The elevator was not operational. I had to lug our luggage & kids up the flights of stairs. This became a nuisance after the 1st day. The hotel only gave a 10% discount but i had prepaid through this app. How will i get reimbursed and should be at least 20% for the hassle involved. Also, the rooms were damaged, flooring & furniture.

It’s so worth paying a little extra more compared to rates of other hotels nearby for the superb cleanliness, sumptuous buffet breakfast, safe and adequate parking space, good size indoor pool, and comfortable and spacious bed for a company of three (couple plus 6-yr old boy). We’ll definitely come back!

The property and staff were great. My only real complaint is that the room had a wet carpet smell to it. Other than that the hotel room itself was clean, comfy and spacious. Breakfast was ok but food is food.

This is our first time at a Comfort Suites. I did not realized when we checked in it was a handicapped room. I must say the room was spacious with all the amenities plus a small area for a sitting room with couch, chair and coffee table. The bathroom was roomy with a walk-in shower. However, the bed has the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever slept in..lumpy, no support and felt like we were sleeping on a "sway-back horse" is the only description I can think of. The room desperately needs a thorough cleaning as there was an odor, both in the room and bathroom.

Dirty beat-up hotel. Everything is falling apart or damaged. Thrown pillows for your bedding? Trash from the previous guest on the bathroom floor. Meaning they didn't sweep or mop. Stains in the shower floor. I have stayed in over 500 hotels is this one is bottom 5.

Stay was ok not worth price Room was not clean old coffee still in coffee maker small McDonalds toys on the side of bed. latch on door would not lock next morning ask for my room to be clean mention the old coffee left came back later in the evening the room was never cleaned they only took out the old coffee from coffee maker since they never clean the room i had to ask for new towels for the next day they said they couldnt bring them to me i had to go downstairs and get them from the front desk. Breakfast was ok really not happy with the stay.

Shower takes about 3 mins to get warm. In elpaso where water should be saved, that is a waste. Toilet wouldnt flush.

Up on arrival and very tired after driving many hours there wasn’t any one on the desk We had to wait 15 min to be able to check in. Restroom had a broken tile where I tripped and almost fall in the middle of the night.

Flight was cancelled at 10pm due to storms cancelling 700 flights over two days in Atlanta. Hotel would not cancel the reservation with a full refund. Night staff said have to contact management in the morning. Hotels.com contacted management and was denied processing the refund even though I could not get to El Paso due to circumstances out of my control.

When we got there the employees ignored us for 5 to 10 minutes. Got into our room and within 5 minutes a person knocked on our door and walked in through our room just to put a coffee maker in the room. Instead of handing it to my husband. We went to take a shower and noticed we had no shower curtain had to go ask for a new one. The day before we left our key ards stopped working. We asked for them to get fixed. They blamed it on the battery or us. Had someone come fix the battery and let us in the room. We check once the guy left if our card keys worked. Sure enough they didnt. So again we had to go to the front desk for them to reactivate the keys.while waiting to be let in a couple acrossed the hall said they stayed there a year ago and the samethibg happened to them and they were told it was yser error. And when they checked there keys this time one worked and one didnt.

Shampoo and conditioner were empty in the shower. There was also a hair in the scrambled eggs and the employee didn't pull the dish of eggs, just threw our plate away. Otherwise everything else was great.

Loved the Texas shaped waffles at breakfast. Bed was comfortable room was clean, big tv. Elevator is slow so we opted for the stairs. Felt a little old but, food was good, bed was comfortable and shower was hot.
