Townhome stay. Property was clean. Ice machine was broken. Motor dead. No offer to accomodate the ice situation. We had a bunch of drinks needing ice. Two decks and one deck chair and a small, dirty table pushed in the corner covered in cobwebs. I would have expected two chairs on on each patio. Very disappointing. We paid a pretty penny per night and at a property that cared about their customers these issues would not have been issues.

This is our fourth time staying at Newpark Resort, and we are so happy with our choice every time. The hotel is a short drive (and there are shuttles if needed) to the ski resorts. The area around the hotel has several great restaurants, and very convenient shopping. And the hotel itself is very comfortable, with very friendly and responsive staff, big rooms and bathrooms, and an excellent indoor-outdoor pool and hottub that we take full advantage of. We will stay here every time we come to Park City.

We were only there one night and the elevator broke two times. One of them didn’t even work the whole time we were there. Luckily, there are stairs. Our hot tub was dirty when we arrived and we weren’t able to use it for 3 hours. Plus. When draining it, they flooded the living room. So someone had to come clean that up. Super awkward.

Fantastic indoor/outdoor pool, saunas and hot tubs.The fireplace made things cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. Overall great stay!

Room was nice but had a few issues. Table was broken in main room, bathroom cabinet bottoms and back of bathroom door had water damage. There was a weird blood stain right by the shower door. Room could use some updating. The one plus was having our own hot tub out on the balcony which was nice. AC had a hard time trying to keep the room cool. Good for a short stay but wouldn’t stay for days in the room.

I felt like I was in a room with no windows...may as well have been. While bold a hotel with windows that look at a dark wall or at another bedroom..? Everything else was comfortable.:)

The only downfall to this property is the standard rooms basically are like living in a cave as there is no natural light to the rooms. The only window looks into a small space directly at other rooms close enough you could shake hands. The only other option is if you want a suite for double the price.

Clean! Our room was very clean and everything smelled fresh. We had the one bed room king suite with private hot tub and patio. It was lovely. We also had a lovely view. People watched as they rode bikes on the path and sat to eat at the restaurant below. Relaxed in the hot tub. Then relaxed in the deep tub. Very romantic for couples but also very family friendly. We had our 10 year old. The pool and steam room were a plus. Checking in was super quick. Great staff and customer service provided.

We loved how convenient everything was at Newpark. We stayed in a 4th floor 2 bedroom suite in the hotel with a hot tub on our balcony that overlooked the mountains. We could walk to several good restaurants and a coffee shop easily. There was a shuttle to a bus, easy parking and Ubers were plentiful and easy to get to park city or anywhere else. We stayed for a week and had a washer and dryer in our unit as well as a kitchenette with microwave/ convection oven, dishwater pots pans dishes etc. and a gas fireplace in each room. The grocery store was nearby. Ski resorts were easy to get to from this location and the resort had free heated lockers available for our equipment. We had a great week and would definitely return. Everyone that worked there was friendly and the resort was a bargain for what they had to offer.

The room was huge clean and so nice. We were on the 4th floor and loved the balcony, hot tub and views. The kitchen was fully stocked. Very nice clean bathroom with huge shower and tub. Comfortable beds. Close to tons of restaurants and stores. Great staff.

The front desk employee who checked me in was perhaps mildly rude, but she could have been having a rough day. The hotel wasn’t as nice as I expected, based on pictures and reviews. It’s getting a bit dated and the walls are so thin that I could hear literally everything in the room next to mine. My fireplace wasn’t working properly, and one of the main reasons I booked here was because I wanted to end my day reading by the fireplace. They sent up a maintenance worker, and he got it working a little bit, but said they’d need a new part to fix it and I didn’t want to deal with that hassle about an hour before I planned on going to bed.

Place was nice but room said 62 degrees but was so hot. We had the maintenance come check it out and even he said it was to hot and thought he fixed the problem but still no luck. We have a 8 month old that was miserable during our stay.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Kimball Junction in Park City. We stayed while my kids played in a soccer tournament in July and it was the perfect location for games at Park City High school and Matt Knoll Park. Lots of places to eat and explore nearby. A 5 minute drive up to the Olympic Freestyle park. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was a little warm when we arrived and I couldn't work the thermostat. Everything was fixed within the hour and they even brought up a separate fan/ac unit to help cool down our room just in case it wasn't working again. Everything was exceptionally clean and my kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Booked a King Suite for one night at nearly $300. Curtains were falling down, carpet was lifted up, by the bathroom, with pre-cut piece not fitting the open area…tripping hazard!!! The couch was worn horribly around most of the edges and when my husband sat down on the right side… it sounded as if it were cracking and breaking!!! The lamp had tears in the shade! Asked front desk for refund. They initially said they would issue a refund, but then informed us that since we booked it through Expedia, we would need to go through them. Expedia contacted the hotel and they said our stay was non-refundable. Honestly, for nearly $300, we would expect more than this!

The hotel is awesome! A haven in beautiful Park City! Plus it is very convenient if you are on a road trip traveling through. However, the front desk agents deserve the top award! These lovely, hardworking people stood out and went beyond the call of duty. My husband and I will appreciate their kindness and special treatment always.

The room was fantastic, we werent able to stay the night due to a family emergency but we were ecsatic when we walked into the room. Clean and plenty of room with the hot tub on the balcony. The staff also issued us back a refund after checking in after we had to check out early. We will be going back.
