The room was pretty nice and fairly clean. The pool was a great temperature and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The staff overall were very kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub area needs some attention. Pool looked bad, ants around hot tub. Mold and tile missing at hot tub. AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Controls on AC didn’t work. This hotel is not a 150 dollar a night hotel. No waffle maker at breakfast.

Only thing good about it was the endless amount of bacon other than that pool out of order hot tub out of order hot water not so hot if the hotel is busy pillows sucked and TV was from 1999

1) Every morning I had to go to front desk and have my key re-activated 2)Bedside lamp didn't work and I had to figure out problem 3) Heating and cooling unit didn't work and no way to get it fixed till after I left 4) Pictures of pool and hot tub were misleading. Show nice sized pool and hot tub, actual hot tub maybe could fit 2-3 people. Pool was so small that with 4-5 kids in pool there was no room for adults. 5) Walls are so thin I had to listen to the guy next door super loud on the phone for 2 hours talking non-stop. I could also hear people across the talking/arguing. This was not a relaxing hotel. Bed and pillows were nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing great. Bathroom was ok, except I dislike kid-size bathtubs. Probably will not stay here again.

I was there for 4 nights, not once did they clean my room, get me some towels, or coffee in my room. I only gave it poor because I bumped a star for the hot breakfast. Will never stay there again!

Stayed 2 nights We had no housekeeping the next day. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. There were no signs and we weren’t told we had to ask for housekeeping everyday

I have always liked this hotel, but their television selection was terrible. I like to watch Fox News and it and many other channels would not tune in, even though they came up on menu. Very poor TV service...needs to be fixed or I may go elsewhere.

The rooms were smaller than what im used to, but they were clean and manageable. The pool however was dirty at the bottom and after asking staff twice if they would clean it, i was told the pool vacuum was broken, and awaiting a replacement. The hot tub however was nice and relaxing. The staff was super friendly and attentive.

Small room! Bathroom is very tiny, hardly could find a room to move around. The furnace is loud when it's running. The sink in our room was clogged up. We stayed only one night so we didn't to complain.

Overall an above average stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was a 7 out of 10. Problems: had reserved a king bed and when we got our room 2 queens so had to get that changed and that is irritating. We could hear our neighbors through the walls and we could hear car noise late into the night. Our room was close to a main thoroughfare.

I ordered a king room and was given queens, and they were small. Very loud, could hear every other person up. Only 2 channels worked on my TV, called front desk and she said there was nothing we can do. I came back after working to relax and work in room, and I couldn’t get TV to work on channels I wanted and front desk said, we can’t do anything now. Will not go back

Our stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue with the first room we were assigned to, and the man at the front desk was immediately helpful, and apologetic. He reassigned us to a different room, and all was excellent. Breakfast was good, too.

We book hotels with pools and hot tubs only. Walk in, first thing we see is a sign, pool and hot tub closed. check-in guy was horrible, stood there for ten minutes while he tried to check us in. Apparently this hotel renovated everything but the rooms cuz what you see in the lobby isn't what you are going to find in the rooms, dated and dingy is an understatement, we ended up getting Expedia to cut our stay short and check-out after night one, booked another place and town where everything was working and renovated in the last 10 years.

Big problems with hotels.com! When things go right, it is an ok service. When things don’t go right, it’s an absolute nightmare!! Not only is the one key “rewards” program an absolute joke, it’s near impossible to deal with hotels.com/expedia when problems arise with a reservation. After being on the road all day, I tried to make a reservation for two rooms. Attempted to check in, hotel clerk showed only one reservation. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to get situation resolved, resulting in getting even less sleep. Due to hotel clerk’s diligence, we finally got situated (approx 2hrs after arrival!

Front desk personnel were AMAZING! Elevator was slow, made some noises. Pool is very small and the hot tub was out of service(really bummed about that) rooms are nice! Bathroom had a few normal water stains on the shower floor and in the toilet, you know the hard water kind of color ones. Yellow/orange. But those are hard to keep away. It was very clean and the clean staff were friendly and very good at their job! Hotel is in a great area! You can walk to many places! Food, groceries, mall. All things are close by and easy to get to! I would definitely stay here again! The employees alone are worth staying here for! Amazing!

I stayed at this property for several nights in a total of 3 rooms. It was quiet, centrally located and convenient for my needs. The front desk and staff all seemed wonderful. The maintenance guy was a little grumpy and it seemed each room had a little something wrong. It's a travelers hotel and not luxury, but it was clean and served it's purpose without breaking the bank.
