The big advantage of this hotel is the free parking on the property. The disadvantage is they it’s not in the centre of Salisbury so you need a car to go anywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful

In a very handy position just off the A303. Lots of parking. Nice rooms. Wide range of food for breakfast with plenty of room.

The hotel is pretty standard Holiday Inn as you would expect. What let it down was a lack of attention to cleaning. By the window side of the bed was an A4 sheet for a bill from a stay in Ireland, I guess it was dropped in error by a previous customer. Also there was a dirty cup, a cloth and a plastic disc. Also the china cups provided were either dirty or chipped. What a shame it wasnt checked over.

I have stayed here one or twice a year over the last four years. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is good, although the later you leave it the less choice there is and some of the cooked food is looking less appealing. My room this time was nice and on the opposite side to the 303 which was good but the bathroom was shabby. Which is why I am saying my stay was ok. The bath was broken on the side, the shower screen leaked and was worn with mould on the sealant. the bath was marked on the inside as was the bathroom floor and finally the toilet cistern leaked, so there was the constant sound of running water. the sealant around the cover over the toilet was in a bad state of repair as if someone had tried to fix the toilet but given up and left in a shabby state. Will i stay again next year ? I will be googling to see what the competition looks like, something i haven't done the last three years !!

On one of the hottest days of the year we went to our room and the air conditioning was broken. We reported this straight away and was told there were no other rooms and we were given a fan, which made no difference whatsoever! We were offered no maintenance to look at it and told if we didn’t sleep well to complain in the morning! Awful nights sleep and not impressed with the lack of support to rectify the situation.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But, the climate system was noisy on all settings and had to turned off. The room safe was at floor level which meant that you had to get on the floor and put your head down to carpet level to check it was empty! Very badly thought out -most unlike H. I.! Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Felt that the company standard has deteriorated though. Have they had the company accountants in by any chance??

Chris was most welcoming at the Reception desk and he just spent the right amount of time explaining the breakfast/dinner/checkout times etc. The room on the second floor was very well prepared. Negatively, it smelt of cigarette smoke, shower water on/off had a part missing and almost impossible to turn the metal knob as the lever was missing. The master switch to operate the lights inside the door was broken and the floor standing lamp not working. Noisy air con and the window being sealed did not help when noisy a/c turned off at 3am by guest. Chris again at checkout time was polite and noted the faults. During breakfast on the Monday morning, they kept running out of food and there seemed to be not enough staff

Excellent stop overnight before touring Stonehenge first thing in the morning. Our room was not ready, but they gave us drink vouchers to relax in the nice lobby. When we got to the room, there were no linens for the food out couch, but staff quickly corrected the error and made the bed plus offered us free breakfast. The breakfast is full of variety and absolutely wonderful. The executive room lacked plugs on the wall of the big bed (which we needed for cpap machine) but the staff provided a nice long extension chord.

My wife and i stayed for 2 nights for our sons wedding. All i can say is that the staff were out of this world. We travelled a long way with a wedding cake in the car, and we had a disaster... it toppled. When we arrived late on the evening, the night shift could not have been more helpful. They gave us some bits to attempt to rebuild.... but we are no bakers. They put our cake in the fridge for us to attempt after some much needed sleep. In the morning, Antonio, the day shift manager, was as amazing as the night shift. He asked the chef for help or advice, and Sarah (the chef), went above and beyond by not only helping, but actually fixing the entire cake. Thanks to the amazing staff, a major disaster was averted. Thank you all for being so amaing.

Booked online, 30 seconds after hitting ok, saw that it was the wrong day. Called the hotel immediately but they said “rules are rules” and opted to keep our money. I can’t help but think that an exceptional manager would have seen an opportunity for great PR, having shown mercy on a senior couple hoping to celebrate their 55th anniversary. Instead they received then opposite.

Our room was modern and clean. Nothing to complain about in terms of facilities. The staff at reception were friendly and professional. The only downside came from the restaurant manager: his non-verbal manner was very aggressive and condescending, as was the tone he used. We had simply pointed out the inconsistencies in their discount with Tesla. He also seemed shocked that two men were sharing a room. Shame, otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.

Hotel located near Stonehenge, a great overnight hotel during travelling. Not much around the hotel except lots of American fast food restaurant. It's about 25 min to Salisbury, definitely pay a visit there when you are stay here. Salisbury cathedral is amazing and historical, lots places to eat and drink.

The breakfast was splendid - back to the pre-Covid buffet style, although the croissants were cold and rock-hard both days! The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows, and the room was quiet and relatively spacious for a basic room. The shower, however had a mind of its own,and the thermostatic control didn't work, and the handle fell off the tap! There was also someone else's hair on the bottles of shampoo installed in there. The lighting round the mirrir in the bedroom was poor, and how anyone is supposed to apply make-up there is a mystery! Plenty of parking, and unfailingly cheerful staff.
