The staff is super helpful, and very understanding of circumstances. The room itself though, was just okay. Some of the towels in our bathroom were stained before we arrived and the only toiletries provided were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. So bring your own lotion! Our window screen was on its last life, and the window itself was precarious to open in fear of it falling off the hinges. But, the view was still great on the 7th floor. The air conditioning got very cold very fast, which was great for 90 degree weather!! There was also hot water and ice in the lobby, which helped us make tea at night and have cold water for the day. The location is great, most necessities are within a walking distance or just a metro stop away. Overall, a decent stay for 3 days.

The location was perfect for our stay. The staff was attentive when needed. The rooms are out dated, beds weren't the most comfortable, lucky we only needed few hours of sleep. Rooms are very small. Our room was literally next to the elevator and was really loud when the cleaning people came to clean other rooms. Neighbors were loud. Can hear them talking through the walls. No fridge or microwave. If you just need a place to sleep, then this is it. The price should have been cheaper with no amenities.
