betten sind sehr bequem. an der bar sehr langes anstehen um ein getränk bestellen zu können, andere gäste drängten sich vor und wurden auch noch bedient, was korrekt anstehende gäste sehr ärgerte. auswahl frühstück sehr gut. insgesamt wäre es von vorteil, wenn das personal ein wenig lächeln würde. für einen kurzen aufenthalt tip top, kommen wieder.

I wish the hotel had laundry services. Also, when they cleaned our rooms, they didn't replenish coffee and cream. The hotel charged us 24 Swiss Francs for parking one night. This is way too expensive.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage zum Musical Theater gebucht. Auf der Homepage des Hotels werden Öffnungszeiten zur Brasserie von 06.30 - 22.00 Uhr publiziert. Wir sind kurz nach 15.00 Uhr im Hotel eingetroffen und wollten vor dem gebuchten Anlass noch etwas in der Brasserie essen (auch nur "kalte" Küche). Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption meinte kurz und bündig die Brasserie sei bis 18.00 Uhr geschlossen. Unserer Bitte, im Restaurant des Musical Theaters noch einen Tisch für uns zu reservieren konnte auch nicht nachgekommen werden, wir sollen uns selbst darum kümmern. Sonst hätte es auch noch genügend weitere Restaurants in Oerlikon. Ich bin mit einer Freundin angereist, welche durch ihre Krankheit stark in der Mobilität eingeschränkt ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach der Qualität der Hotelrezeption. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier definitiv nicht.

La chambre sentait fort la cigarette. Après inspection par le staff on nous a proposé d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer. Mais les rideaux sentaient très fort et nous avons dormi dans une odeur de tabac froid. Pour une nuit à plus de 300€ c’est extrêmement décevant. Le service au restaurant semblait en formation et ne connaissait pas le menu. Je voyage beaucoup et me plains peu mais la vraiment je ne reviendrai pas.

We were couple hrs early and asked to check in and they expediated a room for us. Lory on the desk was awesome. So chatty and nelpfulin every aspect. The hotel was good and restaurabt breakfast buffet was over but they offered to whip us up some breakfast just the same. Much appreciated

Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Er hat mir die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht gegeben, obwohl sie verfügbar war. Er hat mich gebeten, 25 CHF mehr für ein Einzelzimmer (anstelle eines mit zwei Einzelbetten) zu zahlen, obwohl ich das Zimmer mit Einzelbett gebucht hatte. WLAN funktionierte in dem Zimmer, das ich bekam, nicht. Es war kein Manager im Dienst oder zumindest ließ mich der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nicht mit seinem Vorgesetzten sprechen. Das Frühstück war nur so lala.

Nice hotel. Little far from downtown but reasonably priced. The #11 tram takes you to and from the train station. Not much air con but that seems to be a Zurich thing. Would stay here again.

The staff are friendly and helpful! The breakfast is excellent! The only problem is that the WiFi only works for smartphones. The WiFi doesn’t connect to PC laptops, so getting work done is difficult. There isn’t a nearby place to go to for WiFi. The staff told me that this problem will be solved in the near future.
