Prachtige accommodatie, zwembaden, onze kamer met zeezicht en jaccuzzi, alles klopte en was tot in de puntjes perfekt! Alle medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk ontbijt met tal van verse en vers bereide produkten. Het was genieten ten Top!!!

Small resort, with very friendly staff. Pool area has recently been enlarged and offered a lot of sunbeds and a great view on the bay. I also enjoyed the private Jacuzzi on the patio of the room. Room service was very nice and also offered turndown service at night.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you Yannis! Special shout out to Lucy and Marios too.

Lovely staff. Super clean. Nice rooms and lovely pool. The hotel is small, but well built. We visited in late summer and it felt like the staff were still figuring out how to organise themselves. The “spa” is just a massage room, but there is a decent outdoor gym. It’s good to have a car as the walk to nearby towns and restaurants is long and a bit sketchy. Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing time in a beautiful cretian cove

Sehr schöne und neue Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und symphatisch. Schöne Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick, wenn sea view gebucht. Schöne gepflegte Pool Anlage. Wir hatten Halbpension, Essenqualität war gut. Unser Abflug ging erst abends und wir durften so lange wir wollten am Pool chillen und uns im Nachgang in einem freien Zimmer Reisefertig machen. Zu den etwas verbesserungswürdigen Aspekten. Zum Zimmer: Minibar war recht laut im Betrieb, sodass wir ihn über unsere Aufenthaltszeit ausstellen mussten. Notausgangbeleuchtung (schräg über dem Bett) sehr hell und störend beim Schlaf. Haben wir einfach abgeklebt, dann ging es. Wir waren zwei Wochen hier, wie gesagt, das Essen war qualitativ gut, könnte bei längerem Aufenthalt jedoch etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen. Alles in allem haben wir einen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Room was very nice. Staff were all very friendly. Location is nice if you just want to get away. Plaka is 5 min drive away and Elounda as well. Nightlife people this isn’t for you. Gym is nice! TRX, Free weight The dinners were good (and always tasted good!) but they got a bit repetitive/not very interesting towards the end of the week. Pizza as a „special“ two times within 3 day time span for example. We had an issue with our sea view room with private pool upon check in that was easily solved and they gave us a new room. Our initial room was a bit smaller and the pool was on the corner and was 1/2 the size of all the other pools that you can easily see as they are all next to eachother. One issue I had was that on our last full day they were doing maintenance to the gate and it was from morning til early afternoon lots of drilling/saw sounds and it ruined the atmosphere as our room/rooms with private pool are almost all very close to the entrance/road. It would have been nice if they had sent someone around with a small gift or drink to say sorry for the inconvenience. Wasn’t very ideal… Also the private pool water was so cold we barely used it. Maybe that’s something they should look into. It was hot and sunny all week but it felt like an ice bucket. Wouldn’t suggest floating breakfast in these pools. The main pool was not as bad as it sits in the sun more than the rooms with private pool. I’d stay here again FYI! Was lovely just a few honest Feedbacks from us.

The room we were given had a much smaller pool, and was immediately in front of the gate, so lots of noise and disturbance. The gym was terrible for what we are used to. Room cleaning did not happen as scheduled, and as a result was missed. The pool area was not very clean, and the food that was left attracted wasps and hornets, so we ended up having to dispose our order. We ended up wanting to leave earlier, as it was not a very pleasant experience.

The pool area was not very clean, and the food that was left attracted wasps and hornets, so we ended up having to dispose our order. The complex was newly refurbished with a new pool area. Rooms were immaculate and well provisioned. Service was excellent from all staff. The only disappointment was that one restaurant was closed and the one that was open was buffet style. We were B&B only but paid to go to restaurant on first evening. The choice was quite limited and a little disappointing. We walked into the nearby (30min casual walk) and ate there in the wide choice of restaurants for the rest of the stay. Buffet style Breakfast was good though.

Das Hotel ist super neu. Die Anlage und die Atmosphäre ist mega schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es wurde nach jedem Verlassen der Räumlichkeit geputzt und aufgeräumt. Die Handtücher immer gewechselt. Das private Pool wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und nach dem pH-Wert geschaut. Der Service war top. Nach einem kleinen Unfall wurde uns direkt geholfen und nochmal später extra nachgefragt, ob es uns gut geht ob alles geklappt hat. Mike und Sara in der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sara hat sich sogar Zeit genommen und uns gezeigt wo wir alles hingehen können. Lediglich das Frühstück war nicht so gut, wie wir es erwartet hatten, deshalb gibt es auch einen Punkt Abzug. Aber Stella war so unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass ihre Ausstrahlung das kompensierte hat.

Die Anlage selbst ist schön gestaltet, mit einer tollen Aussicht über das Meer, einem gepflegten Poolbereich und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die für uns den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben. In unserem Zimmer war die Rückwand des offenen Schranks stark von Schimmel befallen, die Toilette hat dauerhaft nach Kloake gerochen und das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht so sauber, wie man es in einem 5-Sterne-Resort erwarten würde. Die Gläser im Zimmer waren offensichtlich nicht gereinigt – man roch noch deutlich den Sekt vom Vorgänger. Der Balkon war ebenfalls nicht sauber, alles war voller Salzflecken und die Whirlpool-Ablage war schmutzig. Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, es gab lediglich eine Sorte Schnittkäse, die Eier sind Fertigeier aus der Packung und insgesamt entsprach die Qualität eher einem einfachen Hotel als einem Luxushotel. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber recht abgelegen – ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Auch die Restaurants in Elounda selbst konnten uns leider nicht überzeugen. Fazit: Eine schöne Anlage mit wunderbaren Mitarbeitern und toller Aussicht, aber leider erhebliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Verpflegung. Für uns war es daher insgesamt ein gemischter Aufenthalt, und wir würden persönlich nicht noch einmal hierher zurückkehren.

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel. Insgesamt waren wir 12 Tage vor Ort. Checkout ist normalerweise um 11 Uhr, weil unser Flug aber erst abends ging, durften wir nach Rücksprache noch bis 14 Uhr auf unserem Zimmer bleiben. Danach durften unsere Koffer noch weiterhin an der Rezeption gelagert werden und uns stand weiterhin der große Gemeinschaftspool zur Verfügung. Das gesamte Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen komplett erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Plungepool gebucht und es war (für uns) die beste Entscheidung. Das gesamte Zimmer/Bad, der private Terassenbereich und der Plungepool waren sehr modern eingerichtet, äußerst gepflegt und immer sauber. Hin und wieder kam ein Gärtner und hat unsere Terasse und den Plungepool gereinigt. Der Roomservice kam zwei Mal pro Tag (meiner Meinung nach nicht unbedingt nötig). Die Damen waren aber immer freundlich und haben sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Das Frühstücksbüfett bietet wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Es wird außerdem sehr auf gesunde und ausgewogene Lebensmittel bzw. Ernährung geachtet. Kaffee gibt es in allen Möglichen Variationen und wird an den Tisch gebracht. Zusätzlich werden immer Wasser und Säfte angeboten. Man hat immer perfekte Sicht auf das Meer/die Bucht. Tipp: beim Sonnenaufgang frühstücken - ein Traum. Es steht ein großer Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Parken ist kein Problem. Außerdem wird ein Fahrservice vom Parkplatz bis zum Zimmer angeboten, wirklich schöne Idee ;)

Hotel sauber, freundliches Personal, Frühstück super - man kann essen soviel man will und für jeden was dabei. Gegend sehr schön und nur wenige Autominuten bis zur Stadt. Also alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, wir fahren bestimmt wieder dahin

Prachtige accommodatie, zwembaden, onze kamer met zeezicht en jaccuzzi, alles klopte en was tot in de puntjes perfekt! Alle medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk ontbijt met tal van verse en vers bereide produkten. Het was genieten ten Top!!!

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you Yannis! Special shout out to Lucy and Marios too.

Lovely hotel, pool area disappointing, privacy on balcony may concern certain customers as a few are overlooked by reception and front entrance . You do need a car as quite a way out off Elounda but don’t be put off you could walk in sensible shoes.

Room was very nice. Staff were all very friendly. Location is nice if you just want to get away. Plaka is 5 min drive away and Elounda as well. Nightlife people this isn’t for you. Gym is nice! TRX, Free weight The dinners were good (and always tasted good!) but they got a bit repetitive/not very interesting towards the end of the week. Pizza as a „special“ two times within 3 day time span for example. We had an issue with our sea view room with private pool upon check in that was easily solved and they gave us a new room. Our initial room was a bit smaller and the pool was on the corner and was 1/2 the size of all the other pools that you can easily see as they are all next to eachother. One issue I had was that on our last full day they were doing maintenance to the gate and it was from morning til early afternoon lots of drilling/saw sounds and it ruined the atmosphere as our room/rooms with private pool are almost all very close to the entrance/road. It would have been nice if they had sent someone around with a small gift or drink to say sorry for the inconvenience. Wasn’t very ideal… Also the private pool water was so cold we barely used it. Maybe that’s something they should look into. It was hot and sunny all week but it felt like an ice bucket. Wouldn’t suggest floating breakfast in these pools. The main pool was not as bad as it sits in the sun more than the rooms with private pool. I’d stay here again FYI! Was lovely just a few honest Feedbacks from us.

The room we were given had a much smaller pool, and was immediately in front of the gate, so lots of noise and disturbance. The gym was terrible for what we are used to. Room cleaning did not happen as scheduled, and as a result was missed. The pool area was not very clean, and the food that was left attracted wasps and hornets, so we ended up having to dispose our order. We ended up wanting to leave earlier, as it was not a very pleasant experience.

Das gesamte Personal super freundlich, man würde zu fast jeder Zeit mit Golfkarts zu seinem Zimmer hinauf gefahren (wie natürlich auch das Gepäck). Super Frühstück, herrlicher Pool. 15 min Laufweg zum Ort mit vielen Restaurants. Begrüßungschampagner am bereits vorgeheizten Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub ohne die geringsten Unannehmlichkeiten, es war herrlich!

The complex was newly refurbished with a new pool area. Rooms were immaculate and well provisioned. Service was excellent from all staff. The only disappointment was that one restaurant was closed and the one that was open was buffet style. We were B&B only but paid to go to restaurant on first evening. The choice was quite limited and a little disappointing. We walked into the nearby (30min casual walk) and ate there in the wide choice of restaurants for the rest of the stay. Buffet style Breakfast was good though.

Das Hotel ist super neu. Die Anlage und die Atmosphäre ist mega schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es wurde nach jedem Verlassen der Räumlichkeit geputzt und aufgeräumt. Die Handtücher immer gewechselt. Das private Pool wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und nach dem pH-Wert geschaut. Der Service war top. Nach einem kleinen Unfall wurde uns direkt geholfen und nochmal später extra nachgefragt, ob es uns gut geht ob alles geklappt hat. Mike und Sara in der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sara hat sich sogar Zeit genommen und uns gezeigt wo wir alles hingehen können. Lediglich das Frühstück war nicht so gut, wie wir es erwartet hatten, deshalb gibt es auch einen Punkt Abzug. Aber Stella war so unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass ihre Ausstrahlung das kompensierte hat.

Having just stayed for a week, would definitely come back for a longer break next time. Room with pool was superb. amazing and attentive staff. Made us feel very welcome. Great cocktails.

Can’t fault this hotel - from start to finish, the staff were wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and quiet. It’s very peaceful and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The only thing to note is you might want a car as the nearest town is a 20min walk away … it’s not a huge issue but makes getting around the island easier in general. Wouldn’t be put off booking to stay here again!

Wir wurden im Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen – das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Anlage selbst ist schön gestaltet, mit einer tollen Aussicht über das Meer, einem gepflegten Poolbereich und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die für uns den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben. In unserem Zimmer war die Rückwand des offenen Schranks stark von Schimmel befallen, die Toilette hat dauerhaft nach Kloake gerochen und das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht so sauber, wie man es in einem 5-Sterne-Resort erwarten würde. Die Gläser im Zimmer waren offensichtlich nicht gereinigt – man roch noch deutlich den Sekt vom Vorgänger. Der Balkon war ebenfalls nicht sauber, alles war voller Salzflecken und die Whirlpool-Ablage war schmutzig. Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, es gab lediglich eine Sorte Schnittkäse, die Eier sind Fertigeier aus der Packung und insgesamt entsprach die Qualität eher einem einfachen Hotel als einem Luxushotel. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber recht abgelegen – ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Auch die Restaurants in Elounda selbst konnten uns leider nicht überzeugen. Fazit: Eine schöne Anlage mit wunderbaren Mitarbeitern und toller Aussicht, aber leider erhebliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Verpflegung. Für uns war es daher insgesamt ein gemischter Aufenthalt, und wir würden persönlich nicht noch einmal hierher zurückkehren.

Posizione ideale per visitare la parte orientale di Creta. Personale accogliente e disponibile e servizi impeccabili. Struttura di ottimo livello. La jacuzzi sul balcone è notevole. La vista è mozzafiato. Numerose spiaggie nei dintorni, una più bella dell’altra.

Lovely hotel, pool area disappointing, privacy on balcony may concern certain customers as a few are overlooked by reception and front entrance . You do need a car as quite a way out off Elounda but don’t be put off you could walk in sensible shoes.

Room was very nice. Staff were all very friendly. Location is nice if you just want to get away. Plaka is 5 min drive away and Elounda as well. Nightlife people this isn’t for you. Gym is nice! TRX, Free weight The dinners were good (and always tasted good!) but they got a bit repetitive/not very interesting towards the end of the week. Pizza as a „special“ two times within 3 day time span for example. We had an issue with our sea view room with private pool upon check in that was easily solved and they gave us a new room. Our initial room was a bit smaller and the pool was on the corner and was 1/2 the size of all the other pools that you can easily see as they are all next to eachother. One issue I had was that on our last full day they were doing maintenance to the gate and it was from morning til early afternoon lots of drilling/saw sounds and it ruined the atmosphere as our room/rooms with private pool are almost all very close to the entrance/road. It would have been nice if they had sent someone around with a small gift or drink to say sorry for the inconvenience. Wasn’t very ideal… Also the private pool water was so cold we barely used it. Maybe that’s something they should look into. It was hot and sunny all week but it felt like an ice bucket. Wouldn’t suggest floating breakfast in these pools. The main pool was not as bad as it sits in the sun more than the rooms with private pool. I’d stay here again FYI! Was lovely just a few honest Feedbacks from us.

Das gesamte Personal super freundlich, man würde zu fast jeder Zeit mit Golfkarts zu seinem Zimmer hinauf gefahren (wie natürlich auch das Gepäck). Super Frühstück, herrlicher Pool. 15 min Laufweg zum Ort mit vielen Restaurants. Begrüßungschampagner am bereits vorgeheizten Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub ohne die geringsten Unannehmlichkeiten, es war herrlich!

The complex was newly refurbished with a new pool area. Rooms were immaculate and well provisioned. Service was excellent from all staff. The only disappointment was that one restaurant was closed and the one that was open was buffet style. We were B&B only but paid to go to restaurant on first evening. The choice was quite limited and a little disappointing. We walked into the nearby (30min casual walk) and ate there in the wide choice of restaurants for the rest of the stay. Buffet style Breakfast was good though.

Prachtige accommodatie, zwembaden, onze kamer met zeezicht en jaccuzzi, alles klopte en was tot in de puntjes perfekt! Alle medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk ontbijt met tal van verse en vers bereide produkten. Het was genieten ten Top!!!

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you Yannis! Sindssygt lækkert værelse med egen pool. Perfekt til vores ‘babymoon’. Hotellet er mega lækkert, og service er virkelig god. 20 min gåtur fra hotellet ligger byen Elounda, hvor jeg kan anbefale at gå ind om aftenen og spise aftensmad. Eneste minus på hotellet er nemlig maden, der er ret dyr og ret middelmådig. Vi spiste aftensmad der de to første dage, før vi begyndte at tage ned i byen. Der fik vi mere for det halve. Men alt i alt perfekt pool-værelse.

Sehr schöne und neue Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und symphatisch. Schöne Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick, wenn sea view gebucht. Schöne gepflegte Pool Anlage. Wir hatten Halbpension, Essenqualität war gut. Unser Abflug ging erst abends und wir durften so lange wir wollten am Pool chillen und uns im Nachgang in einem freien Zimmer Reisefertig machen. Zu den etwas verbesserungswürdigen Aspekten. Zum Zimmer: Minibar war recht laut im Betrieb, sodass wir ihn über unsere Aufenthaltszeit ausstellen mussten. Notausgangbeleuchtung (schräg über dem Bett) sehr hell und störend beim Schlaf. Haben wir einfach abgeklebt, dann ging es. Wir waren zwei Wochen hier, wie gesagt, das Essen war qualitativ gut, könnte bei längerem Aufenthalt jedoch etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen. Alles in allem haben wir einen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Het comfort van de bedden heel goed! Het extra bed was erg hard. (Slaapbank) Het avondbuffet voldeed niet aan onze wensen. Dus zijn we elders gaan eten. Het ontbijtbuffet kan ook beter! Pancakes niet gaar, vleeswaren uitgedroogd. Rommelig. Maar de eitjes op de menukaart waren ok.

Great hotel. We had a room with a private pool. And it was very large and the outdoor area was even bigger. Hôtel restaurant was probably the worst part of the stay and it wasn’t even bad just much better dining options in town. Town is a little bit of a walk. But very doable. Great hotel

The listing is very misleading. There was not a cafe or two bars outside of the pool bar. There was only the main buffet restaurant, the pool bar, and the additional restaurant that is NOT open daily. Additionally the rooms were not the cleanest, and we couldn't get new pool towels until 12 pm. Finally, the listing says to book the spa in advance, but we were told by the hotel we had to book in person. The spa was fully booked, but the person running it was nice enough to stay after hours. Nice pool, but overall not what I would have expected out of a 5 star resort

We had a lovely relaxing stay for a week at Enorme. It was clean and the service was great. Some points to note - it is relatively remote, a 30 minute walk to the local town which isn’t the most exciting. You can also drive 5 mins to Plaka which has much nicer restaurants and you can get the boat to Spinalonga. However this is small and there isn’t a huge amount going on so would say it’s more of a resort and lay by the pool kind of holiday place unless you have a car and can go different places to explore.

Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was when we misplaced our room key. They give you a fob card for power in your room but they also give you a key for your room. I feel like the key is unnecessary and they should just move to the fobs but besides that it was a great place. It is on a hill with a massive incline so if your room is in the 200s or 300s be prepared for a workout. Location is great as its outside of main Elounda but only a 20min walk ( or 5 min drive )
