Quaint little 4 story hotel with a beautiful French design. The staff were exceptionally friendly and greeting upon check-in with a glass of fresh juice. The small pool under the room’s balconies made for a gorgeous and comfortable setting. The attached restaurant and bar satisfied thirsty and hungry perfectly. I would definitely come back again and I would recommend to others.

The hotel is conveniently located near old town. The room itself is spacious. The TV did not have any sound - not a big deal as i spend most of my day outside. There's a slight sewer smell in the hallway and a strong smell by the pool. Other than that, amazing breakfast and great staff

We had an adjoining room with our teenage children which made for a comfortable stay. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful, they arranged transport for us when required and laundry was done very efficiently. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choice and everything very fresh. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Thuy Duong 3 Boutique Hotel & Spa. The hotel is in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The service was truly outstanding, and Tai was especially amazing. Every time we needed something, he went above and beyond to assist us with a smile. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The hotel organised our airport transfer, which was smooth and convenient. Throughout our stay, every ride, meal, and interaction reflected genuine care and high-quality service. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to Hoi An’s main attractions, with plenty of shops, cafes, and amenities nearby. Despite being so central, the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. I also had a massage at the spa, and it was fantastic, professional and deeply relaxing, just what I needed after travelling. This hotel offers great value, beautiful surroundings, and a team that truly cares about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. Property looks much nicer on the exterior but rooms are just okay. There was some mold build up in the shower. Also the water heater for the shower must’ve been broken because the water temperature stayed lukewarm and did not get any warmer than that. They used a heavy lemongrass aroma to mask the musky smell in the room but it was pretty apparent the next day after the fragrance wore away. Breakfast was decent. Pros are the warm and friendly service, convenient location, cheap cost. Definitely a no frills hotel.

The location is very good as it’s close to the old city, and the hotel looks very charming with its old French style. However, we didn’t like the bathrooms: they are outdated, the silicone is black, and in one of the bedrooms, there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom. So the renovation is recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The exterior and common areas are clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really lovely and included pho, omelets, cold cuts, lots of fruits and breads/pastry's.

Great hotel in a fantastic area of Hoi An. The rooms (we had 2 rooms) were spacious, well equipped, and the beds were VERY comfortable, especially for Southeast Asian standards. The breakfast was more than adequate with a cooked-to-order egg station, fresh baked goods, fruits, and other standard breakfast foods. The price of the hotel including breakfast is VERY reasonable. The location is simply perfect - on a quiet side street, but within walking distance of all the attractions Hoi An offers. Very highly recommended!

Great comfy beds. Room is clean. Only one thing...there was no mirror in room for you to check yourself. Only mirror was in the bathroom. Otherwise 5 star for the staff, convenient location, food options, shopping was amazing. Yummy free breakfast, had a large selection. So close to everything. Walkable everywhere. Felt very safe. Han Oi is an amazing place to visit. Will come back. Really enjoyed our stay!

Reason why 3 stars. They work only give you one room key. So annoying having to wait for staff to come open your door for you every time. I requested 2 and they said no…? Wanted two as you need aircon, otherwise the power goes off if room key not in slot. Would not recommend.

Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful location, short walk to the old town and river area. Hotel staff superb, Martin the manager always at hand to answer any queries and very proud of his hotel and staff. Hotel booked all trips and taxis for onward travel.

What I like the most was the honesty and clear instructions with very helpful and willingness to help right away. The room was extremely clean with daily service . This place far exceeded our expectations. We liked it so much we joked about how could we live here permanently? The room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, the location was fantastic but beyond all that it was the staff itself and their dedication to service that really Made this place stand out. The staff was second to none! Highly recommend!!!

Very nice stay. Good size room and very clean. Very helpful staff. Just a few minutes walk to the old town and the riverfront. On a small very quiet side street so little to no traffic noise. Good breakfast and a nice restaurant and bar. Would recommend.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! Location is perfect. You can walk within minutes to shopping little stores, restaurants and main touristic attractions. Breakfast is wonderful, with fruits, cheeses, cold cut, different kind of breads, eggs made to order, salads, and local hot meals with chicken, rice and vegetables. Staff was very kind and helpful. We definitely recomend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The exterior and common areas are clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really lovely and included pho, omelets, cold cuts, lots of fruits and breads/pastry's.

This property is amazing - great feel, wonderful staff, close to the Hoi An action but tucked a little away! The spa is a standout, breakfast fabulous & the pizzas are sensational as a break from all the glorious Vietnamese food - highly recommend!!!
