Disappointed the pool is closed. It appears the area is being used for storage. Lots of chairs, boxed tv, beds in the room.

The staff was courteous and polite. Parking was easy and the premise appear to be safe.

That place has seen better days! Rooms need major updates, gym is a joke and I am surprised they even call it that (two broken treadmills and an old set of weights that barely works), I wouldn't even touch the pool. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ugh...

Best hotel I've stayed in for under a hundred bucks. No matter which staff member was at the front desk, they all were friendly, very helpful and always greeted me when coming into contact with me. The housekeeping were also great people, the sign in the room say rooms will be cleaned and towels changed every 3 days but this wasn't the case. I worked in the area for a little over 2 weeks and stayed here the whole time. It was only 1 day when my room didn't get cleaned but every single day my room was cleaned and the towels and trash was changed. Working long construction hours and coming to a clean and fresh room was amazing and I made sure to tip the ladies multiple times during my stay to show my gratitude. They have a hot breakfast consisting of sausage, eggs, make your own waffle, cereal, fresh fruit, different juices, hot coffee, milk, muffins, bagels and more I know I'm forgetting. The only bad thing was, it seemed like every day I had to take my key card to the desk to have it activated again so it would work to my room. I saw others having this problem as well so it wasn't just me. Also the pool was down for maintenance, so anyone with kids wanting to swim, I'd call and make sure the pool is working so the kids trip won't be ruined expecting to swim. Whenever I'm in Charleston, this is the only hotel I'll be booking with. Thanks for the great service guys and also the great conversations from the lady that works the front desk, she's such an angel on earth.

There was not enough parking at the hotel. Could not find a single parking space! Had to park at Home Depot and car got towed! Will not stay here again!

This location appeared to be family run. We were accommodated on an early check in. Breakfast we decent. The pool was great. Staff were very friendly. Our travel plans, so we did need to check out the night before expected. We had prepaid on expedia, so no refund, but that was a casualty of the mess with flight cancellations and delays.

There were suspicious looking people in the parking lot and I felt unsafe getting out of my car.

Hote was really clean, the condition was good a few things needed attention. 1st floor ice machine didn't work they dis have a cooler of ice tagt tgey would get ice fir you.the 3rd floor ice didnt give much. Outside hall door didn't work with key ( didnt lock) breakfast ok sausage all morning only difference was egg patties one morning. BIG reason we wont come back is the cancellation policy. Our third morning, there temperatures dropped 15°. We was there for the beaches, and the young lady informed me that they had a 24 hour. Cancelation policy, which would have meant we would have had to cancel the day before. That ruined the whole thing.So we had to go by clothes for warmth and made lemonade out of the lemons that was given to us.

Hotel overall wasnt terrible, BUT I was there on business working third shift. the hotel is doing renovations from about 9 or 10 am until 8 or 9pm. while i was trying to sleep there was constant banging and construction noises coming from all the rooms around mind as well as the room next to mine. there was hammering on the same wall as the bed in my room. i spent the majority of my week stay unable to get adequate rest. there was also a child on the floor above mine constantly running up and down the hall all day and jumping around in thier room until late hours of the night.

Room was not clean. melted candy over floor next to bed and desk Toilet seat fell off. Never stay there again

Roach in first unit 314. Moved to 304 and bathroom filled with mold in drywall and behind toilet.

Clean comfortable and quiet

I wish I could share photos with you. But the room smelled of mold. I pulled the screen off the A/C return and the filter was completely clogged with dust. There was as I suspected what looked like black mold inside the ductwork. Shame on this place. The staff was friendly though and very professional. It is not their fault the conditions were like this but the management.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is friendly, rooms clean and very comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

So dingy, old and gross. I had cockroaches in the tub. Gas station next door was noisy so I got zero sleep but didn’t even feel comfortable enough to even try and sleep.

Utterly filthy. Used towels. Sticky bed side tables stains on walls/carpet. Air conditioning sounded like a Mack truck!

Carpet was very dirty. Carpet was not swept around beds and baseboards.

The room was outdated and the shower had mold. The service was good. But overall, not worth the price.

You could hear the people above us walking around, dropping things and talking all night. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and the exhaust fan barely worked, the closet door was broken

9/10 I’d definitely recommend. We stayed in the king suite. Friendly staff. Great hot water. Very spacious, clean, quiet. Lots of dining, shopping options nearby 2-7mins. Offered breakfast but we slept through it. lol Cons: Air wasn’t working properly stayed about 75deg even though AC was set to 60deg for hrs. Pillows super soft, so I’d suggest bringing your own. Other than that great stay!

The jets on the jetted tub were weak, the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. But the Staff was friendly, it was in a great location by hwys, breakfast every morning was fine but clean dining room. The price was a little higher than I’d expect to pay in the future.

Room was nice, bed was too hard.

The room was very humid inside. The window opened but the screen had a hole in it. There was water damage stains on the ceiling. The TV remote did not work the TV so it was challenging to change channels. When I asked the staff about it the answer was the remote should work.

Toilets clogged on every flush. No eggs in breakfast buffet. Curtains didn’t cover windows. AC was mid at best. Shower head was disgusting and looked like it was from 1964.

Upon arrival the hotel smelled like bleach and other chemicals. Before I could even check in 2 guest were complaining and one even asked for a refund and checked out. Surprisingly whenbwe got in the room it appeared clean but hot. Floors were nasty feeling and there was dust and crumbs in the corners. The housekeeper did not knock just used her key and walked in. The day of checkout the housekeeper walked in at 10 am while we were in bed. Then the young girl at the front desk called at 11:45. I usually give places 3 strikes but this isn’t worthy of another stay for the price. Let this be a last resort. Charleston has some nice hotels in better areas choose them first.

When you spend $500 a night on rooms, complete a CC Auth form, send a rooming list all in advance I expect an expedited check in for my crew. Instead, I got a night manager that had delayed our check in while she called to figure things out. To the management, this is not what I expect from a Raddison Property. It was embarrassing and incompetent that all this information was not passed on to the night shift. I am very unsatisfied with my service.

Well where do I start, I cheaped out on my stay. Don’t do it here. I checked in with the front desk, smooth enough. Room was less than standard of clean but enough for an evening stay. At around midnight the front desk gave another customer a key to my room he his daughter and my wife daughters and myself were all in for a scare as we were awoken to the door being shaken. Did we get notice ? Did the front desk call up? Nope. Instead 7 am and a non uniformed employee is banging on the door asking for our information. As anyone else would we packed up and loaded the truck. I stopped by the front desk to ask why sla non uniformed employee would be treating us like we stole a room and why they wouldn’t have called the room instead of awaking us again. All I got was they had a system error on choice hotels side. I asked why my rooms key was given to someone else, I got it was a system error and no level of accountability. I asked for a manager I was told 2 to 3 days before someone could address my issues. At this point I asked the front desk for their house key since they gave mine away, oddly enough they wouldn’t give me their house key but were unable to see the issue with giving out my room key. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you value safety and security run don’t walk run

This property is supposed to be non-smoking but you could very obviously smell cigarette smoke in the elevator, the second floor hallway & room 203. I wasn’t too bothered by that though. The issue was that I paid a $100 cash deposit & the next day front desk refused to give me my deposit back because he said I smoked cigarettes in the room. I do not even smoke cigarettes, so I insisted that no one had smoked in the room but the man did not care at all. I regret not complaining about the smoke smell the night I checked in but I didn’t foresee it being an issue. I told him to find me evidence of any smoking done in the room (ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) & he didn’t even care to look further. The man was extremely rude & degrading & ultimately decided to keep the $100 deposit. I have travelled the country for several years & this is the first time anything like this has happened. I feel as though this property purposely does that to steal peoples deposits.

This property is a complete rip off!!!!! Trying to over charge ppl debit card by saying a transaction was declined when the transaction actually went through. I showed them the transaction on my phone in my Navy Federal account and they still said it didn't go through. Well my money must've disappeared in my face from a ghost. I got two rooms and you mean to tell me each time it declined when I'm looking at the money coming off of my card for the rooms? This sounds like a scamming deal and I would never ever go back there if my life depended on it. I'll sleep in my car first. And my deposit better be back on my card. I'm from the area but moved out of town recently and came back for a family function. I stayed at this hotel 9yrs ago for 2mths while my house was being repaired and it was excellent. Now.... I'll go homeless first and that's sad. You don't try to get over on ppl behind their money they work hard for. I wouldn't recommend a dog staying there!!!! Bad bad bad business 👌. I was sick in the stomach running off in the restroom after eating the breakfast, the eggs was watery, the syrup tasted spoil. Only thing I liked was the apple juice and I had to mix that with water. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there unless you're desperate. And then ..they didn't want to give me a receipt after checking in. Like what? Told me to come back in the morning. They got two room deposits and two rooms payment and tried to take another room payment. I told them um..NO

Amazing and very friendly staff

We booked a reservation via Expedia and arrived at 10pm. Upon trying to check-in, we were informed that we would have to wait for someone to arrive at the property to clean a room before we could check-in. As we were waiting for housekeeping, the desk clerk then tells us that we couldn't have the room because his computer was showing that they were overbooked! How are they overbooked 20 minutes AFTER trying to check us in originally? And still could not provide me with a cancellation confirmation showing my refund had been processed! Lesson learned, will not stay here again nor will I use Expedia again. Trying to contact customer service in the midst of the situation was a disaster also -- automated service places me on hold and then tells me to call back at a later time and disconnects. Grrrr.

The property has a few homeless people living on the outside by the parking lot. There was hair on the floor and in the tub when we checked in. There was no cable connected for the 2 days I was there. There were 2 mattresses in the hallway both days

The location of this property is lovely. It is close to so many things. The staff is exceptional. Very helpful and very friendly. Im not a huge breakfast person, but they offer some really nice options. I felt safe at this property. N. Charleston itself has a homeless problem, but that is no reflection on the hotel. They are located less than a 2 blocks from a Wal-Mart, a Target and a full-fledged mall. So many dining options within a mile or 2 radius. Really great location. I was very comfortable there.

The property is near a dangerous freeway. People loiter. The rooms are not clean. We took cold showers because there was not hot water for our 2 day stay. Very bad. Avoid if possible.

We wnjoyed our quick overnight stop here while traveling through. Very convenient location off the interstate with a variety of food options around. The staff was pleasant as well!

Upon checking in the lady working the night shift was very kind and helpful. She was the only positive experience. Here are the issues I experienced.. 1. There were stains on the bedspreads and pillowcases, also the towels weren’t a fresh white color either. 2. Walls are paper thin, I could hear the tv from the next room over the entire night until the next morning 3. There’s connecting doors to each room, though they can be locked it still made me feel unsafe as a young women staying beside a guy that seemed a little off. 4. The manager completely ignored a guest while he was voicing complaints, I will say that he was talking to her rudely and I didn’t agree with how he was acting but at the same time she acted as if he wasn’t even there, and his complaints were valid. 5. WORST continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. Broken juice machine. Luke warm milk sitting out on the counter for cereal. Only 2 muffins, no non stick spray for waffle iron. No eggs, no bacon - honestly the bread products looked stale and inedible. I’m not picky but that was the first time I looked at free food and couldn't find anything that looked worth eating. 6. Rushed us out of our room when we were on time to check out. They knocked once at at 10:40 (check out is at 11), called our room, then preceded to wait outside our door. It feels like I wasted money that I could've put to a great experience somewhere else. I booked this as a special occasion trip and all I want now is my money back.

The main areas smell nice. The comp breakfast was great. The desk staff were very nice

There was not much parking for this place. They were doing work on the area where you eat so no breakfast like it said. The vending machine didnt work. The jet tub in the room was dirty. There were hairs all in it. The sink in the bathroom was the same. The carpet and elevator was filthy. The bed was hard as a rock. They charge $200 to your account for service. If you leave the room the way it was the 5 to 7 businesses days it comes back to you. There was a plastic cover over the smike detector. I will never stay here or recommend this place ever. Run away if you get it as a choice.

This property is a rose in the weeds. The staff are eager to help. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold choices. The room is clean and up dated. Great starting point to get to dinning or exploring the area. I don’t suggest walking around the immediate area.
