Stayed three nights in August 2023. Unit was well equipped with kitchenette and European laundry but rooms were small with little room for luggage and dark which required light on all day. Nice pool area but access from carpark at the rear was a long haul but at least luggage trolleys were provided.

The location is wonderful. Convenient to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Off-street secure parking is a great addition. The only real disappointment was the size of the room, which although being functional and clean, it was quite dated and smaller than anticipated. The balcony outlook was over a series of rooves and air conditioners.

Building was fresh and clean. I was a bit clunky with parking at the back and then to navigate my way to the front for my after hours key pickup. Then same to leave. This is a small thing however easy fixed to make it a lot easier to arrive and leave.

Our staff was fantastic! Great spacious apartment with everything we needed and a fully stocked kitchen for the cheaper ‘cool at home stay’. The was a cheaply moment when we checked in on Sunday which stated the opening hours of the reception and if we were checking in outside of these hours we needed to organise check in with reception. Fortunately for us the reception hours had recently changed to include Sunday! Easy checki and check out. Loved our stay. Will be back.

The room was not what was shown in the photos. There was nowhere to sit in the room other than on the bed as there was no room for chairs. There was no microwave. Very poor for the price Paid

I really liked the full kitchen facilities. I cook when I'm away and this is exactly what I needed. Across the road from the beach and the Esplanade for a beautiful walk. The only thing would be to use your shades strategically in the living room and main bedroom for privacy.

Great location, female receptionist was excellent, very clean, well-maintained. Loads of eating options nearby for all meals every day. Make sure you read each apartment description carefully - my studio was clean and comfortable but no outside window, so very dark. No laundry, no microwave.

It is one of the best rooms i have stayed in it had quality essentials/ it even had a air fryer the furniture was modern and the carpet was fresh and new. I travel half the state so i get to stay in many places and this was the best. It was very clean. Staff where very friendly on check out too.

Bathroom was one of the cleanest we’ve had for a while. Allocated parking at rear of complex. We will definitely stay again when next in HB.

We have stayed in 3 room types here and all have been clean, comfy and we would ve happy with any of these rooms for a future stay! Our first room was a 1 bedroom, 2nd stay in a 2 bedroom lift access over looking the pool now 2 nights in Ocean View 2 bedroom lift access and its WOW WOW WOW Lovely views, top decor and very nice stylish apartment! The whole complex is well looked after, clean, cared for! Staff (Kim) is friendly helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The location is the best, right on the beach front with the best shops and cafes around. We will be back to Eden @ the bay with extended family for our next family stay in Hervey Bay.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. Great location, central to everything & across from the beach. Room was exceptionally clean with comfy beds. Kim at reception goes above & beyond. I have an elderly mother & after ringing Kim it wasn't a problem if we checked in early. After our departure i had forgotten my phone charger, i rang Kim & it was posted that afternoon. Thankyou Kim, your kindness was very much appreciated.I have no hesitation in recommending this place as a place to stay in Hervey Bay..wish our stay could have been longer than 1 night.
