Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was nicely heated for laps, and food in restaurants were good. The only problem was getting towels and face cloths for the room. A number of times the room was cleaned but no towels were provided, and had to go look to get some. Only once did we get face cloths on the first day, and never again.

Great family stay with 2 connecting rooms, half board option is worth it. The best part is the adjoining water park!
