London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Room 211 has noise from works going on outside got woken up 7.45am , alarm was set for 10.30 had a drive to Scotland so wasn’t very happy. Staff did push checkout to 1pm , then there 10 sec fire alarm woke us again at 11am so not a great experience.

Room was clean staff lovely it was warm in room but am always warm only thing i would say when u got adults in one room leave to bath towels as they only left us one

The noise was the main concern, you can hear people talking in their rooms really loud at all hours, the noise from outside is just as bad from the car park area. No noise proofing you can hear the floor boards creek whenever someone walks past. Seriously annoying if you want a break.

The hotel & amenities were all fine. My vehicle was broken into on the car park. When I returned to reception to let them know, there was no apology & no offer of checking the cctv, basically, reception couldn't really be bothered as though this is a regular occurrence & too much hassle to deal with. The receptionist asked for my name email address (which I had to write down as she spelt it wrong twice) & phone number, all of which they already had on the system. I was told someone from the hotel will call me, that's not happened. Considering I've had to pay to park on the hotel car park & now have upwards of £1000.00 in vehicle damage, stolen tools & potential lost revenue whilst this is all rectified, a small amount of support would have been much appreciated.
