The bedding had sand on it. I question whether it was washed after the last guest. Bedding had stains and the bed skirt was all torn. The bed was old, the springs were incredibly loud when you moved. The office chair must have been 40 years old, no leather left of in. Dresser drawers didn't close. Sink drain didn't work. Thankfully the air conditioner worked.

We arrived at our hotel got to our room smelt like somebody was smoking a cigarette next to me came back later that night to unpack and get ready to sleep and cockroaches are everywhere when I went to the management about it they said what do you want us to do? do you want a new room? no! if there's roaches in one room they're in every single room! Do not stay here! Did get a refund, thank God!

The room smelled of marijuana upon entering. When checking in our original assigned room was not ready with front desk staff commenting "housekeeping is no where close to having your room ready", we were there 10 minutes prior to posted check in time of 3 pm. Toilet was loose when sitting on it. only stayed one night, when leaving at 0700 the next morning there was a pair of mens underwear in the hallway.

The room wasn't cleaned. It had dried poop on the bathroom door and pee and short hairs under the toilet lid. I told the checkout person about it. I cleaned it off so I felt comfortable enough to stay in the room. I was very exhausted from spending the past few days with my dying sister in the hospital and didn't have the energy that night to report it and switch rooms! I

Once we got to the hotel they stated that they did not have a single bed to put us in. We paid for the single bed and we stated that. He said that there was nothing he could do. My husband asked for a refund and we would go somewhere else. The guy refused and finally put us in a single room. We get to the room the air does not work, half the lights do not work, and it was just over all nasty. They move us again and that room was a little better, and by that I mean the air worked. We had to use plyers to turn the shower on and off.

The property needs some severe updating. There is no elevator to the second floor. The lamp shade had tears in them, the air-conditioning was barely working, the was very old and outdated, the drain didn't work, it needed a good cleaning, the breakfast was terrible, and barely amenity.

We had a suite room, which is right above the lobby. There were people in the lobby being really loud all night, and arguing very loudly early in the morning, around 5/6 am. This was definitely the loudest place I have ever stayed. We could hear people in their rooms down the hall from in our room, it all made for a sleepless night and an extremely early morning. Probably fine for kids partying, but not for travelers looking for a place to get sleep at night.

Room and hotel was clean however many detail issues with the room, lamp shades not secured, toilet not sealed down and loose, shower head pipe was loose and escutcheon was not secured down. Kleenex holder was empty and we had to find the tv plug and plug it in to use the tv. Room was clean and neat just lacked simple details

So there was a constant smell of weed. The coffee drinker in my group saw a huge bug in the breakfasts room. We put a don't disturb sign on the door and they still came in. All they did was make the beds, but didn't do anything else. Why have the sign if you're going to ignore it.

It was not a good experience. Other guests were very loud, yelling at their kids, talking on their phones in the hallways, etc. Simone walked into my room using a key card and without knocking while I was getting dressed. Very bad place to stay. I felt unsafe and would not recommend this hotel.

The manager on duty was quite nonchalant about the error (it was late at night, and we were exhausted). It is probably just as well though because the hotel seemed sketchy. The parking lot was super dark and the public restroom smelled of cannabis. It just gave us bad vibes. We won’t ever try this hotel in the future. I’ve been using hotels.com to book my stays for YEARS. This was my first poor experience with hotels.com. To anyone looking to book this particular hotel—move on.

Great location and a really comfortable stay! The motel is conveniently close to the Convention Center and downtown, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. Family out of town trip. More time out of the hotel and in but our time at the hotel was not enjoyable. The breakfast was lackluster and even with informing staff was not refilled on our first day and the bit that was there was monopolized by one family and no consideration for others that came along. While we were eating breakfast watched three separate families stop in and leave because there was nothing available outside of bread for toast and two cereal options. On the second night discovered bugs crawling all over our trash area. The shower was less than desirable adequate for use but not much for power or heat. Beds were very soft but comfortable enough and the room was very hard to regulate with the humidity in the area. Did have a solo air conditioner unit but was mounted so high it was hard to control as controls had to be utilized through the face plate on the unit. The hot tub was available but tepid like bath water not so much a hot tub. Had a hard time tracking down staff for assistance so went without at most instances.
