When we got to the hotel the room was not ready we waited a half hour or past check in time. The hot tub was so dirty it had dirt all on top of the water. They only had one elevator working. The breakfast was horrible with very limited items and almost a waste of time to go have breakfast there.

Stayed here due to a very early AM flight out of IND. The airport shuttle may be free but this hotel is NOT a “park and ride” hotel if booked via a 3rd party. We were not aware of this so we were disappointed to learn we did not have that option as expected. Hotel was clean and comfortable for what we needed.

On the reservation site the property said we could park our car there and take their shuttle to the airport. Apparently that is only a special reservation type which was not clear at all. Need to clean that up.

Staff was excellent. Every person was polite and accommodating. The room was very dusty and the toilet seat was so old and stained. It smelled very musty in the bathroom. The shower curtain was torn. It was a roomy room. We liked the set up. The pool and breakfast were very nice.

Great hotel but it didn't have a sofa sleeper in the room like the description said it would for our family of 5. Bathroom door knob was broken as well. But room was clean and plenty of towels. 2nd hotel elevator was broke so it was very slow ans time consuming waiting on 1. Pool was clean and stocked with towels for everyone. Was annoying to swim though because some guest had tons of floaties in the pool in the way. Easy check in an out. Breakfast was good. Some of the bacon was not fully cooked though and I found several raw slices. Beds werent super comfy but they werent extremely hard either. The pillows were great and squishy!

1. The TV had a big black caption path that the Chanel’s were not visible, 2. Room thermostat not working . As not even powered. 3. Heating unit noisy and couldn’t be change to anything, warmer or even less noisy. 4. Breakfast rather poorly presented and not good.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner was extremely loud and when selecting a warmer temperature the air unit would switch from AC to heat and the room would fill with a burning smell.

Location was nice to be away from the downtown area. When checking in- the guy was rude and eating. He gave me the wrong room number, so the keys didn't work and there were people in the room that was assigned to me. When I went back to tell him, he questioned me like I was wrong and never apologized for me being inconvenienced.

The pool area was closed for renovations (it will open this weekend) but the manager offered to call and ask the Hilton next door if my family could swim there. We enjoyed our swim and our sleep.

Check-in took an unacceptable 20 minutes from 1:38am to 1:58 am without anyone ahead of me in line ostensibly because this was an Orbitz booking and somehow needed converting without taxes being paid. I explained that I had paid already. But that didn't seem to be the issue. Shaun was pleasant while she took forever, but take forever she did. I left the next morning by 8:00 am so every minute she took counted as another minute I wasn't sleeping. I won't be back.

Beautiful Hampton near Indianapolis airport. We had the King bed suite which was beautiful. Breakfast area was the nicest I’ve seen. They were very dog friendly and I loved that they had a sign at front desk for emergency vets and other dog services close to the hotel. Several Newer hotels were right in this area, but oddly there were no places to eat close by. I’m sure they’ll be there soon.
