The place is nice clean and accessible. The only drawback is there is no parking.

I stayed at Flushing Central Hotel for a one night stay while doing some shopping and eating in Flushing/Chinatown. Location was convenient to eateries, shops, malls, etc. Neighborhood is kind of run down ,but Flushing/Chinatown is very safe and I have never had any safety issues every time I visit. No parking on premises but that's typical for Flushing. Plenty of parking garages nearby. Hotel is very dated. Could use some exterior and interior sprucing up. Check in was efficient and pleasant. Staff allowed me to drop my bags off in a secure place until my room was available--I arrived before check in. 100 dollar deposit required but that's pretty standard. Elevator available. Room was small but adequate. Pretty clean but definitely needs renovation. It's not a big issue for me because I don't spend much time in my room. Linens clean. Bathroom clean, but tub old and stained. Plenty of hot water. Room was warm. Bed was too soft for my liking. no coffee/teamaker/electric kettle in room. Room was quiet at night. Decent selection of TV channels. I can't remember if fridge/microwave were in the room. No breakfast available, just hot water for tea in lobby. No coffee available. Upon checkout, I asked if I could leave my bags in the hotel for a short time so I could get a bite to eat and I was told:"we'll have to charge you for that because you checked out". That was a bit annoying. All in all my stay was fine. The hotel served my purpose.

I was advised upon arrival the ADA Elevator is not working correctly and it would be better to use stairs to get my wheelchair in/out. I DID advise in my booking an ADA room was needed but no available upon check-in with NO response or update on ADA issues. Rooms are old and not really clean. Made the best of a So-So situation.

There is not breakfast service but there are a good selection of places to eat very close to the hotel. Subway station is waking distance from the hotel

The best thing about this place is you can open the window to air out the musty odor. No parking so offloading luggage is a pain. Beds are uncomfortable. Security is questionable. No lobby. No coffee.

I wouldn’t call this a hotel. Rooms seems more like average motel rooms. No fridge, no microwave no iron. I was little fooled by the pictures. But staff was friendly.

The location in the heart of Flushing is great. All the places to shop and eat we were within minutes of walking. Parking is across the street but limited however there are several other garages nearby with reasonable rates for overnight parking

Elevator to 7 was a little slow

Probably not the worst hotel in the area, price was fine. The staff were very friendly and checkin was smooth. My big issue is with the cleanliness of this property. The box spring cover was stained with what looked like blood. While I didn’t see any bedbugs, the blood stains weren’t a good sign. There were questionable stains on the walls and lampshades. The bed was the firmest, most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I think I’d have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. I wouldn’t say NOT to stay here, but the staff could do a much better job at making sure the rooms are clean before the guests arrive.

The only positive rating I can give right now is that the location was in the middle of Flushing. Since staying at this hotel initially, I thought it would be fine to stay in for my second trip to Flushing. But alas, I believe that I have got bitten by bed bugs from this trip and have now began seeing the results of it. With a visit to urgent care now, I have no words. Please be careful about your visit to this hotel and please be sure to check all of your bedding. I thought I was being safe and checking everything but you need to do an extremely thorough check.

Found long hairs on the pillow. Strange odor in the room. Unable to rest due to Mosquitos noise. The only positive experience is the front desk attendant was friendly and rhe location is great

Very small room. Not clean.

The property is extremely dirty. I booked two nights and left after the first because I did not feel comfortable sleeping here. I didn’t even go under the sheets. I would have left immediately but it was late at night and I was too tired to find another place. I do not recommend if you’re used to staying at Hiltons, Westins etc. I wasn’t expecting a “nice” hotel but the pictures shown are deceiving.

Property needs a total renovation. Carpet was black but it was just to camouflage the dirt. it did not camouflage the stinch of urine smell. Also, towels looked clean but it was full of someone else’s hair!!!! Asked for another set and that one had hair also!!!

The service was excellent. Everybody was super nice. The rooms were good. I just didn’t find it to be the most comfortable because I kept finding random strands of hair throughout the room (even on the bed) which made me question how thorough they were when cleaning. The towels were also an issue because most of our towels either had a yellow stain on them or we kept finding hairs on them. However, as far as location went, it was great. The subway and bus station were a block or less away. If you’re heading into the city a lot though just keep in mind the 10+ stops on the train, especially when you don’t take the express train.

First night was a bit noisy from a room on the same floor.

Walking in my room, i was welcomed with old carpet perfumes. The window facing the street was out of order. It couldn’t be closed completely so I got a chance to experience sleeping through the night with car honking, draft air and foul urinal signature of NYC.

Look, you get what you pay for. The hotel is a cheaper option compared to other places in the area, it's one stop away from Mets-Willet so it was super convenient for attending a concert at Citi Field and not having to travel very far at night. The door locks, the water is hot. The building is old and feels like it hasn't been upgraded since the 1950's. The furniture sags and half the drawers don't open (not that I was comfortable putting anything in the drawers). Everything is stained with age, the wallpaper is peeling, and there's a funky smell to the building. Was my stay okay? Yeah. Would I stay here again? No, I'd rather shell out a bit more $$$ and choose somewhere else next time.

Great location but is very old. Walls are thin and the place is not as clean.

The room was very comfortable. With the change in the weather, the A/C and heater worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower was great. The only negative was that the TV was ROKU which did not carry channels I enjoy watching such as TBS, USA, TNT etc.

This is the first time I've encountered such a terrible hotel. The environment is shabby, the rooms are small, the facilities are outdated, the fan only provides a slight breeze, and the toilet seat slides... I can't understand how they have the nerve to charge $323 per night, without breakfast. It's simply taking advantage of someone's misfortune!

The hotel is fairly priced for a New York hotel these days. It is centrally located in the heart of Flushing Chinatown. It is great for transportation abd local food and shopping. The hotel is near LaGuardia Airport so it has many planes passing overhead. The hotel is good for a 1 to 2 night stay but its meant for couples. Not recommended for a family with not many kid. It's a bit noisy hotel, but the area is very safe even at night.

I always come her and ask for king bed they never our give you us plus front desk is super rude

When I arrived at the hotel I realized I left my phone in my Uber. After my heart started beating again, Jasmine at the front desk was able to contact Uber who contacted the driver and she was also able to track my phone. My driver returned with my phone later the same day. Quite stressful since everything I need for my trip was on the phone. Thanks again Jasmine!

The property is very good, a short distance to the train and a mall, and the bus stop is across the street. Front desk was very nice. I will definitely come back.

Can’t beat the location if you want to be in Chinatown and near the subway station. It was even closer than it seemed on Google street view and easy to find from the subway station. A very simple, good place.

Pro: in the middle of the Flushing Chinatown where all the different types of Chinese cuisines are within a couple blocks. Much cheaper than the Marriot and Hilton nearby. Generally clean. Con: dated facilities: cheap mattress, loud AC etc. If you are like me, only need a place to sleep at night and want to be close to everything the neighborhood has to offer, this is a good option, especially if you have to make a last minute reservation.

It was quiet n easy access to my favorite stores n alot of Chinese restaurants, so I don't really have to travel to Chinatown in Manhattan.

Room was small but very clean and neat (I was traveling by myself, so perfect for one person - I would think it would be very “crowded” for 2 people) Area is very busy and a “melting pot” of all sorts of people most of the day. Very convenient to subway station (1 block away) and several bus routes. Plenty of fast food options close by, plus many, MANY Asian cuisine restaurants in area. I would stay here again.
