Nice interior, outside needs a bit of paint. Comfortable room with amenities. The lap pool was, unfortunately, closed but the family pool was not too crowded. We availed Paco's, located in the hotel, and had excellent service.

The rooms were OK. Balcony is dirty and room size is small. The main issue is the pool and facilities which is not to the level of a 4 stars hotel and resort. Dirty sunbeds, pool and bathrooms in common areas and unprofessional staff who simply reply back as take it or leave it (pool lifeguards mainly). No separate cleaning crew except the life guards on the pool side, so obviously it will lead to such a case. The reception staff are nice and welcoming. Hotel buffet for both breakfast and dinner was mainly Indian food, which may not be suitable for all guests. I am sure there are plenty of room for improvement from Radisson blue here in al ain city.

It was a family friendly resort with several great choices for meals. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was tasty and fresh. The fitness facilities were excellent and there was something for everyone. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and happy to meet your every need.

Took a weekend trip to Al Ain with my 3 year old. Hotel is ok but dated, lots of construction ongoing. Rooms are a bit tired and didn't smell great but beds were comfortable enough and was clean. Food was nice enough, and pool is decent for kids but music blaring out is a bit off-putting.

This is so so so noisy!!! People talking loudly in the corridor. Pool full of people and children, as camping site. This is not possible this hotel got 4 stars. I cannot beleive. I won't come back ever Staff is kind and helpfull, this is the only good point

Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was nicely heated for laps, and food in restaurants were good. The only problem was getting towels and face cloths for the room. A number of times the room was cleaned but no towels were provided, and had to go look to get some. Only once did we get face cloths on the first day, and never again.

We hadden een heel leuke tijd in dit hotel. De kamer was iets verouderd maar heel proper en net. De badkuip was wat kapot. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Het zwembad met glijbaan was voor de kinderen een topper. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en lekker. Kortweg: heel tevreden!

We were over charged significantly from the price on our hotels.com booking and spent the whole 2 days grying to get the money back. No one would help and we were rold to come back each day at a different time but there was never anyone available to help. We are keaving now with the promise someone will contact us! As well we didnt get the room we paid fdor and the whole grass area in front of the room is a building site

Hotel ist sehr alt , renoviert jedoch haben die Zimmer den Charme der 1980er Jahre. TV Programm eher schlecht. Bett sehr konfortabel. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Schöne Poollandschschaft , jedoch alles sehr alt. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend !

Great, friendly and helpful folks, but toilet had a crack in the seat that pinched when one sits on it and the room service brought waffles that were inedible. Everything else was fantastic!
