Club Wyndham Towers on the Grove

Love this property in off season. The Cherry Grove area puts you close to all the Myrtle Beach attractions without all the traffic and noise. The fact that you can walk less than 1 block to eat at Snookys is just icing on the cake. Wish the pool was enclosed.

We stayed in December so not beach weather. The hot tubs were well heated and one pool was heated for swimming. really enjoyed despite the cold windy conditions. We arrived late and the check in staff was very friendly. Our room was rated to sleep six. We only had two. There were beds for 6 but the "living" area was very small. Not sure how 5-6 people could be in the room together other than to sleep. Kitchen was small but fully equipped for prepping meals. Loved the ocean front view.

Chris front desk was amazing !! We let him know the occasion and he gave us an amazing experience! Lala was amazing as well at the fire pit with the s’mores ! She def was top tier with us all ! We enjoyed ! And I don’t know what his name was but to whoever let my kids get the free movie lrental you are greatly appreciated!

My stay was wonderful. Everything was nice and relaxing. Easy to access all pools and hot tubs.

Pool , Fire Pit

I had to check in at the sister property a mile down the road, which is absolutely fine. Everyone there was polite at the prince got my card with an amenity thing. Was excited to use the gym in the hot tub.. when I went to the gym at to Hrs on the Grove . My card wouldn’t work so I went to the front desk.. she was Kurt and looked up at me and said you have to use the one at the print you can’t use ours here. WHAT? I can’t use the amenities at the hotel that I paid to stay in and she was not budging.

Fast to reserve, clean and great parking. Vet family friendly. Will be staying there again.

Our stay here was amazing. Staff were super communicative before we arrived and during our stay. Very friendly and helpful. Room was amazing. Very comfy place from home with nice upgrades like granite and stainless steel and crown molding. Loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Close walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. Loved the pool options and water slide. Easy beachfront access. Parking was super convenient. This was our first stay but will definitely not be our last!

The room was even better than the pics, when does that ever happen?!! It was very up-to-date and clean. The pool area was well maintained and heated! We swam in pools and the ocean. Great activities for the kids. They enjoyed the Lazy River Duck Race. Front desk staff was nice. I did not have one complaint on my stay, which says something.

Very Clean

This hotel was very clean and up to date. This is hands down the nicest hotel in Myrtle Beach. I've been a long time Hilton member, but due to the decline in Hilton hotels, and a lack of concern by their management, me and my family will now be Wyndham members. Keep it up!

This place is extremely difficult. If you book here through Expedia, expect problems. You have to check in through a different hotel a couple miles down the road. If you have any problems, you won’t get any help from the front desk. You will have to go back through Prince. If you are the one to book the room, they won’t allow your spouse to check you in. This created an entirely different problem since the two hotels are not connected. After several trips back and forth, we finally got our room only to end up with a bad shower…didn’t work. Don’t expect to be able to go down to the lobby and they help you. You have to go back to Prince hotels again. 😡 this was absolutely the worst check in experience I have ever had. With that being said, the staff was friendly, the room was clean. I am just so frustrated and I will not stay here again because of the hassle of check in. When I explained my frustration, the girl at the desk told me if I had booked through them, none of this would have happened. In the days of third party booking, apps, and looking for a place to stay, who books that way anymore? Get with the 21 century y’all. Third party p Booking is here to stay.

The lock pad was broken and unable to be fixed. Also, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been in with pillows like rocks. there was garbage on the floor no lights on the balcony.

Very clean, had all we needed in the room to feel at home. Have stayed at this hotel in Cherry Grove and the one in North Myrtle more times than I can count. Always excellent! Never had a problem.

I thought it was a great room and really good off season rate. The room was really clean and in great condition. I will stay again.

We enjoyed the closeness to the ocean but did not like the view of the parking deck when we had purchased a ocean front view. Air conditioner was very load in the room and made it hard to sleep.

The room that we had was wonderful. Much more than I expected. I thought the room I was getting was an ocean view room with 2 double beds but instead walked into a room with a king size bedroom with an ocean view and balcony. There was a separate living room with a kitchen/dining area! There was a city view also. The room was the perfect for my husband and I. The bathroom was spacious! There were all the conveniences of home with the full kitchen. Love that there was a separate living space from the bedroom. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. We went downstairs to get some snacks from the front desk area one night and we were helped by a young lady named La La! She was very friendly, personable and helpful! We were only there for a short 2 night stay and didn’t get to spend much time at the pool area but had a great experience! The location is perfect! We came down to go to a Christmas show and visit a friend but would definitely come back and stay again!

Did not get the room I selected and booked. No effort was take to accommodate us. Was only ask to participate in presentation to sell us a Time share when I was there to have a relaxing vacation. My room was supper small although there was kitchen there was not adequate space to sit down and enjoy your meal, unless you laid on the bed.

Overall, the property is great. The room was very spacious. I made the mistake and booked the studio, thinking. I was booking a one bedroom, but it was plenty of space for just me. The staff was absolutely amazing and loved the fact that the pool was open and it was a beautiful weekend. Love the fact that I could walk out the back of the hotel, and be right at the beach. Will definitely book in the future.

Beautiful room with a view of the ocean. Would recommend this property for a trip to the beach

The bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was so relaxing.

The room was small with a small dorm type refrigerator. I didn't realize it was a studio type .

Great staff

Don't like the timeshare sales pitch

Everything was great. We could come and go as we pleased, clean environment, really helpful staff and when we requested a few things, they were very accommodating. Can’t wait to return and would highly recommend.

It was awesome the staff was very pleasant and engaging.

We were not members of Club Wyndham. We were not treated in a manner that would make me want to become a member. The time share presentation was to last for 90 minutes with no high pressure sales pitch. We were there for over three hours and because we didn’t want a timeshare I thought they would never let us go

The facilities were better than anticipated - clean, updated, room amenities good, great price. I only wished I'd been warned that I'd be pressured to participate in a time-share presentation immediately upon check-in. Part of the check-in process was to be sent to a side desk to get my room access key card from a person who turned out to be a sales rep for a Club Wyndham time-share who then spent 10+ mins trying to get me to sign up for a sales presentation. Although I dodged the sales pitch and did not attend the presentation, I was annoyed that there was no info when booking that this was part of the deal. I will probably book there again (it was a very nice place) but at least next time I will know the pitch is coming.

Everything was great but just be were when you check in your then handed over to the ( Time Share) Salesman!!

Enjoyed stay A bit far north for some of the attractions in Myrtle.

The facility has been updated and is very nice. The beach is clean and not crowded. The location is great! You can walk to several restaurants and the grocery store. The staff was very helpful and they had several activities throughout the day.

The resort was oceanfront and very vice. It’s close to all kinds of shopping. The weather was cold with snow on the ground so we weren’t able to enjoy the beach this time. Will definitely book again.

I needed to find a place for family to stay overnight since we had a sick person in our household. The unit was spacious and comfortable w/a stunning view of the ocean. The only downside was check-in. You had to go to a different building, and their "pet friendly" policy is limited to service animals. Don't advertise they have a pet friendly policy if only service animals are allowed.

My family & I stayed at this property December 20th-23rd. We were on different floors but we all enjoyed our rooms. The rooms were very neat, clean, & well-organized. The staff were very nice & helpful. The property is in an area that is very convenient to shopping, dining, & entertainment, which we all appreciated. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a very pleasant experience Club Wyndham!

I think this property should have a game room or some type of eatery. I'd also look to recommend other eating locations
