Things we didnt like: We had to pay $20 extra for parking. The pool was extra cold and had green slim on the bottom. There was a starburst wrapper under the pullout bed and hair on the microwave. So clearly the room wasnt cleaned as it should be. What we did like: The breakfast was good, the breakfast lady was nice.

The property offers shuttle service 24/7. We called in an advance multiple times to the property that our flight will be coming at 1130 pm and please do send the service. They advised us to call in upon arrival. However, around 1130 pm, no one was answering phones at the front desk. We were a large group and it was chilling winter in Salt lake city airport and we were left waiting outside. Finally, when we reached the Hotel, the front desk lady was extremely rude and even though there was no one ahead of us and the phones from other customers were continuously ringing, she didn't even bothered to answer the phone. The shuttle service and the front desk lady left a a really bad experince for this hotel.

Nice hotel close to airport, reasonably priced, great breakfast included! Facility is dated (low lighting, scratched cabinetry, cracked porcelain) but all operational, nice use of room space, and nice gym/pool facilities, with outdoor patio seating. Friendly and professional staff. Good value!

This is the PERFECT Hotel near the SLC Airport to stay at. The checkin was Super Fast and so was the Checkout. The room was seriously so much better than (The Other Hotel we stayed in upon landing at SLC airport.) And the price was also so much Better than the "prior" hotel. This is the Place to Stay upon arrival and departure from the airport! The airport shuttle service from this hotel was exact to the Minute!

The internet signal/quality was very poor. It was next to impossible to watch streaming tv or use a computer on the internet. You need to seriously boost your quality.

Staff was great, the room smelled of animal urine especially the walk in closet, even though they have a no pet policy. I told staff the staff on day one and then again on day two. We paid for a studio and it wasn’t cheap, would like to see some compensation for the horrible smell. I have not heard from the manager.

Very very loud. Couch was dirty. The mattress was pulled out from the bed just a bit and the area between was was filled with crumbs and dust. I wanted to use the spare blanket in the closet but it was covered in dog hair, when I took it to the front desk he laughed and said “weird we don’t even allow dogs”. The check in guy was very nice

My son chose this property. But it’s not as nice as the West Valley Spring Hill Suites or any of the other Springhill suites we have stayed at. Seemed kind of dirty.

Check in was great, very simple and the desk clerk was so very kind. Very informative, gave me dinner recommendations in the area, and overall a pleasant interaction. You do have to pay for parking now, it’s no longer free, it was $10 when I checked in and they gave me a parking pass. The hotel was pretty clean (bathroom corners were a bit concerning). The couch had some stains on it, which was concerning. We put a blanket down when we sat on it. The bed is average comfort you’d expect for this level of hotel!

Good rooms, round the clock coffee and all amenities that you would expect in a Springhill Suites. Very noisy due to airport proximity (had a hard time sleeping). On one of the days, breakfast fast items were mostly over well before close time. Also only 1 waffle maker with long queue.

This was an ideal location, near the airport. The room was spacious and well furnished. It seemed luxurious to me. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The person at the front desk who checked us in was extremely cordial. It was a great hotel stay.

This worked fine for my family to check in late and use the shuttle to get to the airport very early. The room was worn feeling and an odd configuration with a tiny room for a toilet and pedestal sink and another small room with a sink and small bath/shower. It seemed quiet and the shuttle driver was prompt for our 4am departure.

Gentleman (Alex I believe, my memory is not good) at the front desk went out of his way and was able to accommodate us, was super helpful and his energy was contagious. We all left the check in process with a smile on our faces. No small feat for our 11 and 8 year old boys! Great job!

When we checked in we discussed with the staff about the option of taking our rental car back that night since we had a very early flight in the morning and taking the hotel shuttle to the airport in the morning. Staff said that many of their guests do that and it is highly recommended. We took the advise and it wound up working very well. The staff was very friendly and attentive and were very quick to replace the batteries in the door lock on our room. It urns out that when those batteries die, the default is for the door not to lock. once I reported it, they had someone there in 5-10 minutes with batteries in hand. Wish we could have stayed for the continental breakfast. They were just setting stuff out when we came down to catch the shuttle to the airport. The food was still covered in plastic, but at least we were able to grab a quick cup of coffee. Other than the door batteries needing to be replaced, the room was great, Zero complaints! I would definitely stay here again. Great job y'all! Keep up the good work!

After traveling most of the day, including a very long and tiring trip through customs at LAX, we arrived at the hotel after 11 pm. For some reason, we weren't able to get through the online check-in, and I was a little worried that perhaps our reservation had been lost or that we'd lose the room because it was such a late arrival. But, no. The front desk representative was welcoming, kind, friendly and professional, and we were presented with keys to the room within just a few minutes. The room itself was awesome: lights on to welcome us, the a/c at a comfy temp, lots and lots of space (including a separate 'parlor', an inviting king-sized bed, and separate shower and toilet space. We were impressed, and have promised ourselves a return visit next time we fly out of Salt Lake City. I only wish I'd thought to take photos to show you, but my exhausted brain wasn't up to the task this time.

This was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I paid in full through Expedia, and now the hotel has charged me twice ($139) and ($158.21) for reasons unknown. I've called multiple times to no avail. I don't know whether this is just incompetence or fraud. I finally got the $139 back, but then they charged me $158.21. Don't stay here, unless you want to be double/triple charged, then spend HOURS trying to get the charges reversed.

It was a sudden stay. Not expected. Wasnt able to get on a flight so we were stuck there. The kind front desk was very accommodating and sent the shuttle service for us and arranged for the shuttle to take us right back in the morning

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room floor plan was efficient and cute. The split bathroom layout worked well for us. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The breakfast area offered a variety of food and the staff were available to replenish what was needed.

The hotel was clean as it should have been, but the breakfast offerings, level of cleanliness, and service level at breakfast was pathetic. They had no coffee, milk, yogurt, fruit, little cereal, few pastries, no cups, and the employees were slow and unresponsive.

In all the years of volleyball tournament travel this is the first time a hotel started breakfast early for the players in the am pool. The breakfast was healthy and offered a different hot option each morning.

A few things about the hotel were disappointing. First is its $10 a day to park in the parking lot which is terrible. Cleaning serve they didn't even clean our room. They made one of the beds, didn't vaccum, or get new towels. The breakfast was very disappointing and is one of the reasons I wouldn't go back. It was was over priced for poor service
