I arrived to discover a $30/day "Destination Fee" I was required to pay on top of the usual rate + fees + taxes. This fee supposedly covered "amenities" that I could not possibly use, except the $15 towards their own restaurant. I will never stay at another Marriott or any other hotel that charges these surprise surcharges.

The room I had was outstanding and had of view of the Brooklyn Bridge and I could even see the Empire State Building. The facility was quite nice. The signs in the elevatora showed there was a swimming pool but apparently that has been closed for some time

We will absolutely stay here again! The hotel is spacious, wonderful location to the Subway, Brooklyn Bridge, Blank Street coffee. The hotel has nice amenities. The staff is warm, helpful and welcoming! Our room was large especially for a city property. Pleasantly surprised for sure!
