The hotel is perfect and service also. We took this to get a parking place which is underground. Everything just great. I do not understand why the gym opens at 9 am as it should open at 7 am or earlier. Breakfast is good and reception as well.

Large, lovely rooms in a beautiful hotel. The parking was a bit tricky to navigate but we managed. We loved that the location was walkable to the old city but in a more park-like setting and easy to get to by car. Our only complaint was the noise. There was a lot of construction happening outside the hotel (obviously beyond the hotel’s control) and the constantly jackhammering wore on us, but even at night after the daily construction ended, we could really hear the street noises.

Zinema7 is not centrally located but there is a bus outside the hotel which takes you into the centre in 4 minutes. If you decide to walk it will take about 15 minutes and it is a pleasant walk. You can either walk along the shopping area or along the riverside. The hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean with coffee machine and coffee pods as well as a minibar. We also had a bottle of wine and some nibbles left for us. Not sure if that was a promotion or not. The breakfast is more than adequate and you can even ask them to do fried or boiled eggs for you. There is an excellent lounge, more like a library, which is very comfortable, and there is also a cocktail bar. Although the hotel has its own parking, there is also an underground car park just a few steps away. The staff are most helpful and generously thoughtful, especially the receptionists and in particular the gentleman on breakfast duty. He put a smile on our faces every morning and brightened the day for us. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms - clean and modern with a cinema theme. Decent Wifi. The attached bistro/restaurant has tasty food options. Probably a 20-25 minute walk to the town center, but close to the river and the stadium. On-site paid parking.

Only negative was cafe bar could use more space in the evenings. Bar manager at beginning of week refused to allow use of restaurant tables to supplement this, though manager later in week had no such problem: 8/10 more tables = more income!

Great to be able to park the car on site. Reception staff excellent and Kim Novak room had everything we could want apart from tea making facilities. Location okay not great we used buses into the old town which were frequent and cheap, we did walk once but it’s not very nice. Two big disappointments were the cocktail bar not open while we were there and the restaurant was pretty mediocre and staff slow, I would go to bar next to restaurant for snacks ,excellent. We found a cafe 50m away for breakfast that was great. Overall very happy.

Brilliant hotel, excellent service, smelt wonderful. Had a lovely bottle of wine for a birthday gift.The mixologist at the cocktail bar was brilliant. Whilst slightly back from the beach front, it is situated in a lovely part of town with great delis a couple of doors down

Very nice property with in building safe parking and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. It is a full 20 minute walk or a 7 euro cab ride each way to the Beach. But a very nice hotel. Food options are some what limited but then at is very good with excellent mixed drinks.

My husband and I had a really great experience with Zinema7. We stayed in the Meryl Streep room which was a beautiful and spacious room. Great staff Large and clean rooms/bathroom Location is "far" from Old Town but makes for fantastic biking adventures I cannot say this often but this was one clean hotel. This hotel is by no means new. It was built back in 2009. The rooms were so clean. I am usually a stickler for hygiene when it comes to hotel rooms. I absolutely hate seeing corners with caked on dirt, mildew, etc. There were none. To my clean freaks, this is a great option!! In terms of location, I mean, you\'re booking this hotel knowing it is not in the heart of Old Town like every other hotel there is. That being said, my husband and I took it as an opportunity to explore the surround areas by renting a bike for the 3-4 days we were there. Bike ride was only 10 mins to Old Town. After returning our bikes, walking back to the hotel was approx 20-25 mins. I loved our stay, and would book with them again without question.

This is a fun and fashionable hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable and it was a good size for three people. We appreciated that when we arrived late, our daughter’s bed was already nicely made up without us having to ask. We had the breakfast buffet as well and it was good. Convenient location to walk to all the main sights.

This hotel is really nice, very clean, and the staff is super friendly. The bistro downstairs is quite good. It serves authentic food at good prices. Old San Sebastian is a short walk away. However, sleeping here is terrible. The bed is one of the hardest we have ever slept in. My entire party had to book a spa day nearby to alleviate our backs. There is an issue with the exterior window sills. When it rains (which is very often), it sounds like a cowbell in the room. I would have nightmares of a clanging noise in my sleep. I usually love sleeping during storms, not in this case. This hotel could have been so much more enjoyable but it needs to correct these issues.

旧市街からは歩いて20分ほど歩きます。しかしレアルソシエダのスタジアムまでは徒歩10分とそこに行く予定の人はお勧めです！ 部屋のエアコンは全く効かずに蒸し風呂のようでした。

We stayed for four nights. It was updated, trendy, roooms were spacious. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Always friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to San Sebastián and should we get a chance to come back that’s where we would stay.

The room, though on the small side, was themed and really nice. Clean, noise-less, are good points. Reception staff very helpful. I assumed I'd get body lotion as in all *4 but not in this one. We did not try the breakfast as we had committments with other people but overall the stay was +*4. Not excellent as body lotion is a given in a 4 starts.....soryy, that needs improving.

Great value for money. The rooms are a bit small, but the bathroom and well as the bed is superb. My room even had a balcony with two chairs and a table. Breakfast is typical, with local great food including their famous Iberia ham ;-) I’m coming back

Location was good for visiting San Sebastian, with bus connections outside, nice rooms but not very sound proof as you do get furniture and movement noise from the room above due to hard flooring, but overall a great place to stay.

Staff were great, hotel is super clean. My rating for my review comes down to the mattress and pillows. I have never slept on a more uncomfortable mattress in my entire life. It was like a rock. Would not stay again just based on that alone.

This was a great stay. Removed one star as I asked for an iron & ironing board and never received one.

Modern, comfortable and light. Walkable to the old city, the bay, and the train. Good breakfast and adjacent coffee shop. Shopping for fresh and varied foods within a block. Movie themed rooms and public spaces are fun and interesting. Wonderful host at breakfast greeted us like welcomed friends. A great experience, in many ways the best of a great trip in northern Spain.

the stay at the zinema7 was enjoyable and we appreciate their response to an unexpected issue with the bathroom (in the room we were originally booked in) - they were highly responsive and quickly adjusted us to a new room - the staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a good neighborhood - good breakfast available as well

We stayed for four nights. It was updated, trendy, roooms were spacious. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Always friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to San Sebastián and should we get a chance to come back that’s where we would stay.

It was heaven sent. Long multi-city vacation, and Zinema7 was by far the best place we stayed at. All the amenities were amazing. Simple things like a warm bathroom floor just added to the comfort of the room. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I will recommend to friends and if ever in San Sebastián again it will be the place i stay.

Foi tudo muito bem, mas no check out, o recepcionista estava me cobrando o café da manhã novamente (este já estava incluso em minha reserva, e já havia falado a ele mesmo no check in), e mesmo eu falando que estava incluso e mostrando o email de confirmação, duvidou e me fez perder tempo. This is a sweet hotel located outside the super touristic area of San Sebastian, and it is a gem. The cinema theme is cute and gave the property a fun and stylish feel. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially Serena. We would definitely stay here again.

Zinema7 is not centrally located but there is a bus outside the hotel which takes you into the centre in 4 minutes. If you decide to walk it will take about 15 minutes and it is a pleasant walk. You can either walk along the shopping area or along the riverside. The hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean with coffee machine and coffee pods as well as a minibar. We also had a bottle of wine and some nibbles left for us. Not sure if that was a promotion or not. The breakfast is more than adequate and you can even ask them to do fried or boiled eggs for you. There is an excellent lounge, more like a library, which is very comfortable, and there is also a cocktail bar. Although the hotel has its own parking, there is also an underground car park just a few steps away. The staff are most helpful and generously thoughtful, especially the receptionists and in particular the gentleman on breakfast duty. He put a smile on our faces every morning and brightened the day for us. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Location walkable to old town in c20 mins made even more convenient by excellent bus service from right outside the hotel to centre of the old town. Only negative was cafe bar could use more space in the evenings. Bar manager at beginning of week refused to allow use of restaurant tables to supplement this, though manager later in week had no such problem: 8/10 more tables = more income!

About a mile from La Concha but it's an easy walk or take a direct bus across the road from hotel. Just one critism. Smallish well appointed clean room but our balcony overlooked pigeon invested dirty ajoining building & room next door (901 I think) was adjoined to it. What a shame in such a smart hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms - clean and modern with a cinema theme. Decent Wifi. The attached bistro/restaurant has tasty food options. Probably a 20-25 minute walk to the town center, but close to the river and the stadium. On-site paid parking.

Good sized room and bathroom. All amenities provided. Basic breakfast, evening meals good value for money athough menu changes only every four days so limited choices and confusing pricing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great to be able to park the car on site. Reception staff excellent and Kim Novak room had everything we could want apart from tea making facilities. Location okay not great we used buses into the old town which were frequent and cheap, we did walk once but it’s not very nice. Two big disappointments were the cocktail bar not open while we were there and the restaurant was pretty mediocre and staff slow, I would go to bar next to restaurant for snacks ,excellent. We found a cafe 50m away for breakfast that was great. Overall very happy.

Hôtel moderne, très propre et fonctionnel, avec un beau thème touchant le cinéma. Personnel et chambre impeccables. Seul petit bémol, le buffet petit-déjeuner un peu quelconque. Café en sachet ordinaire. Par ailleurs, un très bon choix à San Sebastian.

Great value for money. The rooms are a bit small, but the bathroom and well as the bed is superb. My room even had a balcony with two chairs and a table. Breakfast is typical, with local great food including their famous Iberia ham ;-) I’m coming back

The room was great but for the sofa bed, slats tended to detach and was not very comfortable. Otherwise we had a great stay, everybody was helpful and friendly, the air conditioning was quiet and effective and transport links were easy. Donostia San Sebastián is a great destination for a short stay with great food scene, shopping and the sea.

Great place and clean room and bathroom. Nothing to complain about. A lovely restaurant a two minute walk away named bar augustin. Easy to get to old town as well. 10 minute bus ride which you can just tap and go or you can walk about 15-20 mins to walk odd all the food you’ve eaten ☺️
