They said house keeping would be up soon. They delivered more toilet paper and towels, but there was no house keeping. For how much we paid, I guess we expected better service. Not sure the value is there for the price they are charging. To us, the value of having a hotel over an AirBnB *is* the service and housekeeping that a hotel offers.

Very friendly staff, rooms are super clean and bed very comfortable. So nice to have a mini fridge and microwave! The complementary breakfast was fantastic. Perfect location in Windsor. Walking to shops and restaurants. Easy access to freeway. I highly recommend and will absolutely stay there again . A++++

Room was mostly nice but the bathroom had a really bad smell and no fan to ventilate. The pool was closed due to broken handrail but the jacuzzi was open. The bed was comfortable. The worst thing about this hotel is the breakfast, it was so awful. Even the oatmeal was inedible. One day is was so watery it was basically soup, but the next day it was thick and pasty and ice cold before 8am.

All was good with the hotel but the breakfast was very sad. Potatoes were cold and the center was raw or frozen. The fruit looked like it was poured out of a bag, sitting and brown on some of the pieces. The oatmeal was not ready for consumption.

Very kind and professional staff. Accommodating when I asked for a different room not near the elevator )there was also a broken blind pull in that room). Beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the range of breakfast offerings which included hot and cold cereal stations, a waffle making station, fresh fruit and yogurt, hard boiled eggs, four juice options and several hot items (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon.) the hot foods were just lukewarm, the sausage quite greasy and the bacon not crisp, so that is an area for improvement. Easy location, near food options and grocery stores. Rooms felt clean and modern.
