Bathroom sink had no stopper. Strange odor when we came into the room each time. Whirlpool jets didnt work was like sitting ina big cup of hot water. Bathroom door was splintered at the bottom. Chair and ottoman in room needed to be cleaned was dirty. I had to use a towel to sit on. Only 2 towels in the bathroom could have been 4. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was good and thebreakfast lady was excellent at her job. Front desk staff was useless. Told them electronic display on exercise bike not working. We were told it would be looked at. Was still not working on second day. It was raining so needed it to ride but had to do it without the digital screen and programing. Overall a pretty crummy stay except the breakfast lady. She made my day and was very helpful and cheerful. She should be the manager. Maybe things would get done then. Will not be staying there again. Would rather sleep in my car.

Paid for a queen bed but it was only a full-sized bed. I am 6'8" tall so it was very inconvenient. Hot tub jets barely blew any air. Just kind of sat and stewed in the water. Not as much fun as it should have been. Pay a little more and get a better stay.

The room was clean and quiet. It needed some updating and care. Toilet seat was way loose. The fridge worked well but was wobbly in the cabinet when opening the door. The pool and hot tub needed a good scrubbing but were still enjoyable. The staff was nice. It was decent for the price.

We asked for adjoining rooms and did not receive them. Front desk did not inform us that they were not adjoining. The carpet was “sticky “ dirty. Feet were black from carpet. The room was dirty, lamp shades stained.

I was required to provide a credit card, the debit card used to pay for the room online wasn’t good enough. When I handed him my credit card, he proceeds to tell me PayPal doesn’t have a credit card and this was a debit card. I’m pretty sure my name is the one on the card and I know what kind of card it is. In the room, the carpet felt dirty. There was mold in the bottom of the toilet where the hole is. There was sticker residue (?) on the mirror. The tv remote wouldn’t turn the tv on. Definitely will NOT be back. EVER.

The single queen room we had was quite small but still provided what we needed. The quality level of the carpet, sheets, shower heads, tv, etc... was a little lack luster but again, it was ample for the amount of time we actually intended on spending in the room. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming.

A very bad experience with extremely noisy, vulgar people in the next room that came in at 3:30am - pounding on doors - I called the night manager - he must have come to talk to them but it still took 30 min for them to quiet down. The walls are so thin that you can hear a cough in the next room😖

Well. I travel around 300 days out of the year . The hotel had a sight mildew smell but when I opened the door to my room the smell multiplied! My room was sooooo humid that the sheets chair etc.. felt wet. This hotel advertised free WiFi, it was nearly non existent it was so bad! Some coworkers stayed at the super 8 down the street. It seemed much better! Save your self some trouble and go somewhere else

While this hotel was clean and reasonably priced, the service was the worst. First, this is a typical hotel in this price range. In the bathroom there was a loose tile in front of the shower, paint spots on the trim around the room, thin walls so you can hear people in the hallway, etc. What irritated me the most was that the TV didn’t work. I went down to the front desk and told them and they assured they would have somebody up there in a few minutes. 2 hours later I went to the front desk again and told them about it. Again, I was assured someone would be there momentarily. Again, no one showed up. I finally went to bed as they obviously were ignoring me. I was planning on complaining to management the following morning, but upon checking out, the front desk was a ghost town. I stood around waiting for a while but no one ever showed up. I threw my key on the desk and left. I would avoid this hotel as there are plenty of other options to choose from in the area.

I had a incident where the cleaning staff stole a item in my room and denied it. Was not pretty . Nothing came of it. Cant leave anything out anymore. Had to lock my suit case rest of trip and make sure it was put in a corner standing up. Otherwise the comfort was excellent. Food was excellent and the staff was kind. Accepting of everyone. Rooms excellent and welcoming. Pool and hot tub open till 11pm which was nice. The properrty was nice as well. Got to see eagles every morning flying.

My accessible room was across the hall from the hotel’s laundry room. The door to the laundry room was always left open. I was awaken from a sound sleep a minimum of 4 times as the washer and/or dryer doors were “slammed” shut! Not a comfortable stay. I need to say that this behavior seems suspect if not intentional. Additionally, I asked the hotel clerk if I could possibly extend my stay one additional day. At first he said the price of the additional night would be $116.00. In his next breath he said the price would be $169.00 for an additional night. That represents a $53.00 increase. This behavior also seems suspect, if not intentional Sincerely, Connie McKeogh

Located just north of downtown La Crosse in an area with several average hotels this was an ok place to stay. Location was good for access to the waterfront and downtown, but the road noise was loud at all hours of the day. Beds are firm, but pillows were really great. Breakfast was average. Service was fine.

Don't let the price fool you, this place was a great value. Very clean, breakfast and a pool. The room was in top shape with a super new bed. Right across the street from the river (great outdoor summertime bar). Has resteraunts within walking distance, or a 1 mile drive to downtown. Would highly recomend!

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was okay- worn and tired. Amenities were hit or miss, some mold in the pool and hot tub. Quality Inn seems to be on the border of the "nicer" area of LaCrosse and the "sketch area in transition." Lots of dark, little bars, cash advance. and pawn shops south. Moxie"s across the street is a fun, beachy atmosphere on the water. If I had it to do over again, I'd stay across the river in Minnesota.

It was a nice place with decent amenities. The breakfast bar was fantastic with many hot options and wide variety of everything. The employee in charge of the breakfast spread was very friendly and did a great job of keeping things full. Beds were comfy and room was quiet Nice shower as well. Convenient to downtown lacrosse and Onalaska.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. A wide variety of breakfast foods was available. From a variety of fruit juices, cereals, bagels, breads, yogurts, eggs, potatoes, sausages and best of all the fresh waffles, there was a wide variety of great breakfast items. I'll stay there again for the breakfast!
