Great breakfast! Love that parking was included.

If you want to make exercise this is the hotel so bring your all your luggage since the elevator doesnt work, so you need to carry all your stuff by stairs, and the staff the only thing they say is: sorry about that...

Very large breakfast buffet available. Gift bags with water and snacks on check-in. Nice fitness room. Friendly staff. We will definitely stay again.

Nice property in a good location, close to shopping mall and restaurants. Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast and laundry machine is a plus. Definitely will stay there again.

Treadmill broken-does not run at constant speed. Staff notified. Returned weeks later was still broken. They seem to store the exercise bike on the one treadmill they have.

So let me start by saying I usually avoid Best Westerns and never consider them when planning any trips, but in this case I was on a time crunch to book a room. What caught my attention was the great price compared to others in the area, so I went to read the reviews. The reviews seemed too good to be true but I went ahead and booked it. Upon arrival we found that they have plenty of parking available. We went inside to check in and were greeted by a lovely receptionist who presented us with bottles of water and cookies! A wonderful gesture and The lady was so informative and friendly. The lobby decor was really nice and modern. Very clean and they have a Starbucks coffee machine for guests to use. I did use the laundry room and ended up having an issue but the receptionists (they have a shift change while this happened) were both so kind and very helpful with helping me getting the issue fixed and I was able to finish the laundry before check out. They have a very nice breakfast spread in the morning, which is also included With the room. Now let me get to the room we booked a two queen suite and I was very impressed on how clean it was, as well as how modern it looked. Usually when I think of best western, I think outdated and not the best upkeep but this hotel really surprised me, and it made me reconsider staying at best Westerns from here on out, the service was impeccable, and the reviews definitely match the vibe there.

Only one thing I want to address: the fitness center is out of order

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel which is a walking distance from the Del Amo mall. The staff were all pleasant. The room was clean. It will be great to have more options for breakfast.

Liked the location, coffee and breakfas. Staff were very polite and extremely helpful with my concerns. However, the excessive smell of bleach in the room, on towels and sheets was unbearable. I requested and was given brand new sheets and pillow cases. Had to wash the towels myself in the laundry, and requested no housekeeping for 3 days. And l But the fumes remained in the room and I couldn't eat or sleep in comfort.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. When I first checked in, I received a small bag with snacks and water. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! They had a variety of options for waffles and coffee. For waffles, they had options like strawberry or chocolate waffles. The flavors were in the waffle mix, not simply flavors to put on top of the waffle. The coffee machine had Starbucks coffee with different flavor options such as vanilla coffee. The multiple options for waffles and coffee were a pleasant surprise!

Only thing i couldnt figure is how to control the air condition since the thermostat was on the other side of the wall the ac kept blowing cold air in room 320

I have stayed here twice. The first time with 2 queen beds which was located on the quieter side of the hotel. This last time I paid extra for a king bed but the room window was on the street side and next to the laundry room. Not as quiet.

Loved it. Great location. Breakfast -clean. Only ding I give is poor harsh overhead lighting in rooms. Would massively improve room aesthetic to have lamp lighting.

The hotel was clean. Check-in process was very smooth and easy. The room was very comfortable as well. Only issue was the AC unit. When on, it was making noise like it was about to die any second, other than that the room was very nice and clean. The only other issue was the breakfast. On both days, the sausages were over cooked and the hashbrowns were super thin and crispy almost like bacon. Milk products were out for the cereal and took a long time to be refilled. The second day at breakfast, there were no cups for coffee and also, took a while to be refilled.

My favorite place to stay at when vacationing in Torrance Ca. They people at the hotel are awesome, the rooms are always big and comfortable

Although there are kitchenettes, there is no cook, dinner, or silverware. Room was fine but over furnished with large bulky pieces so it was a bit of a maze. No lamps by the beds, so it was difficult to control light levels. On the plus side, staff were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was fine.

The staff was super friendly. My only complaint and concern was my 1st room they gave me was still occupied so that was super uncomfortable especially when I have my kids with me than the 2nd room the maid just opened the door without knocking while my family was inside the room. Wasn’t a good first experience at this hotel.

The ease of checkin, to our request honored for a higher floor; the room was clean and inviting. I have never been so impressed with a hotel that this place will be our go to when in the area.

Despite the available outside convenient options? I would not recommend this location due to the overall lack of staff and their performances. I had to wait 40 minutes after the official check-in because my room was not ready. Sharon was on duty at the time. I waited in my car for the duration of the delay. She was to call me once the room was available. But she didn't bother. I went back inside to learn the room was ready. She gave me the keycards for entry along with a dissmive apology so l left. When I arrived at my room (4thflr) the cards did not work. I had to go back to check in with luggage trolley in tow to have her activate the cards. The next day As I was getting dressed I noticed that my right eye was severely bloodshot. Definitely in need of medical attention. I checkout and went home. When I walked in my daughter was in shock. After I told her about my check in fiasco, informed me that I may have contracted a pinkeye infection from dirty pillows which appeared to me as having the conventional pillow cases placed on said pillows. My daughter was the primary manager at a major hotel chain. And so her action was for me to see a doctor immediately. Fortunately for me it was a reaction to allergies. However prior to the doctor's visit my daughter told me to call BW. I informed the person on duty of my dilemma and that I wanted to speak with the manager. She said he was not available. Really?? Lulu, who handles the breakfast, was outstanding as usual. Rodrigo, the GM, is an outstanding leader. The front desk and housekeeping staff were also top notch as they always are. Pick this hotel every time we come to CA.

Super friendly staff. They gave us a goodie bag when we arrived with cookies, popcorn, and candy! We loved it. Property is located close to shopping and Redondo beach is only 10min away. We had an enjoyable stay here for 2 nights and would definitely recommend it.

The property is in a great location, just over the road from the shopping centre and reasonably close to beaches

Room was large, clean and had great amenities! The property itself is on a main road near a hospital/police station so it is quite loud with sirens all the time though. Not the property's fault but still something to note. Close to Del Amo which is nice for shopping. Staff was very attentive and efficient. This location does not provide hand soap though oddly... so bring something with you if you care about not having germy hands. Breakfast was excellent, better than any other place I've stayed that has served breakfast.

This property offered everything I needed and more. The breakfast options was amazing and they work out room was top tier. The beds were comfortable and the room was overall hotel was clean and the best!

I just stayed at this property on 4/2 through 4/7. Everything was great. There was a slight clog in the bathtub that the housekeeper noticed and had maintenance fix for us. The only thing was they have a breakfast sign that advertises omelets and french toast but they do not have that. The lady said that they haven't had thise since before covid. Other than that the breakfast was good just the exact same every morning...
