The hotel is located on a very busy main street and was extremely noisy. As a result, I was unable to sleep well during my stay. While some staff members were helpful and friendly, others were less accommodating. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, and this was the poorest hotel experience I have had in terms of communication. Before my trip, I sent three messages through Expedia regarding my reservation but never received a response. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.

The room was very clean, the food at the cafeteria la Bagatela was beyond delicious. Very nice staff, close to everything. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was situated right on the high street, very close to all sorts of shops and banks. The hotel flooring was beautiful marble and the rooms were really nice with excellent showers. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, with delicious home made bread and croissants. It was served in a cosy cafe style space with windows facing the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel is situated in the center of Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz, with just a few meters from the railway station, buses and trams. Public transport in Gdańsk is excellent. The room was quite big and the beds very comfortable. There was daily supply of bottled water and soap, shampoo and shower gel. Bufet breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly. The only disadvantage was breakfast room/patisserie/cafè is opened till 18.00 (Sunday till 16.00), so it is impossible to have a snack or tea in the evening. (There is an Aïoli restaurant nearby open late).
