The staff were all professional and friendly - the breakfast was really good. The whole stay was lovely and I had no issues. Will be staying again just because it was so lovely and breakfast was yummy.

Picanha Steak was over cooked. Requested medium-rare but came out medium-well. Breakfast ok, the staff who “greeted” me at the desk didn’t seem interested un customer service. Room lovely however, had one of the renovated rooms. Clean, and well decorated

Had a great stay room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Most of the staff were great apart from a couple at breakfast hardly spoke when I spoke to them and very miserable not one smile and I have an infectious smile.
