Traveling as a family, we booked 2 big family rooms. When checking in late at night, we were given 2 tiny rooms and they insisted we got the rooms we had booked. The next morning, they told us they had made a mistake and we would get new rooms when we got back later that evening. One of the new rooms smelled like RAW SEWAGE and we had to spend the night with 2 kids, trying not to vomit. Never again!

A very good boutique hotel located on an alley. Great location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. We will definitely come back here when we visit Hanoi again.

Great location and customer service is impeccable. Rooms are small leaving no room for suitcases. Also, the walls are pretty thin, it was very loud at night and in the early morning. Great location! Near the lake, shopping, food, massages and so much more.
